Excited? Please, as if Jackass isn't bad enough for Erica. I hope Dimitri played by Nader or anyone else never comes back.

As for the lawsuit, the man got a second and third chance and he screwed up. He had no lawsuit IMO, and I was shocked it got as far as it did.

Me too although I actually didn't mind the recast that everyone else hated. I reaqlly miss the whole Marrick's as it was their storyline (the ANgelique reveal) that really got me into the show--I loved the Gothic tone it had back then even if it was admittedly largely a retread of the early Courtland Manor story and feel

^ once he nailed Maria he was a complete and total bastard to Erica. After she miscarried, the only emotion he ever showed was when he told her that it wasn't a problem, they can just adopt. A week, maybe two after the miscarriage this was. He was pompus, arrogant, unfeeling, cold bastard to her after he thought he knocked up Maria.

LOL, which was sort of my point. I adored Erica and Dimitri the first two times. And if we could erase the last time they were together, I'd still  them. But the fact is, the few times we saw him interact with Erica once he came back from the dead he was still be jerk to her. The character isn't needed in Erica's life any longer (she has Jack to treat her like a child, berate and fail to support her), or in Pine Valley.

Veteran soap-opera star Michael Nader has filed a $32-million lawsuit against ABC, claiming that he was pulled off the daytime drama All My Children when he went on medical leave to enter a rehab program after his drug arrest in New York City. Nader charges that when he recovered, he returned to the show in March only to learn that he had been written out of the script and that ABC was refusing to pay him his $436,000 annual salary.

Nader told our TV and television reporter Richard Millicent Mile "If I win, my attorney gets a third, leaving twenty million bucks for me. Man!! That'll keep me in crack for the next fifty years."
