Actually, it's Dr. Phil, I believe. Judge Judy airs at 4 pm.

I used to live in Sacramento about 15 years ago, and boy have the time slots changed for these, when I lived there it was OLTL at 1, AMC at 2 and GH at 4 PM

I think that WLKY-32 in Louisville, Kentucky is one of the few CBS stations to air Y&R at 4 pm eastern time. Here it goes up against Ellen (NBC station and other ABC station), Oprah (ABC station), Paid Programming (ION station), Rachel Ray (other CBS station), Scrubs and George Lopez reruns (MyNetworkTV station), Reba reruns (CW station), and local news (FOX station).

GL still airs here at 3 pm, and it's same day. My affiliate tends not to change things too much. Like when most affiliates moved PC to the graveyard timeslot mine kept PC on at 12:30, I really like my affiliate, which is out of Columbus, Ohio

We receive two ABC affiliates here, and one of them refused to air PC for a couple of years, and instead allowed the local UPN station air it at (I believe) 12:30 pm et, so they could expand their noon newscast to an hour.

Ugh that must have sucked Scotty, especially if you or anyone else loved PC like me.

There were times I hated my affiliate when I didn't have Soapnet and they aired the Jerry Lewis telethon when every other affiliate in the nation was airing the soaps that day. Luckily I had a board buddy that would tape the show and mail it to me

It really didn't bother me...after the first few months, I gave up on PC, and went back to watching only my first love, OLTL.
