there are thousands of them? what? really?

CK could be out acted by micha barton.... and thats just sad.

The reason why they are Lane fans is because of Cane once he's paired with somebody who's worthy of his talent people will be saying CKLily & Lane who.

Ali Sweeney, IMHO, is the most underrated actress in daytime. She is amazing and always brings her a game. she would shine in a smart adult comedy like Samantha Who

See, I feel the exact opposite.

Carolyn Hennesy would be perfect on say House or maybe as Doug's wife Dana on Weeds.

Oh, c'mon now, CK worse than Mischa Barton? MB, who has the same face for every emotion? MischaBot's sad face is also her happy face, her bitch face and her angry face. CK has some range.

However, I agree that on Y&R her limitations stand out. MoTheGreat has Davetta Sherwood with Michael Grazadei in his avatar, and that 5-second loop showcases so much of the spirit and naturalness that DS brought to the role as Lily. Something that is missing in its current incarnation.

(MoTheGreat's banner also reminds me how much I miss Renee Elise Goldsberry on OLTL).

Not sure I buy MM's inclusion here, although she is very pretty. I never saw the Cold Case episode. However, if we are comparing her with Jennifer Finnigan, yes, JF was certainly more natural and very accomplished. Having said that, I always found her somewhat over-rated on B&B. When somebody is so acutely aware of their potential, they start getting a little cocky and it spoils things a bit, you know?

100% agree about Carolyn Hennessy. She is a HUGE find.

I wonder how many publicists paid for that list.

That being said, Carolyn Hennessy is a delight and would be a great addition to any primetime show.

But we want her playing Diane Miller! B)

These two aren't even good enough for daytime.

I loved her as Mimi and she brought me back to OLTL.

I agree with whomever wrote the article, she'd be great on a sitcom.

I was expecting Kim Zimmer, Susan Lucci, Erika Slezak, Jeanne Cooper, Eileen Fulton, Susan Flannery...but they pick these women?!

Not to be rude, crude or socially unacceptable, but how many prime time shows have women their ages as stars?

Hey! I resemble that remark. It's too bad, I actually liked her in the beginning of this relationship. But DG is being wasted.

Even I thought the writer was on crack with this list.

Farah Fath???? Christel Khalil???

Farah is slightly better on OLTL than she ever was on Days(Days she was phoning it in), but she's far from ready for primetime IMO. She'd be eaten alive

Alison I agree with though :D

What I meant was is that it just seemed odd they would call these seven "divas" when they are still babies in the soap business and have not been around that long

Well, there are young actresses who have never been in the soap business who are in primetime, so what are you trying to prove?

I knew this was going to happen CK does this with all her pairings. they onlt going to write for the couple how much she can handle & she can't handle a lot. CK is a supporting actress.

They are primetime babies, not soap babies....over time, they can become primetime divas :P

The only two I'd disagree with are Christel and MacKenzie. Those two are about the most generic soap actresses ever. Dull, flat, and as boring as watching bath water running.
