Sometime the recasts are better than the original!

There is ONE RULE: Recasts don't include characters who are rapidly aged from baby to teen/young adult. So, for example, Alison Sweeney doesn't count as a recast of Sami even though she didn't originate the role of Sami (some babies did). And if an original actor returns to replace a recast, they don't count either! It's up to you if you want to count temporary recasts.

Well, there were times where she annoyed me, but she had her moments. Sure, she was sad alot, but she brought emotion to the character, even if it was too much. Lindell gave Jan a fiesty side!

I always felt OLTL struck go when they got Trevor st. john as Todd.

daysfan is right. Natalie Ramsey is the first Jan. She was only on for a week or so before they found Olson. I don't even think Jan had a last name while Ramsey played the character.
