Maybe her hair is reflecting her mood. She hasn't exactly been happy or excited ever since Nick started his affair.

Sharon Case's hair has been a mess for a good 4-5 years now. It's almost like she's given up on the poor thing.

She needs to cut it, dye it a darker shade of blonde, and add some volume to it.

The few times they add curls to her hair or have it up, it looks beautiful though.

I guess nobody dares to tell her to change it. Maybe the hair models could give her a tip or two.

Vail should give her a good talking to then. ;)

I wish they would write a haircut into the storyline for Sharon. LOL!

If it would get her to change something, why not?

That would be hilarious! :)

LOL...it would be funny if Phyllis gets so jealous and mad about Sharon and Nick that she ends up doing something which forces her hair to be cut.

I wonder where are the writers going with Adam? Will they write him off? I haven't seen anything in spoilers that seems to indicate he'll be getting out. Maybe they'll resolve that once a few other storylines are either over and take a break...

Remember after Michael Baldwin tunneled through the closet of Christine's apartment (all bearded and sweaty...if you don't remember check out the video at bottom).

Anyway, Bill Bell rested the character and actor. How long? I can't quite figure out the years from Youtube/IMDB, but I THINK he was on something like 1991-1994, and again 1998-present. Is that right? If yes, that was a five-year hiatus.

Then, Michael came back for his redemption arc, and has been slowing growing into the "moral center" of Y&R.

I see something similar in the cards for Chris Engen's Adam...but maybe not for quite such a long time. If Adam behaves in prison, and testifies against Jack, he could get early parole. Also, if Adam is viciously beaten in prison (as Wartman molested Nicholas, and Kevin had his 'blanket party'), that seems to be a route to early release too.

Nair in the conditioner. I could see Phyllis doing that.

Yes, he was there from 1991 to 1993, then from 1997 to present.

Well, I'm sure they know what they are doing. :)

Sorry Y&R_FAN, but Sursok's accent was JUST as bad as ever and no, she hasn't improved one bit. In fact, I think Haley Erin (the 14 year old NuAbby) is making her look like an amateur. If you ask me, I'd say that the reason they don't write for the Colleen character is because they realize Sursok is just not very good. Purely speculation though, and not everyone does daytime well.. For a while, they were unnecessarily sticking her into all of the CL scenes and having her being rude to everyone and now? Nothing! Although, I certainly hope the scenes with Colleen and JT aren't foreshadowing another attempt at Jolleen because the actress has bombed every other attempt at her having a shot in a relationship because she has no on screen chemistry. She looks at her uncle Billy like she wants to screw him and not to mention her incestuous looks at her dad (although, I can't fault the actress one bit for both!)

I think Tammin is a good actress, she just doesn't have much to do, she is perfectly fine after all Y&R is a soap and that is it you cant expect much from soap actresses and actors anyway when comparing them to the wider bigger Hollywood industry. As no one would know them its only known to daytime viewers.

Probably not the smartest thing to say on a soap board. Let the ravaging begin!

Quite frankly, I've seen some of the greatest actors in any genre on a soap and they have given performances that rival even the most popular A-lister. Not to mention the scores of actors who have their roots in the genre and have gone off to other opportunities. The list would be endless. Besides, if I had to choose between Brad Pitt and Michael Zaslow, that washed up boy scout would lose every time...

Soap acting is also much harder than any other medium, 40 pages of dialogue a day. When those who do it well, bring it, they are better than anyone.

Oh Victor is screwing over Ashley soon.

In his quest to one-up Jack, he buys Gloria's 5% stock of Jabot and gives it to Jill, which means Ashely can't run the company anymore.

And once again, Victor will

justify his decision by telling Ashley that Jack had to pay for his part in the forgery scheme, even though the punishment winds up hurting Ashley as well. Reminds me of the original Jabot takeover by Victor in 1989

, although that may not be a bad thing depending on how Ashley reacts.
