I actually liked todays episode. I had my doubts but today was like a family episode. Where everyone is there for each other and caring for each other.

Not too much Hospital Drama, Not to muc Greenlee, alittle of everything! :) I also like that our Vets are finally getting more airtime! :)

Looks like we will have many of our VETS on tomorrow! Tomorrow we will have Tad, Staurt, Adam, Jackson, Erica, Joe.

The scenes between Ava, JR and Lenny were pure gutter tripe. Between the dialouge and those child like antics combined with the unlikeable characters just made the entire scenes suck. I can't think of a word to describe how bad it is. How about craptastic. That being said the outside scenes with the families were quite good.

Babe/Amanda

Krystal/Adam

Tad/Derek/Jack

Lily/Colby/Sean/Ava

Were all good parts of the show. As were Ryan/Kendell and Greenlee/Aiden. But those hostage scenes were so stupidly written it just brought the entire quality of the show down.

I didn't really enjoy today's show.

The hostage situation was stupid. I was actually laughing when Ava jumped on Lenny

Didn't enjoy the Kendall and Ryan scenes. Didn't exactly like how Kendall excused Ryan's guilt. Yeah Greenlee is 100 % guilty but Ryan indirectly got the ball rolling by saying they should allow Princess Lipgloss in Spike's life. I dunno it just didn't sit right with me.

Like that Aidan is working for Zach

Okay I know I didnt hear Greenlee threatned to have Aidan arrested for kidnapping her? Not even gonna touch that one

Loved Ava working the cameras. LOL...that was funny. I loved Lily allowing her to hug her. Their scenes are always good

Mallrats Ryan

To take his trouble off of his woes or whatever you wish to call it, the good citizens of Pine Valley are being generous to the HIGH HO Hero of their days and want to give back to him as a token of how he continues to give a lot to the citizens. So the gift to Dynamite Kiddo shall be a $50,000 shopping spree at the local mall where Ryan can shop in various stores like Lacey's, Target The Whack Whack, Good Vibrations on the Chest, Muffy's Galore, Wheenie Wheenie's (a restaurant serving those all American hot dogs), and a whole bunch of other shops and the key here is that Ryan has to spend all of that money. He can't just do $49,9999 or $49,999.99 but exactly at $50,000. So let's see here what he can actually buy with that generous grant from the PV denizens. I suggest he go first purchase a whack whack enlarger so it makes it easier for Annie to give some petrified rubs while they are stroking the salami and then he can go off and purchase some dungaroos while he rides a buck and shags it until the cows come home. Once all that shopping makes him tired, then Dynamite Kiddo can go purchase some putang pie made especially by Martha Stewart. It even has an American flag sticking out to signify that Ryan is an All American Hero. Let's also see if he can buy a brain. Oh wait that has to be online through eBay. Two ho brains for the price of one-one for Ryan and one for Paris Hilton. Let's make sure it goes to good work and not wasted on simple math problems

    • I agree.  How many times did we have to watch Bobby vs. J.R., or Blake vs. Alexis, knowing that nothing would change at the end, and that everything would go back to status quo, so that they could fight the same, exhausting battles all over again?  If nothing else, I give FC and KL credit for trying to keep things fresh, even if I think FC, in particular, went too far in the other direction and became unrecognizable even to the most diehard fans. Exactly.  Plus, because viewers were so burned out by the kind of serialized storytelling that was beginning to affect even half-hour comedies, I think MSW represented a nice change of pace.  You didn't have to watch every week, or watch from the beginning of each season, to know what was going on with Miss Fletcher.  Instead, you could watch a complete story in one episode, de-stress from whatever had happened in your own life last week, gear yourself up for the week ahead, and be okay. If you notice, though, there were differences between those two shows and what Aaron Spelling had produced in the past.  For one thing, there was a greater emphasis on youth; and while characters on 90210 and MP certainly had more disposable incomes than the average viewer, their wealth wasn't as opulent as what we'd seen on DYNASTY or on "Hart to Hart."  Even the battles among Alison, Amanda, Billy and others at that advertising agency weren't as histrionic as those between Denver Carrington and ColbyCo.
    • I saw a conversation yesterday with Liam with the 7 dwarves hat and Steffy -  I know she did not say re: Hope and Liam said - well look at Finn and you forgave him right?      I know I did not hear Steffy say “well but you can’t compare that to…”  For *uck sake someone call the bitch out!?     You’re right, we shouldn’t compare your forgiveness for the dude with devil spawn seed whose daughter locked you in a cage along with crazy stepmom/mom/Grandmother who has also SHOT YOU BOTH - and multiple murder attempts but you have to exist with them / Hope’s part in a takeover which you know was FAR LESS THAN CARTER BECAUSE HOPE IS NOT AN ATTORNEY…. Goodness no, no the same thing at alllllllll.   When they do Steffy’s absence at least let it be because they all find out what a manipulative ho she is in her own right.
    • I think a lot of us still agree with that. I do hope that the resurgence in the soap world with Beyond the Gates will push ABC to either bring back these shows or produce a newer one.
    • So, this was fun. Elsewhere, friendly to polls, a poll on what do you want to see at the Nurses Ball. The Gio reveal got 18%, for Blaze to return & sing also got 18%, for Jennifer Hudson to do a cameo & sing got 10% and for Lucy to lose various parts of clothing got 9% but the huge one was the reveal of Drew/Nina sex which got a whopping 45%!
    •   I liked the effect of the curtains closing. Yeah it was like the end of Act I.   Or maybe they are simply trying to emphasize the drama of the end of an episode -- instead of a random abrupt end that has happened in some prior episodes.
    • I posted this in the behind the scenes thread but I know this thread is busier so wanted to mention it here as well. During their instagram live yesterday, Daphnee Duplaix and Trisha Mann-Grant mentioned that they will find out this month if the show is renewed for another season. Just a heads up so we can keep an eye out for an announcement and keep our fingers crossed for a multi-year renewal!
    • They haven't explained the ownership of the Bistro, but Doug told Holly the other day he didn't get the job there. Basically Roman just hired Doug on the spot and gave him a room.  It was really nice of Roman.  I don't know if he knows who Doug is or that he stole Julie's necklace.  That was unclear-at least to me. ETA-I feel like the Bistro might just die and people will just pretend to order food there like Leo did today.  Sophia is on bed rest so no one works there anymore.  They can use that set for something else.
    • I'm not sure how I felt about it, but I do kind of like that it felt like the show telling us this concludes the first chapter of the series. Could be interesting if they only do it for big aftermath episodes. The biggest mistake with Martin is that it's almost hard to buy his anger because we've gotten no strong scenes with him and his parents. They've all been with Anita/Vernon. I can't even remember him ever even saying one word to Nicole, even in passing.
    •   Thank you! Agreed on both posts. And the comments about Mike Manning are nonsense.
