Is Passions being cancelled?

I feel like Theresa. Everything she did was out of love, and yet people still hated her for it (like Gwen, Rebecca, Pilar, Sheridan, Ivy).

I am a pariah at SON and it is all my fault. Please give me another chance to prove myself to you!! :(

*gets on knees and begs you to take me back like Theresa did Ethan*

Aw, what an excellent daytime moment that was! I remember how soap fans on all the "Passions" message boards said they were just waiting for Ethan to unzip. Theresa was SO desperate and she wasn't positioned in the best place for a woman who is desperate and wants a man back -- without nothing in exchange, that is.

Um, I can think of about a dozen reasons he should be banned just off the top of my head, starting with the part where HE TRIED TO SEDUCE ME!!!

Now, let's make this thread even more like a soap.... Was it rape or wasn't it?

It's official. Passions is cancelled. Just kidding.

It's a good thing for you Rion isn't here to read that.

Actually, it's a good thing for all of us.

OMG...

This thread is hilarious.

I went to work on my blog for a few minutes and there was like 4 pages waiting for me.

I just thank heaven I was not a target of seduction by Rion  .

JSF, I can't put the banner in my sig. I have to promote my blog and put blog info there but if there is anything else I can do let me know.

You have two other options, then, Phoenix:

1. Add the signature line "Member, ... Brigade," as it appears in mine, to show your support and membership. (This one's required, also it must be in purple bold font as it appears in mine.)

2. (Optional) Add the Brigade's official "Peacocks SUCK!" avatar. :)

Of course, mailing NBC and letting them know of this thread and the Brigade's initiatives to get out the word on boycotting "Today" is another great tactic.

Do what your heart tells you. :)

And now, just when everything is settling down, EricaKane4Life decides to venture into the thread...

A new twist at every turn, I tells ya!

I think you all have let the sleep deprivation get to your heads with this sig nonsense! JSF and Rion I could see, but...

I think Days could survive on it's own too.

The only problem-NBC won't care how good it is. If they are truly getting out of the soap business, they will can it too.

This thread rocks. Seriously. Best thread since June, hands down.

Seriously, I am trying to have a late night snack and I am nearly choking on my food reading everyone's comments

I also think we can think of some better banners instead of the current save Passions was. Perhaps something telling NBC to can JER or something along with a pro-saving Passions message would be good.

Is anyone going to make a PRO-NBC banner? I'd use that.

King, why in GOD'S NAME would we do that?! We need to show the net that the "Passions" fanbase (and really, the "Days" fanbase) has strength in numbers. If you cancel our shows, we really WON'T go to NBC for anything. For instance, I can easily drop "30 Rock" and "The Office" from my viewing schedule. Those are the only NBC primetime shows I really watch. I was a diehard "Law and Order: SVU" fan up until the time I heard that NBC (again, the idiots) were considering to cancel that highly rated and critically acclaimed show just for the heck of it, basically. As for "Today," I watch it before going to work but if they tack on another hour to that ALREADY BLOATED show, an experiment that COULD FAIL MISERABLY, at the expense of my baby, "Passions?" I can easily cut ties with the network altogether.

Okay, I'd keep watching "Days of Our Lives," yes, but that would be it. If the most money is in "Today" and in their primetime programming, we should cut 'em off where it really hurts.

Try going back to the Drake attacker thread if you haven't already. The comments there are equally as amazing.
