That was Holly, or total character destruction of Holly by B&E. Maureen was the town saint and died in 1993, she'd never do that. LOL!

Holly was losing her mind at the time and believed the children she kidnapped all had bad mothers. LOL!

They were both married to Ed Bauer, at one point in their lives, and didn't care much for one another at all.

IIRC, Holly kidnapped the kids after suffering some kind of breakdown when her husband Fletcher left her and took their disabled baby, Meg(?), with him. She wanted all the children to be around her, and became the "Nursery Rhyme Stalker".

It was awful. Had Maureen been alive, I imagine she would also have been a candidate for the culprit.

One of the worst acts of character assassination. Ever.

Yet entertaining at the same time  .

Jesus, I remember Mo's interview with Digest after it was revealed she was the Nursery Rhyme Stalker. She was like, "I wish I would have known ahead of time. I mean, should I have been foaming at the mouth?" or something like that. LOL.

Is Guiding Light going supernatural to nab the 2 million Passions viewers hanging in Purgatory since harmony went to the dish? Some think so. It's being speculated that little Will and Uncle Edmund will be at the center of a huge new story in which we learn that Edmund has made a pact with Nosferatu, the devil and to do the devil's bidding he arranges the possession of all of Springfield's children. That's why they've brought Will back as well as James, Clarissa, RJ, Jude, James, Zak, Maureen and Emma (and mentioned Blake's disgruntled twins). Have you wondered why this low budget show is casting all these younger performers and signed David MacDonald to a contract? Word is that Kriezman and company are worried that his bible will be corrupted during the writer's strike ala GH's Pat Faulken Smith's ice princess story bible which was turned into Thom Racina's freeze the world cartoon during the 1981 writer's strike/Gloria Monty dayz.

It's all getting very spooky in Springfield

Not to be nit-picky, but Nosferatu means vampire, not devil. But it definitely wouldn't surprise me to see the supreme hack, DK:

1) try this

and

2) get the entire mythology wrong right off the bat by not even knowing what Nosferatu means.
