I don't think B&B needs to be expanded to an hour, since it often has more things happen in half an hour than most of the 1 hour shows. However, I agree that it should introduce another core family (they tried to do so with the Marones but failed miserably). It would be a mistake to eliminate the fashion angle, but another fashion house to rival the Forresters would be great.

Also, they should start looking and slowly building to a new matriarch of patriarch. I feel bad for saying this, but McCook and Flannery are no spring chicken, and the way B&B depends on Flannery is quite dangerous for the long run.

I also ABSOLUTELY agree with the fact that new romances must be written in. They live in L.A. for God's sake, can't they meet new people?

B&B's cast is already too big, and you know how much Bradley likes dumping big name talent, when they run their course. I'm particularly worried about Davidson, what's really left for her now that Ridge is once again drinking Brooke's Kool Aid?

I don't think they'd fire Tylo or Davidson to bring back Tracy Melchoir. They could always pair Storm with Felicia. BTW, for Storm fans, he has lots of good stuff coming this week.

Oh, and I absolutely agree that they need a little bigger cast than what they have now (although they have recently gone up to 18).

But, no, no, no, no, nooooo! No one-hour episodes! If there's ONE thing that kept the show fresh so long it's the fact that it's only 20 minutes a day. I think it has built a very strong personality around that format and they shouldn't mess with that in no way, shape or form. lol
