Members Faulkner
To me, he’s always adorable, but I’m biased because I him. But that is so cute.
Members Soapsuds
When? I can't recall. I am not surprised he didn't beat Roger after his pathetic performance at the US Open against Roger. Novak also thrashed him in the Japan Open last week.
Members Faulkner
WTF in 2017 in the semis before losing to Dimitrov in the final.
Members Soapsuds
Oh that's right. All I remember is this year and ESPN saying how David was tanking against Roger at the US Open. He did play better today but I knew he wouldn't win.
Members Faulkner
Oh Novak. That was a repeat of the Cincinnati match with Medvedev. Cruising, then falls apart at the end of the second set. In a year when he’s been generally under par, he somehow won two Slams and a Masters. Go figure. With Novak failing to defend his title, Nadal will be the new #1 on November 4. Deservedly so.
Members Faulkner
And Federer out in spite of a massive choke from Zverev to lose that second set after holding five match points. Oh and Roger was sniping with the umpire and also got a point penalty. When are we going to put this “classy” nonsense to bed?
Members Soapsuds
Novak didn't play that bad. He just didn't put Tsitsipas away. Tsitsipas got stronger as the match went on. Ugh..hate Sascha....Roger played like crap! He looked slow and lost. He was pushing his forehand and just missing the easiest of shots. He truly looked 38 today. Members DramatistDreamer
Kiki Bertens has had some losses this year for sure, but this is Coco Gauff's first win against a Top 10 opponent, so that is a memorable win for her.
Members Soapsuds
Another upset. Mateo..ugh!....the us open gave him confidence...interesting the commentator said Mateo was hitting the ball harder against Thiem than other players this week. Where did his serve come from? I remember how crappy he played in Miami and should've lost to Monfils in NY....that match he played was horrific boring and he was choking during it. I guess it will be a Medvedev vs Sascha finals...sorry skipping the rest of this tournament. And that serve Thiem wasn't allowed to challenge was out. Would've given Thiem second serve on breakpoint. He was robbed.
Members Faulkner
And her next match against Petko is totally winnable. I dunno. If Sascha is as sloppy and unclutch as he was today, Berrettini could sail through.
