Some probably for John’s funeral I assume

I know the dingles hate around here BUT Belle‘s character is kinda carrying the show on her back right now tbh.

BUT since the shocking episode of the „showdown“.. The story of Tom and Belle has been a letdown and the writers adding more and more bs to drag Tom’s demise out til Christmas. You can really tell. It started as an awareness storyline and people actually caring for it but now it’s too far fetched and ridiculous. Not even Meena‘s storyline became that dragged out like this.

I really wanted to say Kim is carrying this show on her back too with her little revenge on Will but this year it definitely has been Belle. 
BUT they really have to end this storyline coz it lost its momentum they built up and gave us last week

No offense… BUT she always looked like she never wanted to be there anyway and was phoning in her scenes since like Billy miller left. The last 5-6 years she had no big storylines that were memorable or even interesting. I loved Kelly since the Port Charles days as Livvie but her character has been dead weight for years. She has no chemistry with Dante and her scenes with her family seemed like she was bored and zoned out. 
I was more upset about Stuart Damon’s axing or genie Francis.. hell I was even more upset when they let go of Steve and Kayla at the end of the 00‘s from Days 

OFC it’s upsetting to lose a job after 2 decades BUT was it really a blindside? She could’ve taken the paycut and still be a part of this show.. it’s not the 00‘s or 80‘s where soaps have big budgets anymore. 

Martha (Belle) her post really hit me hard..

Last time I was really feeling John‘s character for real was when Belle was framed for Charlie dales murder by Jan.. 
Drake really played his hard out when he thought his baby girl killed him.

I know some may not liked his take on the character here and there but I really enjoyed him very much. He created so many chemistry over the years with his co-stars.. he will be missed so hard

I have to say that her character has been dead weight for far too long to be really upset about it even though she was there for 2 decades. I loved her back in the day but something was missing for years with her character.

i have to say I was more heartbroken when they got rid of Alan Quartermaine/Stuart Damon

im such a die hard Broe fan but also loved Chloe with Phillip. But my ultimate favorite pairing or his was with Melanie and I would love to watch those episodes again and just need to know the episode number or date to start.. help would be appericiated.

I swear to god I was a fan of hers since „port Charles“.. But it’s no big loss coz her character has been dead weight for years. Yes they could’ve made Lindsey a permanent replacement and spare that character a death.. But I do think with the missing action that this loss will free such big money.

I really hope one day Maurice will retire coz when he leaves and the character of Sonny ends. Oh my this show will be freed moneywise lol

God. Justin Hartley was such a blessing for this show and the chemistry with Chelsea was so real.. shame current ones act like Chadam was unimportant lmao But this Billy Abbott was so likeable. I would’ve preferred him over the current one. The way he humiliated Chelsea at their wedding. So soapy. Loved it. And the way he fought against the newmans was peak.

Y&r had some storylines in the past that were „out there“ to put it nicely but this Victor and Marco/Jack storyline is the campiest stuff I’ve ever seen on Y&R. I expect stuff like this from like Days or GH.. Hell even from B&B.. But not From Y&R.

im 50/50 if I like it or not. I mean it gives my boy Peter B. so much screentime and the abbotts but it’s such camp lmao I can only imagine that Peter had such a field day and so much fun with it. BUt it for gave us John Abbott for a few episodes 

I love the irony that Adam pretends to be Gabriel while his closest friend he has is not even Jack but Marco pretending to be him. That’s hilarious.

Avery (the hottest babe this show had in years) and Dylan finally broke up and Sharon finall got rid of the murder charges against her. Even though this murder story with the teens felt like some pretty little liars from temu version it was still well paced tbh and Dylan and Sharon’s story too. 
 

I‘m a die hard Nick-Sharon Fan BUT Dylan is the only men I can accept and love with her. Steve Burton actually played his heart out on Y&R. Why on earth would he go back to GH to do literally nothing? And why didn’t he return to Y&R after 2021 and joined Days  

Yeeees yeees yeees! Now Let’s bring back Susan Lucci as Erica Kane!

And my Ultimate favorite Vincent Irrizari / David should be there too

1999 had Andy being in a cult (my favorite storyline ever of gzsz)… and don’t forget Leon’s return in 99 and him having a fling with the chick of a mob boss lmao typical Leon. Lol

I actually liked Peter Becker #3… I also enjoyed Kai and Marie. But I agree Sandra being addicted to shopping etc. Flo’s weird tea addiction, Moritz and Sandra’s dragging love story before he nailed her mom lol (that was a good one though).. Daniel having visions and could predict some future nonsense lol 

Barbara becoming a baby snatcher made sense though. She always wanted kids. Couldn’t get one on her own. Then the whole mess with Katja that ruined her last chance of a baby.. She was mentally already unstable because of that and her alcoholic past. I do think it was still in character somewhat 

1998-2002/03 was one my favorite eras of that soap. It lost some magic between 2003-05. I just got back with Phillip and his gang and then subway running. 2006 felt a bit boring overall but 2007 and Gerner faking Johanna’s death really brought me back to the show.

Nataly was my favorite character and I still can’t believe they axed her  but I did enjoy her amnesia story and her getting revenge on Gerner.

i didn’t mind the Bohlstadts. Chris and Xenia were hilarious together… Charlotte and Jan were so sweet in the beginning. She wasn’t able to see and got her eyesight back and finally got to see Jan etc. But down the line they ruined the whole storyline out of nowhere. Didn’t Jan shot gerner and skipped town?
