Gotta respond to this before I go. I hope it's true!! I don't believe it is... There are all those years where another soap could have gobbled her up and didn't. I'm sure part of that time she was happy being mom... but I don't believe that's the whole story. Truth is.. she's not that talented.. and the soap world looks at her and sees "Laura." She could have spent time on a NY based soap, but it never happened!!! I hope she moves to LA, and becomes a big fat star on CBS.. and they sign her to a 15 year contract, which totally prevents Luke from riding off with Laura. That will force the soap gods to do what is right and just (because they may need to be "forced" to do the right thing): Have Luke settle down with Tracy, his soul and his love and his one true mate. It's from Change of Habit..... a movie starring Elvis Presley and Mary Tyler Moore. Elvis is a do-good doctor who works in the poor part of town Mary is a nun!!! Who arrives with two other nuns/nurses to help at Elvis' clinic. One of the "other" nuns is Jane Elliot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can buy it at Amazon.. or rent it. Warning, Timeless, the opening montage where the "nuns" change out of habit might give you a heart attack. I'm just warning you now!!! It's very corny, but very fun. Jane does her 'nose crinkle' thing in that movie. And there is a scene where she uses her sexiness to get guys to help her move. She should have had the lead... but she makes the most of what she was given. You'll get giddy watching it. Good time!!

So you would think that an episode focusing on heart disease and prevention would include an appearance from one of the most recent heart attack victims on the show -- LUKE!!! And you would think, since he lives at Kelly's and the luncheon is at Kelly's, that he would appear today. And since Monica is there and Luke is there... it only makes sense that Tracy should show up today, too... because that SL is about TRACY AND LUKE blackmailing MONICA. And maybe after T&L tease/torture or blackmail Monica at the party, they could go upstairs to his room and do a little celebratory mattress tag - or better yet, go back to the mansion and do it there. hahahaha That's my fun post for the day. It's a "light" ten. I was a 12 pushing a 14 when I started this. I'm now a 10 pushing an 8. Not into that eight yet.. but I'm trying. My 12s are now too big to wear.
