  1. There's a "Gregory Abbott" on that list, but I really hope it's not THIS "Gregory Abbott":
  2. I agree, and me neither. Glenda Jackson? LOL! It's the episode of "Shameless" you never thought you'd see!
  3. Well, there IS Jodie Sweetin, who's been married eleven hundred times, and who has a history of drug abuse. However, that was pre-Hallmark. She has since cleaned up her act (or so she says) and so Crown Media believes her to be worthy of their craptastic original movies. Yeah, that irks me as well. Why must Lori and Felicity go down for this WITHOUT their husbands? There's no way they couldn't have been complicit! On the bright side, Felicity and Lori could play themselves in the Lifetime Original Movie!
  4. Dead. IA that this will torpedo LL's career opportunities at Hallmark. They like their actors squeaky clean and boring.
  5. You know, I always thought there was something about that woman that I didn't like. I just couldn't put my finger on it until now.
  6. IA with y'all: I applaud Buttigieg for his remarks, but I don't think he has a chance of winning the nomination, let alone the election.
  7. This is so unreal. Funny as hell, but unreal.
  8. Mama Khan is STUNNED. She's a big fan of "Garage Sale Mysteries."
  9. If only her character on "Desperate Housewives" had had such juicy material.
  10. I don't believe so. In fact, she doesn't even mention LOVING.
  11. We have to remember, too, KT was working on a soap that had seen better days and was, in the words of David O'Brien, "off-off-daytime." Perhaps, if she had worked on a P&G or ABC soap during that period, her experience and opinion might have been different.
  12. "I'm shocked," said no one. It takes a special brand of stupid 1) to make such comments and 2) to make them on-air.
  13. Judging from that resume, for lack of a better word, Carolyn Conwell was typecast somewhat as a prostitute.
  14. I know I've said this before, but Andy Cohen is basically the Drunk Girl at the Party.
  15. I don't think so. Most AMC fans whom I've encountered online have been willing to defend some, if not all, of her storyline choices. GL fans, OTOH, pretty much agree that her HW'ing stint there was a disaster from start to finish.
  16. BREAKING: Bill Shine Resigns As WH Communications Director https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/433226-ex-fox-executive-shine-makes-abrupt-exit-from-trump-white-house Reports say he will take on a "senior adviser" role in Trump's 2020 campaign (which Trump himself has been running practically since he took the oath of office back in 2017).
  17. I'm watching a "Law & Order" rerun that reinforces that fact.
  18. It is. I'm tired of those purity ponies (tm @marceline) on the left. They act like we all could afford to wait for the Second Coming. Well, you know what happens when you keep picking off people whose hands aren't entirely clean? You end up with Trump. Nevertheless, if someone from the Purity Police ends up being the nominee (I'm looking at you, Kirsten Gillibrand), I'll just hold my nose and vote for them, because, as @Juliajms says upthread:
  19. I can only imagine the phone conversation she and Oprah had later about everything that went down.
  20. I miss seeing Marcia McCabe on my TV on a regular basis. She's one of those actresses (like Gloria Loring (ex-Liz, DAYS)) whom you love instantly.
  21. I'll be honest: I'm not sure what to think about Omar.
  22. I, for one, would not mind a ticket that includes Kamala Harris and Sherrod Brown.
  23. Gayle, after the interview:
  24. "Word" to everything said here, @marceline.
