Th far left progressives like the squad. They are financed by a group called Justice Democrats. Their whole reason for existing is to try and take over the Democratic Party. https://justicedemocrats.com/

Yang is such a clown but what I really don't like is how he's obviously decided that running for office is lucrative. On both the left and right there are these people who think government is just another reality show. Whether it's Yang, the Justice Dems, or the Q freaks on the right, too many unserious people with glaring personality disorders have decided that they want to be in public office.

Well this brought a smile to my face.

Not happening. Imagine going to work knowing that a bunch of your colleagues tried to have you killed.

It's kind of weird how there's no articles about the people who died. There's plenty of talk about the cop (but no video/photos which seems odd to me) and Y'all Queda Barbie but that leaves us three more: the guy who tased himself in the nuts, "Don't Tread" lady, and ...who?

What a crappy week for me to be in Twitter jail.

Lefty Twitter doesn't understand this but the fact that Manchin is hemming and hawing about checks means that he knows that there's enough votes to pass.

Nope. Melania can leave but her kid has to stay here. If it was good enough for the people at the border, it's good enough for her. (I don't care. Do U?)

There's very little about this lunacy to enjoy but one bright spot is the humiliation of Mike Pence. He's spent the last four years debasing and humiliating himself in the hope that Trump would drop dead and he could become president and in the end Trump was willing to hand him over to terrorists and has banned him from the White House.

There are innocent people working in DC who need the chance to get home before a curfew goes into effect.

This is a perfect example of why DC needs statehood. In any other state, the governor calls up the National Guard and they aren't at the mercy of DOD.

The lunacy at the Capitol right now should be all the argument necessary for why Biden's inauguration should be completely virtual. I'm worried for the people inside the building but watching MAGAts go after cops is fun to watch.

Since Trump fired her, Yates would have to recuse herself from any case involving him or his cronies. Same with Preet Bharara which was another name I saw bandied about. One thing I like about Garland - besides the obvious karmic deliciousness - is the fact that he prosecuted Timothy McVeigh means he has experience prosecuting right-wing domestic terrorists.

Yeah, the Bernie Left is really imploding. It started with that Force the Vote mess but now they have seamlessly shifted to stealing credit. As for me on Twitter, I suggested that someone kneel on the neck of that Proud Boy who got arrested.

I really wish I could like that tweet. Unfortunately I'm in Twitter jail at the moment. I saw someone say that Nancy has spent two years creating a whole agenda that Biden just needs to sign. I hope the first bill that gets signed is the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. Now that the runoffs are over and once the Electoral College stuff gets taken care of, I suspect we'll be getting an announcement of Biden's AG.

States have tried passing those laws. They get ruled as unconstitutional. The truth is that there's no way to stop someone from running for president. Cranks and grifters have been doing it for decades. Ron Paul, Lyndon LaRouche, Ralph Nader, etc...

There's nothing to be done until after Biden takes office. The next few weeks are going to be awful and probably quite violent. That's not the fault of Dems. It's the fault of the radicalized cult that the Republican party has become. For the last four years I have watched Democrats be blamed for the behavior of Republicans. The first two we didn't even have the House yet somehow everything was the fault of Democrats. Then we got the House and everyone screamed at Pelosi to impeach. Well, we impeached and it accomplished absolutely nothing but to embolden him. The bottom line is that we wouldn't be here if people on the left had taken the threat of Trump seriously. Those people wanted to burn it all down and the world has been paying the price.

Awkward Returns
If we're talking about Ruth Warrick and James Mitchell then I need to add David Canary's appearances on AMC 2.0. It was so wonderful to see him again but it was very clear that he wasn't all there and they gave him minimal work to do.

The Biden administration should completely shut Fox out. I know the press will rally around them but Biden's in the perfect position to simply not give a damn.

I'm really enjoying the slow drip of cabinet picks. It reminds me that help is on the way. And another historic pick. I like this but I also need this to be the last person he pulls from the House.

I shudder to think of what kind of nest of corruption Buttigieg is going find once he takes over.
