I think most of us, at one point in our lives or another, could have used a tub with an overflow drain!

The coroners report did not say the water was still running, it only said that the water was scalding hot hours after the body had been removed. A lot of higher end bathtubs, particularly in a hotel like the Beverly Hilton, have overflow drains at the rim of the tub (much like a sink does) to prevent overflow.

Having read the coroner's report Whitney Houston's death was far more grisly and pathetic than it first appeared. She had major burns on her back from the bathtub water, water that was scalding hot hours after she was discovered. She also had some bruises and cuts on her. She was also found face down in the tub so here's the inference: she took her hit of cocaine, had the water running, had a heart incident (not attack but palpitation, fluttering, angina), fell forward into the bathtub coked out, with alcohol, marijuana and prescriptions going through her veins and she drowned. So sad and ultimately such a pathetic way to die.

And they'll have millions in the bank. Kim was a golddigger in her Big Poppa days but she is clearly not foolish with money. In fact, she's smart with it. As she tried to explain between shouting at Nene she and Kroy leased the house because he was a free agent, last month he signed a 3 year deal worth between $10-12 million and they have since purchased the house. That's just plain smart. Firstly because had Kroy moved teams, they'd simply leave when the lease was up and secondly because they purchased the house after they knew what their income was going to be. They had a 'lease with purchase option' on the house, the rent they paid was put towards the purchase price of the house. Kim's a lot of things and can be called a lot of names, but the one thing I will always defend her on is that she's stupid and/or financially irresponsible. She outwardly proclaimed that she knows this moment on RHoA and the NFL isn't forever. Overall, a really good start to the reunion. Kim, Phaedra and Nene came off the best. The anger between Nene and Kim seems to have faded, Kim did not seem to be Nene's target at all...that was reserved for Sheree. Sheree is a bad liar, she couldn't dance around any of Andy's questions, Nene's jibes and Phaedra's statements of fact. Phaedra really could have crucified Sheree for how things went in court, but she was nice. She didn't need to be.

Reiko's husband has a very interesting past. I suggest you Google him and see if your opinion doesn't change. Marika Palmer is a scream! Her husband is a very powerful advertising agency owner in town, she is fabulous, great fun and an all around pleasant lady.

Those are very interesting salaries...you'd think that someone like OC's Vicki or NJ's Teresa would be making money in the Kim/Nene range. I'm also certain the BH women started with a higher salary right off the bat in order to secure them. That's pretty impressive money, especially the money Kim and Nene are making. It's also pretty sad that Sheree is living in a small apartment and apparently blowing her money when she could have bought a nice house, in cash, banked the rest and really grown a nice future for herself. That's what sets Nene and to a lesser extent Kim, apart from these women. When Nene saw that brass ring, she went for it full force and seems to have made smart decisions with her career and how she's handling her money. Kim has done likewise, though she's had a lot more practice thanks to her Big Poppa days, I recall at the first reunion one of the women said that Kim was stupid and she shot back "Take a look at my money market account" and the rest of the women had the blankest expressions on their faces as if they'd never heard of such a thing. Kim isn't a dumb blond and Nene's no fool. That's real money they're playing with.

Not unpopular with me, I would like to see Faye as a full housewife, she certainly would have been a superior choice in comparison to dead weight Dana/Pam. Faye has such an interesting history, she's very LA, plus she has a job that lends itself to storylines and glamorous parties and fun.

Yes, they absolutely can. The problem is that I doubt there were any police dogs on the scene because of how it looked, she was found submerged in the bathtub, her people found her, hallway video cameras would have confirmed that no one untoward entered the room and visually there wasn't any cocaine present. The police weren't looking for drugs, so they didn't find them. The other problem is that they would only find cocaine residue, and residue is not enough to say that Whitney had cocaine in the room, although combined with the toxicology screening a logical inference can be made. Ultimately, I don't see anyone going down for this because they've all protected each other in enabling Whitney and her drug and alcohol addiction. Just pathetic, what a disgusting way to die. I wouldn't be surprised if she went into atrial fibrillation and slipped under the water. Her body must have been a mess because of those drugs.

Flexiril and Benadryl didn't contribute to her death because of the percentages found in her blood and tissues. Those haven't been released yet but they're going to be too low to have been a contributing factor. Cocaine absolutely thickens arteries, it also causes heart spasms, palpitations and fluttering, all of which are dangerous. That they listed arteriosclerosis as a cause, that tells me that they suspect a heart attack. And it's only plain logic that someone removed cocaine from her room. She did it very shortly before her death, was in the room all day and there was no cocaine when the police arrived.

Here's my medical take on it, I think I'm very much in line with Harvey Levin of TMZ's opinion... Whitney's heart was already hit with heart disease thanks to her cocaine use, heart and arteries thickened from cocaine use so that was already somewhat vulnerable. Then you have all the other drugs, the weed, the prescriptions and any alcohol nudging her even closer. She takes a hit of cocaine, goes to relax in the bath, suffers a heart attack or simply has palpitations thanks to the cocaine, sinks below the water...Houston we have a problem. She's dead. Removing cocaine from the scene is a crime as it's interfering with a police investigation. Pat Houston and anyone else in that room had better be lawyered up. This thing ain't over.

Actually it IS different. Very different. Gretchen and Slade repeatedly emphasize that Slade has not gone to jail for not paying child support while Brooks has. What Gretchen probably doesn't know because Slade certainly isn't going to volunteer it is the following information: In most American states if a parent has a job and owes child support they will 100% of the time be arrested. If a parent owes child support and does not have a job they will 100% never be arrested. Slade has not had a job since the second season of RHOC, he has lived off of his girlfriends, he's doing this with Gretchen currently. Slade knows that the moment he has a job he will be arrested and jailed until he can have his wages garnished or pay off his child support debts entirely. His unemployment is a strategy, he doesn't need to work as a mortgage broker, he could work at Wal-Mart or Starbucks or collect cans, but he won't do that because it will guarantee his arrest. Brooks was arrested, got caught up on his child support and has moved on. Slade has not paid his monthly child support obligations ($3500 a month for his terminally ill son whose brain tumour requires constant medical attention) for years and now owes $130,000 in child support. He recently sought to have his child support reduced, which it was, to the tune of $775 a month. He still, however, has not paid even this amount. He continues to live off of Gretchen and goes on trips to Miami with her. Everyone on the OC is repugnant, but let's be clear about Slade Smiley attempting to compare his situation to someone else. He has been a brazen deadbeat dad and if Dr DaytimeFan happened to cross him in a parking lot he would beat the sh*t out of Slade Smiley.

Absolutely, let's not pretend that Democrats haven't got down in the mud with the best of them. But let's not pretend that a character assassination of a triple amputee war hero is in any way comparable to a ballot switcheroo. Not. Comparable. In. Any. Way.

One could argue? Are you serious? They are oil and water issues. Unbelievably different. The only thing they have in common is they highlight how terrible American politics is and how little care is paid to issues that affect voters directly and who the best people are for the job.

You know...as much as there's no story for Sheree I would miss not seeing her fake, broke ass on the show. There's something I like about her bullsh*t, perhaps that it's so obvious? It gives fodder to the sharper wives (ie: my love Phaedra). Phaedra is so fabulous, she just KILLS. Never does a comment of her's fall flat. Cynthia & Papa Smurf...he's a total bastard and I'm glad her family openly hates him. He clearly hates them, so there's no reason to fake it. Kim avoiding that party...well she knows she isn't really welcome considering how Cynthia and Nene are BFF, she'd have to deal with Kandi...most importantly, she brought her own wine to Cynthia and Papa Smurf's wedding, she probably didn't feel like lugging a bottle of Chardonnay to another one of their shindigs.
