B&B always has to spell things out because they think the audience is full of idiots. Why is she asking Shauna—in a room full of people at work—how she came to have sex with Carter?

Leah knows she doesn’t fit in and is scared that Heather, who has history with the group, is coming for her spot. She so nakedly wants to be the new Bethenny of this franchise and remake it in her own image, and it’s a turnoff.

I think GH is pretty bad in general, but they do give their actors “moments.” I often watch and say, “Oh that’s an obvious Emmy reel.” Y&R rarely does, except for the “baity” special episodes that are undermined by the flat writing.

I seriously don’t know why they bother putting these out.

Y&R has never in my years of viewing been this bereft of villains. Sometimes they’ve gone too far actually, like in the early 2010s, when it was just psychos crawling out of the woodwork. Usually they have someone mixing it up, whether it’s Sheila, early Phyllis, early Michael Baldwin, Mary Jo Mason, Matt Clark, Veronica, Tricia, Isabella, early Kevin, David Chow, the list goes on… (Not to take over the GH thread, but you know what I mean… not asking for an avalanche of villainy. Just one or two would do.)

The dialogue for Amanda, Imani, and Naya is SO stilted. It actually kinda hurts to listen to it. It sounds like a readout for a corporate earnings report.
