I saw today's Canadian episode, which is tomorrow's US episode. It's really good and can't miss, the Clear Springs trial is over and a decision is made (thank God!). Great Victor and Nikki stuff....

BTW, it appears most of Latham and Hamner's storyline ideas are about over. I think by the second week of February or so, it will be material that was strictly created by Josh Griffith and Maria Arena Bell.

Love that some of that original Y&R background music is back on the show. I never understood why they wanted to get rid of all that beautiful, sinister music for the whiney, generic college rock LML thought was so down with da kidz.

I also think they are setting up a good storyline for Jeanne Cooper with the whole memoir thing. I'm thinking Kay's memoir might just turn into the Y&R 35th anniversary commemorative book.

I am also hoping that the person Kay picks to run Jabot is the person I think it is.

Finally, today's episode had a little exchange between Jill and Gloria in which Jill showed just a glimmer of her former, alpha female self. Gimme more!

It's amazing that Jeanne Cooper continued to do such physically demanding fight scenes as her age progressed. Joan Collins would have had a stunt man in drag ready to take her place.
