Members Faulkner
I think his window is closing at the other Slams, but the only folks 25 or younger who look imminently ready to win majors are Thiem and Tsitsipas. And Rafa’s main competition (Novak, Stan, Roger, Delpo) are all getting older too. It’ll be an interesting couple of years for sure. I don’t think the window’s closed at RG for another 1-3 titles, but time will tell.
Members I Am A Swede
I have to correct myself. Nadal only needs two more GS titles to equal Federer, not three. He needs three to surpass him. Members DramatistDreamer
Roland Garros hasn't really been all that interesting for me for quite some time (other than a few matches, here and there) and neither final did anything to change my mind but I have to give Rafa his "props" for playing a really smart final match to get the title. Roger and Rafa know their age and the state of their bodies and they schedule their tournament participation for optimal achievement. I can't be mad at either one of them for that.

Members DramatistDreamer
Serena has not said one word in all of this so I don't believe that this can be called a row, a feud or a dispute or whatever the press insists on calling this mess. Members ChitHappens
There's absolutely zero value in Queen playing doubles with this idiot. He needs to apologize and be done with it. Why should she turn the other cheek?

Members DramatistDreamer
The tennis industry (as well as some tennis fans) chooses to focus on the wrong things. Instead of focusing on stupid things like conference rooms for post-match press conferences and who took a (missed) swipe at blades of grass on a tennis court, why won't tennis focus at the rule bending and match-fixing issues that are eating away at the game? Tennis has some definite issues with corruption and malfeasance. How the hell else can you explain Justin Gimelstob being allowed to linger at the game's highest administrative echelon while on trial for felony assault?
