Today's show was pretty good. The stuff at the Chandler's was great and I've never liked JR but I've enjoyed watching him through this Babe stuff.

So does Bianca plan on Zach actually being the "daddy" instead of just a donor? I mean I could see Zach having issues about this but it's weird that Bianca is the one pushing the daddy stuff. This story isn't groundbreaking if they make Zach out to be more than the donor.

ROFL yeah I loved that too!!! Which one is which? Oh I know! Chandler Dee is Adam and Chandler dumb is J.R. :)

Amanda: You always were an amateur Allison

Allison: And I'll stay that way. Just as long as being a pro is the same as standing on Sunset Boulevard flagging down tricks.

Rebecca and Angie are 2 classy women. I loved their scenes today. I love how mature and professional both women are. They were sensitive to the other's feelings and talked like 2 strong women. Im glad they went down this route instead of having them be jealous of the other, fight or act catty like so many other women that have 1 man in common. Kudos to the writing here and both women.

I think he and Annie are scheming together. Right before the tornado, both Aidan and Annie were at the Comeback talking about how miserable their lives were because of Greenlee and Ryan. I think there was a piece of that conversation that the audience did not see where they were plotting this kidnapping.

I thought it was a good episode.

I also loved the Chandler scenes and Angie & Rebecca's first meeting. It is nice to see two women treat each other civilly when they've shared a man. Hopefully, Rebecca won't suddenly go insane like so many Melrose Place characters did.

I never thought that Aiden could be involved in the kidnapping before but it does make sense that he would do it to get back at Ryan. Imo, it would be great if Annie somehow framed him for everything and Aiden went to prison and off the show!

I'm so glad to have David back! I loved the cliffhanger with him holding little A.

I think Laura Koffman sounds odd because she's trying to make sure the pronounces her 'r's at the end of sentences (Bostonians typically don't).

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

    • In case it is of interest to anyone here, I have digital copies (computer files, mp4 etc.) of all of the episodes. And, besides having the files they are all up on my usual video hosting site, acct name: shallotpeel, channel it is in: Primetime Soaps and file names like  Flamingo Road S1E15 Hurricane Flamingo Road was a primetime soap on NBC by Lorimar Productions. 2 seasons. 1980-1982. Morgan Fairchild, Barbara Rush. Developed by Rita Lakin.
    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.
