He may not biologically be a Chancellor anymore (thanks, LML ), but he is still legally a Chancellor and carries the surname and Jill still considers him her grandson and Katherine adored him. When he gets back from Iraq, it would be the perfect time to bring him and Nina back. Just don't put Little Phillip with Colleen or Lily, please.
