Members Supersage Posted August 23, 2007 Members Share Posted August 23, 2007 The ABC soaps are doing well with their writing these days (AMC still lags behind the others), while CBS' soaps are horrible! If you are a DAYS fan, you should be happy. Even with improvements, the damage has already been done after several years of mismanaging the soaps. In reality it will probably go down whereas the worst excuse of a daytime drama will hold steady or go up. Ratings rarely reflect quality or rather the other-way-round... Sigh! They're putting on 2.4 material and when you put on 2.4 material, that's what you get from the ratings. Keep on with the character destruction and pissing off your viewers. Might they hit a 2.2 next week? DAYS deserves the ratings it got last week. The show wasn't good at all and this week will be more of the same. I barely watch it, but I'm really hoping it doesn't get canceled (it's never a good sign when a soap does), so props to them for moving up.
