Members detroitpiston
The longer the pod goes the more layers of info that get peeled back. I had no idea Courtney Throne Smith was an alcoholic and got sober right before Melrose.
Members te.
Chuck Pratt interview: https://www.iheart.com/podcast/1119-still-the-place-191057736/episode/secrets-of-melrose-place-with-chuck-269342030/ Funny he and Chip Hayes have entirely different memories of the show's odds in season one, with Hayes claiming it had a 22 episode order from the get-go and Chuck saying definitively not. I'd probably trust Hayes more on this though since he was a producer.
Members Melroser
I've wondered what would happen when the rewatch gets to S6 when none of the three (Courtney, Laura, Daphne) are still on, but I don't think they're ever going to get there. LOL. I'm loving all the behind the scenes stuff. I hope Heather and Chuck come back for more because their visits were not long enough. I could listen to them chat about MP for days! I wish there was more news about a possible reboot. It seems to have turned to crickets.

Members Gray Bunny
LOL, they can skip recapping Seasons 6 and 7 IMO.
Members Melroser
Jamie Luner made S6 and 7 for me, although it was mostly S7 that Lexi became fire. I thought Lexi and Michael were fun.
Members Soaplovers
If they ever did get to S6 and S7, they could bring on some of the people that were on those seasons to give context to what the three are watching. Still... they're still watching S1 with constant distractions from producers and/or stars coming in to talk. They should do what the new Ugly Betty podcast is doing, having a guest for the first part of the segment, and then discussing the episode after the guest portion is over.
Members te.
I'm definitively interested to hear more about seasons 5-7! But hopefully they'll bring back Chip, Chuck and other people from in front and behind the screens if they get that far. I find it interesting - the show was very messy at the time with backstage issues.
Members Melroser
Instead of the Melrose Minutes and 'extras' they should just do 2 podcasts a week. The recaps on Mondays and an interview with production/cast/writers, etc on Friday. Then the recaps can keep moving along. I wonder how many people are watching/listening.
Members Gray Bunny
On today's, they changed up their format by doing an overall recap right off the bat, and then discussed it (more randomly, instead of in order of events) after.
