Excellent posts @cody_1990 ! There have been a lot of boring couples lately. And a little too much Dimera. I think that all the ingredients are there for a good show, but Paula/Jeanne just need to use them more effectively. And yeah, a few characters do need to be sent packing lol I’m surprised that they haven’t actually gone over budget, with the amount of characters we’ve seen on screen lately lol Not yet. This isn’t Ron Carlivati’s show anymore 😂😂😂😂 As for techniques, maybe playing a character as smug or arrogant was one of them.

@carolineg @ranger1rg Idk if this has anything to do with Theo's coldness or arrogance, but when Tyler was on Dishin Days, he revealed that he had the same acting teacher as Robert Scott Wilson... so maybe he learned some similar techniques 😂😂😂

Yeah, we can assume it. I just wish they would tell us somehow if that's what they've been doing since Theo came back. Even now, while he's in the crypt, seems like it would be a good time to explain himself to like Chad or somebody. Agreed. I don't mind the character arc, but I think we need an explanation.

I guess it depends on where you fall on the spectrum. I have a cousin who’s autistic and he doesn’t speak like Theo at all. With Tyler, I think most of his choices work well for the character, but I also think Theo’s newfound coldness should’ve stemmed more from what Claire did to him, or even what Ben and Ciara did to him. Or especially because he felt betrayed by JJ. That way it would make more sense for Theo to be like that now, when he’d never been like that before.

I love how we, once again, had to see Nina as the bad guy when she, once again, was completely in the right. This f*ckin show, man 😂😂😂 I'm looking forward to seeing what this mess with Michael/Willow ends up doing to Chase/Brook Lynn and their marriage. That could actually be a pretty good conflict for them. I liked Chase standing up to Michael too. And yeah, the ADA is still a character that should not exist

A new establishing shot... that now makes Salem look like Philadelphia 😂😂 But it was nice to finally see Jeremy again. He really seems to have fallen down the card lately lol which I guess makes sense, considering that he's the obvious red herring in the whole Stephanie's stalker storyline. Hopefully, that changes now because there's still so much that they can do with his character, in spite of the fact that he was really douchy with Maggie today. Perhaps, she can help him work through his anger and douchiness. And while that's happening, Kate can launch a coup at Titan. Which could also weave in Alex and Stephanie as well, who were, once again, boring today... until the end lol their cliffhanger was good. I'm interested in seeing what happens with them next week. And it was nice to see Alex dressed in something different than those disco dancing outfits that he wears. Btw, Michael Roark looks like he really could be Roark Critchlow's son. Despite the Leo of it all, I'm all for Johnny joining in the fight to take down EJ. He should have been the one trying to do it from the very beginning. It just makes more sense for Johnny to be the one to do it, considering the storyline. Pitting father against son even more than they already are is a great idea. And it would be good family drama for the two of them and everyone around them. Hopefully, he continues to play a part in it, especially now that EJ's been shoved into the crypt too. I have mixed feelings about this whole Dimeras in the crypt thing though. I liked Chad and Theo's scenes today, but at the same time, I'm getting a little tired of it all in general. Hopefully, this storyline won't be so one note next week. Btw, EJ seemed really stupid today lol maybe he wasn't playing Cat after all, which is too bad. Speaking of Cat, I'm glad that she called Rafe out on his hate boner for the Dimeras. It makes sense for Rafe to be like that, but he's just annoying about it. I still find Rafe so insufferable sometimes 😂😂

Gotta admit, I'm liking Xander and Marlena's friendship. They work really well together, and I would love it if she would be the one to finally get Xander to change for good. Marlena could also add an important dynamic to the Xander/Sarah/Brady storyline as well, especially if they keep the tension that Brady has against Marlena still going. Her being caught in the middle of all this could lead to something interesting happening. I like the idea of the storyline. Brady and Sarah's scenes were OK too. And yeah, Brady looked hot at the beginning. 54 years old and Eric Martsolf is still delivering! 👍😍😂😂 Gabi comforting Javi was nice too, even though Javi accusing her again was unnecessary. And because Al Calderon still has trouble with emotional material lol Days really should have used him and Leo losing the baby to Johnny and Chanel as a way to build conflict for the two of them. Speaking of Johnny and Chanel, I'm glad that Johnny turned down EJ's offer to temporarily run Dimera, and that Johnny still hasn't forgiven EJ. I hope they're estranged for a long time. I just wish that Johnny still hadn't forgiven him for Sami's rape, in addition to what EJ did to Chanel at the trial. I didn't mind Chanel apologizing to Johnny for possibly overstepping with EJ either. Hopefully, that was some kind of foreshadowing of Chanel eventually coming around about EJ, which can cause conflict for her and Johnny. Their scenes at the end were really sweet though. Btw, Rafe's hate boner for the Dimeras is starting to remind me of Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald's hate boner for the Cranes 😂😂
