Wahoo! Later Measles. Thank goodness Feb. is the shortest month of the year and it's already 2/02/07.

I will miss Bonnie though. Judi and Noah were really good together. They actually were believable as mother/son.

I'm happy to see both characters gone. Although I prefer Mimi & Max over Mabby any day. Can't really stand Abby somethimes. Annoying much, and Mimi has been more tolerable since she got together with Max.

Btw. Here's what Farah posted at her forum last night.

My Last Day... was too sad for words. goodbye.

jk

I'm not really sure how to describe this day. It was weird. I walked out on stage with Judi, knowing it was the last time, and I just burst into tears. Then I had to do my scenes, which were the absolute saddest "Mimi" scenes I've ever done. I feel confident they turned out nice. Beautiful actually.

After my last scene, I completely lost it. The crew applauded Judi and me and then Ken said some words, which were so nice. I had recorded my goodbye speech (as a voice-over) earlier in the morning which then played for everyone to hear. I knew I'd be too emotional to get all my thank-yous out on the spot, which is why I recorded it.

So many people are responsible for my tremendous 8 year run on DOOL. It's the cast and crew who have been my family for all these years...and I love and respect everyone who works there so much. Growing up on my favorite TV show has been absolutly WILD. The opportunity I have had these last 8 years is beyond anything I could've imagined.

I thank you the fans, the people who watch it. Your dedication to the show has kept it on for like 42 years! The "Mimi" supporters helped my character turn into what it became. You helped me leave a mark in Daytime, and for that I am so proud. Thank-you.

To the future...

Love,

Farah Fath

BYE BYE BONNIE :(

CYA MEEMS :D

I am so happy they aren't recasting, at least not right away. I am going to miss Judi though. I am surprised they both last air on the same day. Interesting.

Why? They're mother and daughter, and therefore it's not surprising. imo

More good news!! It's a great thing that they aren't going to recast Mimi. She's an unnecessary character anyway. I'm so relieved to see this final airdate. It's 8 years too late, but better late than never.

No plans to recast Mimi?

SWEEEEEEEET!!

I guess TPTB changed their minds about Mimi, huh? Farah said Mimi would be gone for about a month and then return with either herself or a recast in the role. ;)

Well, I don't really care one way or the other as I never cared that much for the characters. I wish Bonnie had more story. Oh well.

Out of the original high school bunch, Philip, Shawn and Belle will be the only ones on screen. Jan, Chloe and Brady are missing, but Chloe and Brady are married so it's only reasonable that Philip and Shawn be married to the only surviving female heehee LOL j/k. But honestly Mimi is sorely needed to balance the group and she was Belle's closest friend. I'll miss Farah as Mimi, but a good recast isn't out of my range of acceptance. What bothers me with this spoiler is no word of Connor's fate and no word of the "Phimi" baby.

Goooood riddance, Mimi/Fath! Don't let the door hit ya!

I love Judi, but I've always hated Bonnie, so I'm not sad to see her go either. Assuming Connor's going too, we'll FINALLY be rid of all the Lockharts! Oh, happy DAYS!

I'll miss Bonnie. She wasn't everybody's cup of tea (or booze in her case), but the actress really committed to every scene and I enjoyed her. She never phoned a performance in, and made me smile when she was onscreen. I think its a shame that there are no comic relief charectors on soaps anymore, I'd gladly trade Steve and Kayla to save Bonnie, not that she probably made even 60% of what either of them make.

I want them to wrap up this skeleton story in the next couple weeks...then the last two weeks that bonnie and mimi are on, mimi should find out about the bonnie paying the surrogate to keep the baby..realizing how crazy phillip has gotten about Claire and that phillip would try to take her baby away from her also, mimi convinces bonnie that they have to leave town to raise this baby in private....Mimi has to abruptly end things with max, which sends him into abby's open arms...thus starting a max, abby, and Jed triangle...and sometime down the line Victor or Phillip can find out about the baby, and go after it..
