It is not due to come til tomorrow night--during the night-of couse to make it more scary. I am trying to figure out the best place for us to be when it passes us... Pray for a turn or something overnight tonight!!! They are saying people in Galveston who don't evacuate are facing certain death!! We are about 45 miles from there inland...we are not really so worried about flooding as winds and possible tornados... Yikes another screen cap from today.. TL-_I will call you and let you know how we are after the storm if our power is down for days! Hair is for sure growing out!

I'm here and I'm am getting really scared now...it is a whole different ballgame when there are kids involved! It is not supposed to hit til late tomorrow night...always during the night makes it even more scary ya know. We are not evacuating...they haven't said to and we are not in a flood zone...the real threat is wind and tornado chances...we are on the dirty side so that is not good... I will probably lose power and be out of commission for a day or two or three.. Wish us luck!! another pic from today..

Here is info from another insider... Anything on Tracy? Luke/Tracy? luke/laura? Is the stuff true that Tracy sees lulu and laura and hides the info and conspires with scott and doesn't tell luke about it or lets lulu think she is nuts? My info has Tracy is the only one that believes her....hhmmmmm. I do know that anything surrounding JF sl is very hard to come by; so many 'stories' might be floating around. Sorry.

Some more from this person... Thanks! I think you made some scrub fans very happy!! Good. Its hard to know what to say. I was told to just keep my mouth shut about anything that might be interpreted as bad for the couple so I shared the good Scrubs stuff earlier today and someone said they weren't watching anymore because of "wacky hijinks." So I'm a little nervous now. well thanks for what you dropped about tracy. I appreciate it. Have you heard anything about luke's return? I think he starts back to filming next week. Some more scoopage before the storm.... Yay for the scubbies! That sounds really good for them!! You have anything on anyone else or only scrubs? Tracy fan as in Tracy Q fan? I did hear something interesting about her. No one is really going to believe Lulu that Laura is coming in and out. But Tracy will believe. Does Tracy actually speak to Laura or just see them talking? I don't know if she does either but she does believe Lulu when no one else does. I really don't know any more details than that. Sorry

Thanks guys! I was pretty proud of myself that I didn't go all flustered! I wrote a letter too to follow up and mailed it today, where I specifically touted Tracy. I am glad I talked to him this mroning before the nut case Liz fans posted his number on soapdish to call in today for Liz... It is getting bad looking out. I don't think we are going to dodge the bullet this time.. I just bought four more cases of water and two more bottles of wine--I'm prepared! From soapdish...(people are saying these are fake..probably because Tracy is in one of them) Robin comes to Leyla's defense when Carly attacks her. Maxie and Jason are caught in a compromising situation. Diane rebuffs Karpov's advances. Alexis is stumped by Ric's apology. Sonny cashes in his favor with Claudia. Sorry, I hit submit too fast. Well my TQ pals...I had a productive and interesting morning...guess who I talked to today?? BRIAN FRONS himself!! On the way to my ethics class this morning that I am taking, I decided to call Frons's office about this 911 thing... So I call, and HE ANSWERED THE PHONE (AA I was totally thinking of you). Actually he just said "Brian Frons's" office, but it didnt' sound like a scretary or anything and it sounded like an older' mans voice... So anyway, I started by saying that I wanted to know if he could pass along a message to Brian Frons. I said I have been a long time viewer of GH for over 30 years and that I was disgusted that they would be showing and explosion on 911. I was very calm and rational, and said that the constant mob violence, deaths, explosions, shooting are totally turning me off as a viewer, and that the reason I started watching GH so long ago was for the family dynamics and relationships like the Quartermaine family who has been completely decimated in recent years almost beyond repair and how these actors are basically wallpaper, etc. I also mentioned that I have a 14-year-old daughter (okay so I lied I have a son) and that I won't even let them watch GH with me because of all the violence, and that we both are about to tune out for good. So he says, "Well this is Brian. And I had this same conversation with the writer this morning and we are listening and working on changes right now." So then I said, "Well that is good to hear, but I have taken the time to write letters in the past to you and others and I haven't seen any changes take place. I said that I realize that this is a soap opera and a tv show and in the scheme of real life and the world it is very insignificant...but it has been a part of my life for so long that I care enough to write and call, etc... He said he appreciated the call. Interesting eh? I couldn't believe I was so rational and calm and not flustered during the conversation!! I am following up with a letter now! Edit Wrote a letter reiterating our conversation and adding in a special plug for Tracy... Most of the time a secretary answers, but I called in 7am calif. time... Maybe she just keeps it a secret for now so she can be the one to tell Luke when he returns...who knows. Might not even be true... On that note...I am off to a class this mroning, and then to prepare for Hurricane Ike which is headed smack to Houston as of now sometime late Friday night/early Sat. morning. Sounds like a big one....

Ms. Q--We are so jaded now aren't we...we know that when something sounds too good to be true...it usually is... But that would just be so darn soapy to happen!!

So I watched today, and though I was disappointed about Tracy only having that couple line exchange, I guess at least they care enough to have her sitting there to support Lulu's side of things...they could easily have had her not there...nobody other than AZ/Trev are there...

*Klunk...ker plop* The sound of hooked fainting at the IL drop on the dish.. Tracy spies Lulu with a very much awake Laura. However, Tracy believes its best that no one knows Laura is awake, even if it means Lulu second guesses herself. THIS is what I have been saying should happen all along. I know some of you won't agree with me, because you don't want Tracy to lie to Luke, but this would be SOOOO classic Tracy to do...so in character...to see that Laura is awake and let Lulu think it is in her head because she doesn't want to lose Luke, etc....I know it might suck for LuNacy....but really, this would be the most in character thing Tracy could do...like the Tracy of old...plus it will give Jane some screentime and you know she will rock it! And with all the LnL stuff...the outcome for Lunacy is up in the air anyway...at least if they are going to do it, let Tracy get a decent storyline out of it. Luke has certainly screwed her over enough!! Hoever, this isn't confirmed...but the YES insider did say that Tracy does observe lulu....so guess we will see...

I just told her a message to tell him about being a long time viewer for 30 years and about to stop watching because of the decimation of the Qs and the character of Tracy and how happy I was that Monica was going to be on Nightshift ..WTH right? well I call the comment line every day without fail--more than once when the Qs or Tracy are on. I have written in...will continue too...but there is only so much a handful of us can do I guess. I don't think we can afford billboards and full page ads in soap rags for Tracy now can we? LOL!

So this chick is saying that massive letters work...maybe we should start postcards again...although others say that campaigns don't work! I say..I have a headache! night all! Lil Shark poster... So has Wally seemed interested in GH have you heard? Also...do you think JE is being pushed out the door by the lack of screen time this year--especially this summer since Tony has been gone...and now with him coming back her not getting as much as one would expect? I thought Guza liked the vibe of luke/tracy? Does Tony not want to work with her anymore? You are one of the nicest here so before I go I will give you my honest feelings. B.G. likes JE and he loves TG and he enjoys the vibe. Some here who know B.G.s feelings for GF think the love that Luke expressed for Tracy was deliberate. I told you that he can be vindictive and childish, that is true, but he is also really smart, smarter than many of you would think here. I will also tell you that he is somewhat funny about Gloria Monty creations. I don't know why, but it is true nonetheless. If he could have GH be filled with his creations, Claudia and Johnny and the Z's to name a few, well he would, but I told you guys months ago that he is on shakier ground than at any other time in his tenure here at Prospect. The double whammy of having both Claudia and the Jolu on the run summer story, not be hailed widely as great storytelling might not have mattered as much if there wasn't such a hue and outcry by angry fans about the demise of the Q's, the lack of a veteran presence on the show, and the continual fall of ratings and for the first time a crack in the demo's. If you want JE to be seen, then find other fans, write in. All I can tell you really and I'm one of Jane's biggest fans. She is a real lady and if not loved on set, universally admired and respected. Nite all.

Oy.. So should I hang up my Tracy hat now? FIGHT FOR HER. An angry vocal fan, is sometimes the most powerful person in daytime. You will all laugh but it's true. Not to diss anyone, but many of us on set didn't understand the huge following for Liason. Sorry but we see them on set and they are like a brother and sister. Sometimes snappy and irritable or teasing and protective, hard to see the great romance their couple pairing has generated, but we all can tell you that that fanbase did things that no other fanbase had until them, ad's, billboards, and massive campaigns that crossed many spectrums. Now we all get that the fans see something different and if you guys think those fans aren't largely responsible for them getting this pairing, well you'd be wrong.

This lil sharks poster is nothing if not enteraining... Okay this depressed Tracyfan wants to know if Jane will ever get any decent scenes coming up when Tony returns? You hear any scoop on what happens when Luke comes back with the L&T marriage? Do you think B.G is planning to end Luke/Tracy now for Luke/Laura or wait til Tony retires? Any rumblings if he is staying or going? Do you know what I can not stress enough, CALL AND WRITE IN. I don't know why you are continually misled that it makes no impact. That is false and completely untrue. If you dislike how women are portrayed, if dislike that vets aren't getting airtime, if you dislike the focus of the show, well write in, and call in. If you can send your letters to soap mags complaining, but send them also to ABCD and to Disney and Sweeny. I know some try to dissuade you guys saying it doesn't make a difference, that is a lie. The Q's were completely off the canvas for months, with almost no airtime, suddenly in July and August the call-in lines were on fire. Now you've had these scenes with Monica, the Q's at home and Shadybrook, this is a direct result of viewers. We had women, identifying their names, locations, how long they'd been watching and what made them unhappy about the show. I couldn't tell you why suddenly things changed, but they did. Prior to that we did get lots of calls, but the callers seldom if ever identified themselves, and the calls were usually angry rants. That is the truth.

Any idea on the Luke/Laura story? I think I was the first to let out that GH is feeling out WK for a return. I know that Genie's comments in the mags are true, that with the money put out for SJB, BW and SM, not including the $$$$ that TG, MB and SB rake in that there isn't lots of the ready for a long term commitment with Genie. But her fans have sure let the suits know that they'd like to see her, and not just with Lulu. Luke has some good things planned for next month, JE is looking forward to increase in airtime, but she might not be receiving as much time as would be expected, considering who she is paired with. Caution: I have emailed Tracey from JE online who talks to wally regularly and said she was away last week, but he didn't mention anything to her about Gh and is working on other projects outside of daytime.
