KL was absolute CRAP on Days and I can rest easy knowing that he won't be returning to Salem.

I will be fair and say I didn't like him on Days. He was very green and the bar was set so low during the period he was on the show that he had no incentive to improve. Did like him tormenting Marlena though and making her out to be some ruthless whore. Though that was more to do with Marlena's reaction than anything else.

Caitlin looks like a man......especially in that "photoshoot" picture.

Never liked Kyle as an actor so I'm glad he's not returning to DAYS. Whenever I think of Lowder, I just picture him singing (popstar Rick and showtunes Brady). I can't take him seriously.

Ed Scott and Marnie Saitta will hire a better actor to play Brady.

Austin Peck was another horrible DAYS actor and look how much he's improved on ATWT. We all know DAYS actors weren't getting ANY direction, so how do you expect them to grow? Now that Peck and Lowder are getting it, they've improved. I think under Ed Scott's leadership either would be fine for a return.

Ken Corday has some nerve. He fires Kyle because Nadia was leaving again and he wanted to give his Broe a happy ending and then he has the nerve to ask Kyle back since Nadia was coming back? Good for Kyle for saying no.

I don't understand how Days could try to steal an actor that's under contract with another soap.

Because of Corday's hard on for Broe.

In the new SOD it mentions that DAYS tried to steal Kyle Lower away from B&B, but Lowder turned them down. Would've been great to have Brady return with Chloe, but I *LOVE* Lowder as Rick and LOVE Rick and Ashley. As long as they keep him away from Phoebe I'll be pleased.

So how do DAYS fans feel? Are you glad he turned them down or do you wish he had returned?

As a B&B fan, I really don't like him (even though there are sparks between Rick and Ashley.) However, as an impartial person, I would have advised him to leave. B&B isn't exactly the most stable place for actors. Lowder's storyline has already pretty much dried up.

I've seen Peck on ATWT, and I am fully convinced he is playing himself on that show. He is just NOT a good actor, and I actually liked him on DAYS

Brady isn't needed in the Shawn/Belle/Phillip/Chloe quad. Adding him would mess it all up, IMO.

However, I could see him doing a short-term return, to throw a little iron in the fire for Chloe. That's probably what they approached him for -- something short term, reminding B&B that they owe Days an actor. I'm sure that deal has far expired though.

You never know. They could still recast down the line.

Why would Kyle go back to a soap about to be cancelled?

He made the right decision: B&B will still be around in 2009, DAYS probably won't.

Saying all that, however I'm not a fan of Lowder as Rick. Justin Torkildsen was so much better in the role.

What Kyle has going for him is his looks and physique, and the potential for hot sexual scenes between him and Eileen Davidson.

P.S: Kenny, there's no [!@#$%^&*] way Greg Rikaart would leave Y&R for DAYS!

Shes not related to Brady or philip by blood, and far worse has been done (Bo & Billie, who are philips siblings; Belle/Shawn; various others...)

Bo and Billie happened BEFORE Philip was even born. They had absolutely no connection to each other when they first fell in love. Belle and Shawn are from different families. Dont see anything incestuous about that. Sami and Brady, while not blood related are step sibilings and have been pretty much since he was a baby. They are family

not just them but Matthew Ashford as well. I thought he was horrible and over the top on Days but was a much better actor on OLTL and GH with better writing
