Members heatherwebber Posted May 27, 2008 Members Share Posted May 27, 2008 Preston Padden ?? Who is that? It was Jackie Smith from perhaps the mid 70s through a good chunk of the 80s at ABC. At some point prior Leonard Goldberg had it. Perhaps a large part of the 60s? After Jackie there was another woman then MADD for a long time. When she left they put Dennis Swanson from sports in there. There was a mad rush to add sports content to the shows to woo his favour esp. at GH. His run by the way was hideously awful. Just dire. I don't remember if there was someone else between him & Angela. But she's the one who brought Guza & Pratt back to ruin GH upon fan demand (I suspect mainly the Carly fans.)
