  1. Dick Morris weighted by party ID, which is a big mistake. Gallup messed in 2012 because they predicted that the electorate would be a lot more white that it actually was. Each election cycle, the electorate gets more and more minority, it doesn't regress.
  2. That D.A. got filled full of bullets and for once, Veronica is actually scared of someone. Between that and Candace beating the crap out of Oscar/Brandon, this was a pretty violent episode.
  3. It has always seemed like there were issues at Fox News. Most of the female anchors seemed to be dressed for going to a club or a dinner party, not for doing the news, so it's not surprising that Ailes wanted high hemlines.
  4. A taco truck on every corner is not a strike against immigration. There's a taco truck that pops up at night a few blocks from where I live and no one complains about it.
  5. Below 80% is nothing. Trump is still nowhere close to being President with those odds.
  6. I really think Hillary's speech is going to cause Trump to have another meltdown, because he hates being called out.
  7. Interestingly enough, McCain seemed to let go of his animosity toward Bush despite that trick Bush pulled in South Carolina about McCain having an illegitimate child, which helped Bush win that primary. I suspect that difference is that being defeated by Bush is the primary was nowhere near as bad as being defeated by a black man in the general.
  8. The thing to remember about the media is that they need absurdity to keep ratings. No one turns on the news anymore just for information purposes, they only turn it on to hear about someone saying something stupid or crazy. Print media is the same.
  9. Just contributing a little Olympic presence Asafa Powell
  10. His political career was over even before he ran for President. He has no future in office.
  11. Watch the whole thing. Please.
  12. Trump is saying all these crazy things to stay in the news cycle and not be upstaged by the Olympics, IMO. Not that he isn't really unhinged, but there is a method to his madness. These pivots and resets aren't going to do a thing, because the damage is already done. On top of that, Clinton has booked millions in air time and Trump has booked zero.
  13. At this point, there is no way to force Trump out of the race other than him stepping out voluntarily. Even if the Republican Party wanted to take the nomination from him, it would only be ceremonial. He'd still have the Republican line on the ballot. You can't force anyone out of an election when they have been chosen by voters.
  14. Events are open to anyone who gets in line in time to get a spot before the arena gets full. Had he been thrown out or prevented from entering the media would have made an issue about that.
  15. Establishment Republicans will continue to back him, because all that matters to them is the court. They want to preserve the conservative majority at any cost and gambling with Trump is their only chance to do that. Clinton will undoubtedly appoint younger and liberal justices to any vacancies come up, which will completely shake up the court. That terrifies Republicans.
  16. I don't think Trump has dementia, he's merely a narcissist with delusions of grandeur. He has been behaving like this for years, it's just that the presidential campaign has allowed it be put on full display. Being a narcissist with delusions is a mental health issue, but at the same time Trump doesn't appear to be mentally incapacitated. He's mentally disturbed, but he still knows what he is doing.
  17. That has been something that I thought of too. With so much hacking going on, a private server seems to be quite smart, because hackers would be less likely to find it. The .gov servers are exactly where they would look first.
  18. Again, the whole issue of classification is a matter of opinion, because there are things that were retroactively classified and it appears that is what the media was talking about. Clinton has always maintained that she never sent any classified emails. The lack of an indictment supports that, but again, it's all a matter of opinion, so I'll leave it at that.
  19. Have you been watching the news? Don Lemon (and he's certainly not biased against her) just had clips of Hillary speaking and then the FBI coming right in and contradicting her line for line. She lied about not having classified emails on her server. She also lied about the FBI backing her up on not having classified emails on her server. That's just this week. The Clinton's both have a very long history of lying. I'm not going to pretend the emperor is wearing clothes just because I agree with them politically. I have......I also watched it when 22 million emails were deleted during the Bush Admin. and not one word was reported about that. Right. There is a big double standard here when it comes to what the media is willing to jump on and what it isn't. The media has never been as liberal as conservatives have complained that it is.
  20. The FBI Director did a lot of editorializing in his initial statement, but doubled back and said different things when he was interviewed by the committee in the House. There were a number of emails that were classified after the fact, which is not the same as them being classified before. Everyone has their own opinion about the server, so everyone has their own version of what is true. The fact that she was not indicted said everything that needed to be said. There is a whole lot media push to make her as bad as Trump, because they want ratings. Honestly, the whole thing was put to rest by no indictment. The Director of the FBI is a Republican and you know if he couldn't trump up charges, there really was nothing there.
  21. What lies has Hillary Clinton told? I'm still trying to figure that out. These phantom tales of her lying are backed up by nothing.
  22. Trump is pretty much capable of anything, so who knows what insane stunt he'll pull if he loses. As for that tweet, there are some real crazies in Riverside County, particularly the southeast part. It's not surprising that someone would tweet that sick picture.
  23. Trump is too arrogant to quit. He is going to declare himself a winner no matter what the election outcome is, because he is already setting a narrative about phony polling and rigged election. On election night he'll come out on stage and rant about how Hillary Clinton stole then election.
  24. Arizona has a lot of Mormons and they do not like Trump, plus it's also full of college educated whites who aren't big on Trump either. And last, but not least, you have Hispanics and they are obviously anti-Trump. Roll it all together and you have a recipe for Trump to lose Arizona.
  25. Trump voters include a lot of people who are convinced that minorities are stealing jobs and opportunities from them. While things are not completely equal, minorities can better compete for jobs than ever before and the playing field is more level. Trump is out there essentially saying that he will bring back the old hierarchy where things were race based, as opposed to qualification based. It's similar to apartheid in South Africa; even if you were white and had little or no qualifications, there would be some employment available regardless. When apartheid fell, that changed, because simply being white was no longer an advantage.
