Once again you are tying all these stories into the party and building them up. That is something really hard to do imo. 

 

We have Carl being the main point of the party but we have some great interactions between Matthew and Mitch. Then we have Felicia seemingly about to take a turn for the worst. Paulina and Jack being built into the party arrival as well but that looks like it may not end well.

 

Interested to see what Grant and Jack do to each other in the next episode.

While my Another world history is iffy at best I like that it seems you are using it so well in this Carls last days story. A lot of history packs a punch here. Carl playing a final game with Grant is pretty great.

 

I also like how this episode was weaved together as in a way all the scenes had to do with the others. The emotional impact on Carls children is being played well. 

 

You have brought this party and are weaving it together very nicely. You are great at building events!

Esther is gonna get herself in deep [!@#$%^&*] hanging out with drunken messy Karynn. I don't know if this massively drunk driving is gonna end well.

 

It looks like Phillip is gonna be a mess now and addicted to drugs. I wonder if and how Soctty will approach Phillip in this. You also have a knack for introducing interesting minor characters like old ass Driver and now Rufus lolol

 

The Newmans are also a mess! Like beebs said Nick just thinks he is a boxer now taking out his anger punching people rofl. I see that this is how he will get his grief out. ENTER victor Newman

 

Can vic of all people get his family back on track or just make even more of a mess?! Should be interesting.

First off your dialogue is always very strong!

 

Second off wow would sheri Anderson and  Leah Laiman be proud of this build to this umbrella story! So many people are being tied into this web. Jenn, Daniel, Billie Laura now all tied to Liam through EJ who is tied to Gabi and sami and then theres kate and nick and hope and etc etc

Will is crushing hard! Im concerned he may need to change his pants soon! This seems to be heading to the dinner party with vic. This should be interesting...

I love that you are doing this major umbrella story tho. Reminds me of Days of old for sure. Everyone is coming into this tangled web and you don't know what is gonna happen next. I really love it.

Well sh*t!

Im pretty surprised by the Eric and Kirkland scene. I wasn't so sure Eric had it in him. But the apple certainly doesn't fall short for either of his parents trees. I thought Eric my not like his father alive and well in Colorado but after reading this episode I think they will get along very well!

 

Very edgy stuff here. I really enjoyed it. Kirklands life just keeps getting messier and messier and as one of my fave characters on here I want to see how he will get out of it.

 

Maggie is also in trouble. Cass better get out of his denial and listen to the gut of Frankie!

 

Very suspense packed episode!

Wow this ep really captured everything a soap opera should be. The balance of romance with Jack and Paulina and treachery with Grant and Christy. Both the drama and sexiness with Kirkland and Charlie. The intrigue with Devin and the love and sadness with Carl and Rachel. Friggen awesome!

 

Good on Jack and Paulina seeming so happy. I still want carly to come back with a vengeance tho tbh.

 

Carls kids will start to know each other and I think like us they want to know more about Devin.

 

Christy is a hoot. I don't think Grant has anything on her ways.

 

Charlie stopping Kirkland from telling her the truth. I like that the drama keeps building so well here!

 

And great last scene with Carl and Rachel. The song well done and it all comes together to seep in that sadness about this whole situation with Carl fading.

Im glad Avery is finally exposed and every bit of the exposing is coming out. Shocks all around for everyone there.

 

lmao at the Karynn and Nina interactions. Karynn had some fantastic lines! You are always right on with the one liners. 

 

Its so wonderful to Victor Newmans world crashing down. Something you never see on ol cbs. And Michelle Baldwin of all people rofl. Sister Patterson was all over him. Im glad Jack at least pseudo owns everything of Vics. Im sure that will crash down for Jack soon tho. Oh no here comes John Silva looking like an old bloated washed up porn star to get Victor out of jail! Welp goodbye Michael Baldwin. Nice knowin you.

Nice friendly moment with Hope and Rafe. Its nice seeing a soft side of Rafe.

Nosey Billie listening to Dan and Laura. All and all I hope this just leads to Dans death of course lol.

I still love that Nick seems to always just be 1 step or even half step ahead of foes. Well except for Ari who is having none of him lolol.

Eric really has quite the inner struggles going on and who better to talk to then Marlena. I like him putting it all on the line and you nailed Marlena perfectly. It was just like her. Some really great stuff in that scene.

 

John and Sharlene finally happy. Me thinks that wont be lasting long. I still feel sorry for Gregory and the rift with Lindsay tho. I think John may have the right idea being a bit anti Lind.

 

Charlie is trying to give Lindsay some sound advice but who knows if she will listen. 

 

Eeeek love this ending tho! All the layers are coming together. What will Eric actually do? Will Kirkland tell the truth or will it all come out blowing up in his face?! Im looking forward to finding out. 

Trying to emerge myself back into this world.

 

I had a vague idea who Taylor Benson was. Glad you explained it further tho. Brianna here to seek her mothers revenge. Good job on the casting too. John and Sharlene wont know what is lurking.  

Since its been awhile since I read I like starting off with a flashback to refresh my memory.

 

Nothing like Sami and Nicole squabbles! Good to see they will be in each others orbits a lot with this new twist. Some good lines there as always. Also EJ there in the middle, again.

 

Also Good to see that Eric and Marlena will be talking their problems out together. Ive been looking forward to the next step in Erics story. 

 

 Valerie and Jerome interacting was good. Val knows Jerome she says, so will be interesting to see what Jerome says. Also interested to see how good she really know him.

 

Idk if I like Laura going to Dan for help but it looks like he will want to. All I could think while reading that scene was I hope this leads to Dan in danger with Liam...I hope this leads to Dans death....Dan's brutal bloody death

oooo a twist within a twist. I like it.

 

Brianna is sure gettin on workin fast. Wonder what has Matt getting sick. Is Brianna there to kiss it all better?

 

Idk if Amanda should be trusting of this deal with Iris, but I guess we will find out, but then throw in Devin who is in cahoots with Iris, but no wait, he and Carl are conspiring. I like this conglomerate of sides. Makes it very intriguing how it will all play out and who will come out on top. A very good way to tell a business story.

Very sad and emotional opening with Noah. I enjoyed it and I enjoy him a lot these days.

 

Vic and Sister P. What a combo! lmao. That was quite the prayer she got off and Vic seemed to be amused by her to say the least. Interesting alliance over Kay. Idk where this will go at all.

 

Dru had the best lines again! Her contract of having the best lines must be iron clad. I LOL's at her rollin on the river line. The news for the Winters clan keeps getting worse as Lily finds out about Canes death. They have a dark cloud over them.

 

Phyllis was being her usual annoying self gettin extra loud for Avery and she is already loud as hell. Avery was finally busted for her cocaine use. Ah how the mighty fall.

 

Good episode. I really enjoyed the flow and the revelations for these characters keep on coming,

Ohhhh sh*t.

 

The last three episodes including this one have been one great build together.

 

VERY sweet scenes with Victor and Maggie. You can make couples I normally don't care about very emotional which is great. There was a lot of investment from me in those scenes and I feel for ol Vic.

 

Already loving Valeries addition to the hospital and her now being a part of this Roman story. Once again lots of emotion involved and I am invested on this outcome fro Roman.

 

I love the Roberts/Reed clan all working together as a family.They really could be a force to be reckoned with. Love that.

 

And then sending Nicole and Sami to clash. Brilliant! Brings back some fond memories of the two of them going at it. This is gonna be awesome.

 

Good stuff as always! Love all the layers you always have.

I like Jake and Staceys concern. I think Lindsay will push Jake away like she has most everyone else tho.

 

Devin and Lindsay have met alright. Gregory felt it as much as them it seems! lol. He did go into defensive mode right away and claiming his territory. I feel for him tho and how she really is pushing him away with all the turmoil.

 

Christy with Cass and Frankie were my fave part. Christy is such a bullshiter and Im glad Frankie and Cass are somewhat onto her about her real intentions. Loved cass saying what would mean so much to us is you getting out of this house! LOL

 

Carl feeling remorse as he inches towards death. Getting very excited for this big party tho. You are building it awesomely! 

I'm glad Adam is protective of JR a bit there with David. David and his dire plans for him. 

 

I enjoyed Lizas little visit to Caleb. Claiming her man. I did enjoy the drama with them before.

 

I am totally confused by Annie giving Emma back. It seemed abrupt. She does seem to have other plans. Looks like she wants to steal someone elses baby and Idk what the hell she wants to do with this bomb but interested in seeing where this leads.

 

I am so glad Brooke busted them! I dont know how adam and skye are going to explain this one. Lots of mystery going on here which I love. Def looking forward to these four in the next episode. 

 

Some of the stories seem to be transitioning in this episode. What will Annie do next? And what will David, Adam and Liza do with Brooke? hmmm

 

 

First off, Awesomeee follow up from the last episode!

 

Touching moments from Kay, Kim and later Caroline. I wonder what kind of good news Kayla may come home with. I figure it will be awhile until we find out but looking forward to it!

 

The whole Nicole/Noelle/Eric stuff was just great. Rofl at all of Nicole's manic reactions. She is becoming quite the stress ball again. I wonder who Noelle is married to. I also wonder how Eric will deal with his current struggles. Good stuff here.

 

This whole Marlena/Roman/Chris/Val stuff is also very intriguing. I have absolutely no idea where you are going with this but I like it that way. and that what de hell cracked me up lmao. 

 

Nice to get to know more about Jerome and Jordan. They will not be getting along. And what an ending. Kate and Lucas do know more than they let on. Love that too.

 

I love how you set up all these sides and who is one step ahead of the other and who should you root for. It is one of my favorite things about your show.

Great focus in this episode. A lot of the characters focus was on Eric Stenbeck. Good timing as I think Eric would be interested in the current happenings in Paradise and Union Creek lol. I love KC. Another one of my faves on this show. She has the fire. Allen also had fire in this episode trying to lay down the law with Eric. Interested on seeing how Eric reacts.

 

Very nice to see Kirkland and Charlie. Good married couple argument. Eric clearly in both of their minds. I also liked Charlie and Lindsays talk. You are truly great at those kinds of moments. Wow at Scotts text to Kirkland. Thats not a good development for him. Another cool visit from Ryan though. Im liking these little visits.

 

Christy showed up at Cass and Frankies. I wonder what she has to say.

 

Solid as always. Your focus is always tremendous! I've really come to love a lot of these characters dude

The literal hits just keep on coming! Leslie smackin up Rox. I knw she is her daughter but I wouldnt mind Rox retaliating with some hits of her own. 

 

The one thing I didnt like was Nicks punch lolol. Nick had quite the strong reaction to the bad news I get. But Paul did not have a strong enough reaction to the punch itself. But I guess he was just being nice with the bad news. I get it. I'm so glad Noah called Nick out tho! Noah is becoming a fave.

 

Nice jail scenes. Victor as Victor as ever. nd Drucilla still cracks me up. She gets the best lines! I'm looking forward to Vics plans for Michael.

 

Cool of Rafe to get Roxannes charges dropped. Of course she wont take anger management courses lolol. Which I like. Sometimes i feel like I like your characters to be unhealthy with their issues but it makes them so entertaining dammit! lol

 

I wonder what Dru will go and explain to Paul. Nice set up.

 

I liked the change of pace here. Its been a very intense show for awhile now so I feel like this is the deep breath afterwards. I'm very interested in seeing where you take this show from here.

I loved the reintroduction to Salem to Valerie and to Noelle. Noelle and Eric came across very well but Nicole made those scenes. Rofl I could picture her with that reaction so much. Good stuff there. 

 

OMG Daniel STFU! Mr wannabe know it all is at it again. If anyone can take me from Billies side back to Kim's it is his. I have a hard time believing Billie will stay out of Theresas room and if she doesnt I so hope Kim finds out and Daniel loses his job.

 

I love all the tech talk with Sheryl and Jerome and slow to get it Jordan. And of course I love me some Lucas so I am very happy that he caught them in this interesting meeting. I'm sure they will explain it away but I look forward to seeing how Mr Ex schemer himself Lucas responds. 

 

Okay so lmao at this ending with Valerie and Roman and her thinking he is Chris. Valerie was being quite nosy before with Marlena without Marlena asking about what Valerie has been up to. Quite the twist of a cliffhanger. Very interested in seeing how this is explained in the next episode.

 

Awesome ep. You are so great and interactions coming across so real. I love that. I also love how pretty much every story ended in a cliffhanger from Nicole getting riled up and Lucas catching the three and Valerie and Chris. Awesome!!!

I think the scenes with Colby, JR and AJ came off very well. They were nice and felt like family scenes. At least JR does get to enjoy this moment. I'm going to have to see how this doppleganger story plays out. Its been so overplayed on the current Y&R

 

Seems like Brooke plans on leaving Adam! Good for her. I wonder how Adam will react. I look forward to seeing how.

 

I enjoyed the closeness of Bianca and Marissa as well. Nice 80s crime drama line lolol

 

Adam and Skye are getting in deep with David. Idk know how long they can work together. I guess time will tell. 

 

Some nice scenes in this episode. It felt like families were actually interacting. Good work.

 

 

Wait...what? Nick punched Paul in the face? lmao. He better be arrested idc how much he's grieving! Freakin nick newman

 

Really loved that Chance flashback. I got some goosebumps from it. I like that you dive into this war story.

 

Phillip and Nina working together to find the children. This is good.

 

So both Hillary and Mary are preggo. And anyone can be the father of Marys baby. Awesome. Love that twist.

 

Neil lives!!!! Phew thank god. 

 

Sucks is Sharon is really dead, but Adam was not found either so hmmmmm

 

 

 

 

I freakin love this story! You dont even know. Of course the timing is perfect for Michele to find out that Cory just laid the pipe on her sister. Poor Michele. I really feel for her. I do hope she gets some revenge on Bridget it is necessary!  That was good though. I loved the dialogue with Bridget and Donna. And the used condom. Perfect.

 

Lindsay continues her troubles and depression. Poor girl. I liked the talked between Stacey and Michael as well.

 

Nice touch with Ghost Ryan visiting Vicky. It seems like he may be in the next episode too. I wonder what else he will have to say.

 

Good stuff and I continue to be addicted to this Michele vs Bridget story. 

Solid episode!

 

JR manipulating Colby was good. Though I guess he really wasnt totally manipulating since he was speaking the truth. Thats what makes it so good. 

 

Enjoy David and Adam being their villain selves! Interested to see more of what they are conjuring. 

 

Absolutely love the Brooke and Skye scenes. Two divas going at it. Some excellent stuff. I like the dynamics with Brooke/Adam/Skye. I also love that Skye turned to what I assume as fake passing out to get Brooke off her back. LOL love this.

 

Marissa and Krystal was very intriguing. I want to know what Krystal was talking about as that was all very dramatic but well done.

 

This was a good episode. Really making things interesting for the future!

Well Im kinda surprised EJ actually did join Sami for therapy. Maybe he is finally ready to actually deal with their dark past together. Still very pleased that you are dealing with the real issues between them. Very realistic and I like it.

 

Will dishin all to Gabi. Will certainly seems nervous about his attraction to his new boss. I liked how real this scene was between friends. Will feelings seem very real and natural and I like how he is questioning that maybe he is just angry with Sonny.

 

Already loving the new dimension that Jerome adds to Sheryl and Jordan. I'm verrrrry interested in this story to see where it fgoes from here.

 

And once again  I guess the theme of my comment this time is real. Kims reaction to Daniel and Billie getting close is very real and while Ive been on Billies side I am most certainly on Kims side over her worries that Dan could sneak Billie in. And lets be honest Daniel is no upstanding citizen that he thinks he is so he probably would. 

 

Solid character driven episode. Real reactions. Excellent stuff.
