Sami from SOD

Exactly, ademption. Bree, what ademption said. Sami doesn't know that Austin nailed Carrie while engaged to her. She still doesn't know his true, adulterous nature (not Lucas' being betrayed, but on her end--which is SO much sweeter, if revealed.)

That's debatable. She's not naive. I think it's clear when she found them together that she knew. It's overkill, if you ask me, to go there again. Especially sicn ethey're out by the 26th. They have better things to do with their scripts.

Here's the complete SOD article courtesy of a poster at Soapnet:

SOD -

DAYS: SAMI IS BUSTED!

It’s an all too familiar feeling for Sami this week when her blackmail scheme is finally exposed. “Sami’s really blindsided by this,” reports her portrayer Alison Sweeney.

It all begins when Carrie and Austin come by and Carrie serves Lucas with annulment papers. Sami is quick to come to her cuckolded ex’s defense. During the discussion a note arrives courtesy of the gloved hand. “She really didn’t hear from the gloved hand for a while, so Sami sort of distracted herself and was feeling that things were going okay,” notes Sweeney.

Lucas reads the note – which reveals that Sami forced Lexie to lie to Carrie that she could never have children with Austin – and then all hell breaks loose. “She really gets read the riot act by all three of them,” previews the actress. “It just burns Sami up that once again Carrie gets away with cheating on her second husband, making a decision to marry Lucas because she thinks she can have healthy children with him and nobody cares. But Sami just gets raked over the coals for what she did.” What Sami didn’t count on is how much she would hurt Lucas. “As it unfolds, he says, ‘Please tell me you didn’t do this.’ And she can’t; she has to tell the truth.”

Lucas makes Sami confess what she did to their son Will. “The worst part is that Will really did want to believe that she had changed,” sighs Sweeney. “She tries to claim that she’s changed. Will gives her the out of ‘Oh, did you tell them? If you told them the truth about what you did, that would prove that you had changed.’ And Sami can’t say that because she didn’t tell the truth. She got caught. And he’s just devastated, upset and angry and he storms out on her.”

To make matters worse, Kate shows up, hears what happened, and asks Will and Lucas to move in with her. “Kate is there to kick her when she’s down,” says Sweeney. “But Sami doesn’t even rise up. She’s just so beaten down by Lucas and Will and so desperate for them to understand and give her another chance.”

There is one bright side to this though, “She has nothing hanging over her,” Sweeney points out. “All her secrets are out. Let’s just hope she doesn’t do something else totally stupid.”

Sounds good and did anyone see the promo today during Passions?

It showed a huge Sami/Carrie catfight and they were throwing what looked like cake at each other and were on the floor and everything. I am dying to see this. Perhaps this will be bigger then the the slap heard around the world?

Oh and I hate that Sami gets the blunt of this like it is all on her but I guess it's ok since this can all be put behind us story-wise now.

When will the men learn to leave Sami alone? I mean she will obviously never change, and it is starting to become a bit monotonous now. Maybe we will get lucky and they will write Sami's character right off the show.......permanently.

As much as I love Carrie, and she was one of my favorite characters ever, I really just think Carrie should hold back this time, I felt Carrie had a right to some of the other times, but this time I do not think she should be os agressive. After all Sami has done worse to her.

And if Carrie wants to strangle someone, she should head over to the Passiona set and take it out on JER! :P After all, he was the one who wrote what Sami did and he wrote her so poorly this last time around.
