  1. Same. I'm usually on HGTV and it plays, especially late at night, hahah. I saw it again and went, "Lady... you're still kickin'?" HAHAHA
  2. ... I wasn't trying to argue/counter-argue, though? 🤨 More-so giving credit for how you organized your list, which I appreciated.
  3. Between Amelia Heinle's child-like fringe and Melody Thomas Scott's extreme comb-over... I'm baffled at the hair department for this episode.
  4. I wonder if a Snickers would work on Martha... 'cause damn. LOL.
  5. Following the [general] classification of @Noel, I am classifying The Good as "self-explanatory," The Bad" as "considered tolerable" (or in my case I'm stuck with them) and The Ugly as those as "loathe" (a.k.a. I don't want to ever watch them again), however, I will not be classifying SORAS'd roles, unless within the same age bracket (like young teen to older teen, etc). I'm also trying to steer clear of temporary recasts (a.k.a. pinch-hitters). And yes, I went off, haha. The Good Robert Adamson (Noah, Y&R) Jed Allan (C.C., SB) Krista Allen (Taylor, B&B) Brandon Barash (Stefan, DAYS) Diana Barton (Mari Jo, Y&R) Charles Bateman (C.C., SB) Jaime Lyn Bauer (Laura, DAYS) Peter Bergman (Jack, Y&R) Hunt Block (Craig, ATWT) Raven Bowens (Chanel, DAYS) Tamara Braun (Carly, GH) Dylan Bruce (Chris, ATWT) Lachlan Buchanan (Kyle, Y&R) Martha Byrne (Lily, ATWT) Sharon Case (Sharon, ATWT) Beth Chamberlin (Beth, GL) Judith Chapman (Gloria, Y&R) Bailey Chase (Chris, ATWT) Eddie Cibrian (Cole, SUNBEACH) Mark Collier (Mike, ATWT) Daniel Cosgrove (Scott, AMC; Chris, ATWT) Brooks Darnell (Nate, Y&R) Justin Deas (Tom, ATWT) Tom Degnan (Adam, ATWT; Joey, OLTL) Sean Dominic (Nate, Y&R) Jerry Douglas (John, Y&R) Ellen Dolan (Margo, ATWT) Carmen Duncan (Iris, AW) Marj Dusay (Alexandra, GL; Pamela, SB) Brenda Epperson (Ashley, B&B) Judi Evans (Paulina, AW; Adrienne, DAYS) Mary Beth Evans (Kayla, DAYS) Nathan Fillion (Joey, OLTL) Pierson Fodé (Thomas, B&B) Nicole Forester (Cassie, GL) Carrington Garland (Kelly, SB) Dan Gauthier (Kevin, OLTL) Sarah Glendening (Marisa, AMC; Lucy, ATWT) Deidre Hall (Hattie, DAYS) Van Hansis (Luke, ATWT) Don Hastings (Bob, ATWT) Scott Holmes (Tom, ATWT) Scott Holroyd (Paul, ATWT) Roger Howarth (Paul, ATWT; Franco, GH) Sean Kanan (AJ, GH) Lesli Kay (Felicia, B&B) Thorsten Kaye (Ridge, B&B) Elizabeth Keifer (Blake, GL) Abigail Klein (Stephanie, DAYS) Victoria Konefal (Ciara, DAYS) Lauren Koslow (Kate, DAYS) Allison Lanier (Summer, Y&R) Bethany Joy Lenz (Mchelle, GL) Terry Lester (Mason, SB) Jen Lilley (Maxie, GH) Jon Lindstrom (Craig, ATWT) William Lipton (Cameron, GH) Natalia Livingston (Taylor, DAYS) Kyle Lowder (Rex, DAYS) Martha Madison (Belle, DAYS) Billy Magnussen (Casey, ATWT) Kate Mansi (Abigail, DAYS) Eric Martsolf (Brady, DAYS) Chandler Massey (Will, DAYS) Robin Mattson (Heather, GH) Michael Mealor (Kyle, Y&R) Cady McClain (Dixie, AMC; Rosanna, ATWT; Jennifer, DAYS; Kelly, Y&R) Judith McConnell (Sophia, SB) Kelly Menighan (Emily, ATWT) Billy Miller (Jason, GH) Marci Miller (Abigail, DAYS) Wendy Moniz (Dinah, GL) Julianne Moore (Frannie/Sabrina, ATWT) Michael Muhney (Adam, Y&R) Robert Newman (Kirk, SB; Ashland, Y&R) Melissa Ordway (Abby, Y&R) Ellen Parker (Maureen, GL) Austin Peck (Austin, DAYS) Jon Prescott (Mike, ATWT) Elaine Princi (Dorian, OLTL) Ron Raines (Alan, GL) Emme Rylan (Lulu, GH; Lizzie, GL) Marnie Schulenburg (Alison, ATWT) Coltin Scott (Nikolas, GH) Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki, Y&R) Kimberley Simms (Mindy, GL) Peter Simon (Ed, GL) Erika Slezak (Viki, OLTL) Nancy St. Alban (Michelle, GL) Sherry Stringfield (Blake, GL) Mary Ellen Stuart (Frannie/Sabrina, ATWT) Tammin Sursok (Colleen, Y&R) Jason Thompson (Billy, Y&R) Zach Tinker (Sonny, DAYS) Gina Tognoni (Dinah, GL; Phyllis, Y&R) Heather Tom (Katie, B&B; Kelly, OLTL) Justin Torkildsen (Rick, Y&R) Constance Towers (Helena, GH) Mark Valley (Jack, DAYS) Greg Vaughan (Eric, DAYS; Lucky, GH) Billy Warlock (AJ, GH) Susan Walters (Diane, Y&R) Jess Walton (Jill, Y&R) Cynthia Watros (Nina, GH) Maura West (Diane, Y&R) Guy Wilson (Will, DAYS) Laura Wright (Carly, GH) Victoria Wyndham (Rachel, AW) Jacob Young (JR, AMC) Kim Zimmer (Nola, TD) The Bad Deborah Adair (Jill, Y&R) Brandon Beemer (Shawn-Douglas, DAYS) Jennifer Bransford (Carly, GH) Tamara Braun (Taylor, DAYS) Mandy Bruno (Marina, GL) Nancy Burnett (Beth, B&B) Brandon Call (Brandon, SB) Christina Chambers (Molly, ATWT) Marcus Coloma (Nikolas, GH) Chad Duell (Michael, GH) Rory Gibson (Noah, Y&R) Justin Gocke (Brandon, SB) Stacy Haiduk (Kristen/Susan, DAYS) Winsor Harmon (Thorne, B&B) David Hasselhoff (Snapper, Y&R) Amelia Heinle (Victoria, Y&R) Luke Kleintank (Noah, Y&R) Jennifer Landon (Heather, Y&R) Adrianne León (Colleen, Y&R) Marie Masters (Susan, ATWT) Cameron Mathison (Drew, GH) Robin Mattson (Gina, SB) Lindsey McKeon (Marah, GL) Tracy Melchior (Kristen, B&B) Margaret Michaels (Santana, SB) Austin Peck (Brad, ATWT) Ingo Rademacher (Thorne, B&B) Heather Rattray (Lily, ATWT) Robin Riker (Beth, B&B) Amanda Setton (Brook Lynn, GH) Chauntee Schuler (Bonnie, ATWT) Charles Shaughnessy (Victor, GH) Sabine Singh (Greenlee, AMC) Trevor St. John (Tucker, Y&R) Kirsten Storms (Maxie, GH) Josh Taylor (Roman, DAYS) Gordon Thomson (Mason, SB) Jack Wagner (Warren, SB) Marie Wilson (Meg, ATWT) The Ugly Anthony Addabbo (Dmitri, AMC) Mark Arnold (Joe, SB) Noelle Beck (Lily, ATWT) Paul Burke (C.C., SB) Wanda DeJesus (Santana, SB) Gina Gallego (Santana, SB) Paula Irvine (Lily, SB) Scott Jenkins (Warren, SB) Hunter King (Summer, Y&R) Kimberly McArthur (Kelly, SB) Jeffrey Meek (Craig, ATWT) Charity Rahmer (Belle, DAYS) Joanna Rhinehart (Jessica, ATWT) Eden Riegel (Heather, Y&R) Hartley Sawyer (Kyle, Y&R) Jeff Trachta (Thorne, B&B) Steve Wilder (Jack, DAYS) Robert Scott Wilson (Ben, DAYS)
  6. YAY for General Hospital. Despite its negative points, it is still the only American daytime soap opera worth watching.
  7. I can't recall, but were Ashley & Robyn constantly versus each other that season? If not, I wouldn't call the first scene of her being antagonistic, but she wasn't persistently going after Ashley. And the same with Monique the Monique situation.. as I wasn't as actively watching during those seasons. Mia vs. Wendy and Robyn vs. Wendy would classify as antagonism on all parties' parts, per the definition of antagonistic and antagonism.
  8. Got my tickets!
  9. RHOP: This ass is busted. No towels? Pipes in a bedroom? No A/C? I'd be OUT! No, thanks. Ashley is living her best soon-to-be post Michael Darby life. Askale would've been prepared and put together. Mia's friend is late and out of place. Cheap-ass replacement for Katie Rost. Keep it. Um. I probably wouldn't poop in front of my partner. I don't even do it in public or someone else's home. No, thank you. But you do you, boo. I ain't mad at it. WTF is this neighbourhood? The Grand Dame would've made sure this trip was better than this. If this is Mia's idea of luxury I don't want it. Both Mia & Wendy gotta GO! "I'm confused. It's my birthday." Never change, Karen. Never change. Robyn is right: Wendy gotta stop antagonizing. She can't condemn the behaviour, yet bait them. THE NOTICE AT THE END! I AM DEAD!
  10. IF Freevee (stupid name) is producing... does this potentially mean Neighbours would be viable for the Daytime Emmys? Or?
  11. Susan Walters (Diane, Y&R) auditioned for the role of Bree on Desperate Housewives (x).
  12. I doubt Disney-ABC will ever give us scenes like what CBS has given. I vaguely remember one CBS cast member joining an ABC soap and they got yelled at for straddling the actor. They were told something along the lines of "We don't do that here!" And with how conservative Disney-ABC has been for a while, I don't see us getting anything anytime soon. They're too busy controlling General Hospital as a whole right now.
  13. Quality update on some of these images:
  14. I don't think it's the fact it wasn't important. I'm pretty sure the budget did not allow for it to be openly used. Which is likely why the finale was pretty much outdoors. That's my guess.
  15. It never did. It was remodeled in 1990 by the request of CC. The O.G. mansion was never seen again.
  16. Soap Central reported, in both December 2000 and January 2001 that Robin Christopher was "dropping anchor in Port Charles just in case Emmy-winner Brown decides not to renew her contract." Gina Tognoni was another name, per the January report, to take on the role of Carly. However, Christopher's involvement as a potential recast was never stated... just that she would be "dropping anchor" in Port Charles and, to me, that reads as Skye coming to town. And when it was announced in June 2001 she was joining General Hospital as Skye, the report stated: "Earlier this spring, you'll recall that Soap Central reported that Robin Christopher (Skye Chandler) was rumored to be a permanent addition to the General Hospital cast. Christopher, whose character has bobbed from All My Children and then to One Life to Live, was reported to have been tapped to provide a 'replacemen' for actress Sarah Brown (ex-Carly)." That, to me, reads as Skye coming to town as a Carly replacement. Not a recast of the role.
  17. Except the other set is not the one we knew for decades... changing the room's view essentially changes the room, IMHO. I get why they changed the room view, but it still feels semi-unfamiliar.
  18. While I would love that, it would defeat the purpose [in my head] of Selina having female lovers... and one of them being Ms. Kristina Corinthos-Davis. Haha. I know Lydia Look is up for the idea of Ms. Wu having female companions, so I wouldn't want her being the one against Terry being trans... maybe her father, though? I have always suspected that Rory is working in cahoots with Selina. That's how she knew to go to Curtis and offer help re: Trina. Rory is her inside person. According to Marcus Coloma, he is back airing next week... a.k.a. Adam Huss is not on long enough!
  19. Or worse... glass-sliding doors that do not function, especially without "bb.moveobjects on" put on. LOL. I think if they were blended more or more of a balayage effect, they'd look better, which is why I also believe it Robyn's hair were the honey-hue, and this red were the put-in pieces, it'd look somewhat less awkward.
  20. I think this is awesome. As an American, I’d always wanted to see this soap, so I’m happy we are going to be getting this! I’m just sad it came after the series finale, which I do believe wrapped up the series so well.
  21. Didn't they introduce Gordon Thompson two different ways, though? One mid-scene, and one in another completely different one? In fact, they did. We can watch it here (owner won't allow embedding). It seems like some regions (especially in America) got a Friday change, while on Monday, due to tape delay, they got the other swap.
  22. Just saw this on Soap Opera Digest! A legacy he has left! May he RIP!
  23. Selina Wu can't get a damn set... but Josslyn got her dorm room? It's a cute set... but let's upgrade Ms. Selina Wu!
