Thanks. It was the drug problems I was thinking of. It is to his credit that he came back from that & also to the show's credit that later they gave him another chance. And, we as fans get the benefit of both!! And, yes, I get everything you're saying about his nailing down his role, which in some ways was harder.

Tom Lisanti always is working on one & thinking about the next two he wants to do. So, basically it's a matter of getting him interested in what you are interested in. He said next up is For Richer, For Poorer & the AW 90 minute show, which was a debacle. He has plans to revisit REUNION which was what TEXAS was originally meant to be. He's in my soap opera group on Facebook. I know at one point he read the entire TEXAS topic here on SON. And he came away from that with his feelings definitely scorched. The error on the hospital name he had fixed in the kindle version. There may have been other fixes.

I don't think it is very complicated. It's just that he is okay about his son, not a bigot, and everything else is game on, in terms of villainy. Why is this a problem to us? Maybe it's not.

But, what are we to think about watching him dance on the parapet as the explosion went off in Sonny's penthouse burning Michael alive?

I adore & appreciate Jordan Clarke but there is no way in the scene you describe here to compare the two. It's not even fair to put him to that test. His part is but a fraction of hers, which is as it is meant to be. You do him a grave disservice by posing this as a challenge which he is doomed to lose. Beverlee McKinsey (not McKinsee you get that she has a double ee but you have the wrong place for it.) Here he plays the supporting part of Mindy's father but Beverlee is playing the lead role, a protagonist, up against Clarke & Zaslow, who both play their parts magnificently. That should be enough. For me it is. What is meant here by the use of the word dirge, which means usually a funeral song? I am confused. Who is this actor & why did Jordan Clarke leave? Was this one of his personal times when he had to get himself in shape?

To me this idea is one of the strangest things mentioned here. I would hate it. Of course Dani would hate it & she would be 100% justified in feeling so. It would flat-out be a betrayal of the first order. There is no room for Hayley in the Duprees at this point. She had a place & she treated them horribly.

IMO Karla Mosley is tip-top, grade A quality actress. She was on GL. She was on B&B. Now we are so fortunate in having KaMo as one of our lead actors. At first she turned them down. She has two young daughters & she was frankly hesitant about picking them up & moving them across the country. But when they came to her the second time, still wanting her for Dani, she being their first choice, she reconsidered & decided to try this on for size. Again IMO we are oh so lucky that she made this decision. We are as fortunate as can be. This is not an easy role & not just anyone could pull it off. But KaMo can. Basically she gives them exactly what is on the page, every time, out of the gate, we can count on her. And, if you ask me, she is as rare as a hidden gem. This is just one fan's opinion. You may have a different one. And that is okay, too. One thing that is said about her is that she plays the vulnerability as well as the more overt 'out there' parts. That is not me speaking. That is random talking heads. Dani can be very quiet. Dani can be loud. Dani can be confident. Dani can be very small. A lover, a friend, a manager, a mom, a daughter, a drunk, many things ...

Really? I am shocked. Of course I am not but it is rather shocking to receive this reply. It's as if he was unable to recognize a rant, a poster venting. Somehow he thought i was being serious. it is baffling.

Okay, I stand corrected on that. I was way off in what I thought I recalled. Thanks for that better info.

@EfultonBTW I believe that this is the scheme that CBS soaps have long followed, also, whether on CBS or on Paramount Plus. I know this because once I went looking for an older episode of Y&R.

It's also Sweeps & we're being cheated out of 4 days. During sweeps a day is like 2 days & then 4 days it's like a week & a half. There's an equivalency & frankly you don't want to miss even one day out of Sweeps. The show began with only a few days of Feb. sweeps remaining. Now May Sweeps & we have to suffer through sports preemptions. Can't they play soccer anytime all year long if they want to? This is not rocket science.

Yes, there was. As a matter of fact that is why we AW fans lost her to GL. There was an allegation made & someone made the decision that it would be sufficient to separate them, so AW lost her & GL gained her. Later on, they were at the same show which seemed to me would be a problem but nothing happened & they went on like nothing had ever happened.

I don't think all are but a lot are. The earliest I can see is 4-30-24. It is part of season 59. We are now in season 60. Season 59 has a notation that it is 84 episodes. I'm not sure where these numbers come from.

I would have thought it was obvious that I was posting fan theory. If not I should have worded it differently. I will endeavor to be more careful HOW I say things.

I admit I am fond of it. Look around there's more. What that tells me is how important Ada was in comparison to the supposed core. Now that I think about it, that living room may have been wasted at Ada's house.

ALL THAT GLITTERS
I cannot say that I am surprised. In the back of my mind lurking there was the suspicion that there are so many episodes & only so much network patience. At least we got this much. And, thank you for your tireless diligent work capturing a new episode once a week! Hip Hip Hooray! Search for Yesterday!

I loved Otalia. I cited for you my favorite scenes, written by Swajeski. I have talked about many things regarding both Ellen Wheeler & Jill Lorie Hurst. I also loved Jami & the end show music & I could go on & on. So, since you now say this was a question on your part, then the answer is NO, it does not correlate to any one story. Here you in no way explain why you call it incest when there is no incest present, at all. So, at one point they did not like each other. So what? People don't change their minds? Of course they do. Here you just blather along, still not giving reasons just your impressions, which IMO are entirely subjective, as I have already said. Finally you wind up, more nothing, no sign yet of a reason. Whatever. What you've said is not an answer to what I said. The two literally do not connect. Now, frankly, to me this is boring. Perhaps it is to you, too. Did we get anywhere? No. Is that okay? Yes.
