So they ARE cancelling PASSIONS according to the reply from nassaunew local station.

I live in the Chicago market and next week they are flipping the timeslots for DAYS and PASSIONS. DAYS will air at 2:00, following PASSIONS, instead of airing before. I don't know if this is good, bad or indifferent, but I got a funny feeling in my gut when I first heard about it.

Suddenly, he's fired from Days. Corday allegedly showed him e-mails from furious viewers, then Reilly stormed out telling Corday to "kiss my fat ass!"

And finally, his own creation -- Passions -- cancelled.

By the end of his year, he has nothing. No job. No show. A failure.

Again, I'd love to see the look on his face.

Wait.....so they are going to cancel Passions after all? But not for Today? Then what are they going to do with that extra hour?!

I just hope it's something good, Passions at least deserves to have a good replacement.

And Rion, are you sure? I wouldn't be suprised if JER got so mad he'd not resolve any stories and Passions last days on the air are just rapes and secrets getting close to coming out, but don't.

I could honestly see JER ending Passions with a big rape fest as a huge FU to the fans. And honestly I wouldn't blame him.

I still don't know about this I'm just gonna wait for an official annoucement...

Is Gwen and Rebecca exposed have to do with them leaking Ethan's paternity to the magazines? I don't remember that ever been exposed.

How odd now that Passions is thisclose to cancellation the secrets/lies are finally coming out.

Why would that particular affiliate announce the show is cancelled now? The show was renewed until July 2007. That doesn't make any sense to me. What advertiser would want to advertise on a show that has been cancelled 6 months before it was to go off the air? I've resigned myself to the fact that at this point there is absolutely nothing I can do either way. If Passions is gone, I'll be really sad, but I can't stress myself about it anymore. Nothing will surprise me.
