  1. Same here. If it were up to me, Ben would've been killed off already 😂
  2. And it worked well today. Letting those character traits influence his storyline is a perfect way to build conflict for him and Stephanie and could possibly lead to Stephanie seeking comfort elsewhere lol she has so many potential suitors on the canvas. I wished that they had pitted Alex against Xander and Philip and had him try to undermine Titan or something. I never bought that he was so fine with giving everything over to Xander after everyone found the truth about who Victor's son was. And if they hadn't gotten rid of Theresa, it could have also caused tension between him and Brady, Tate, etc.
  3. The guy who it appealed to the most was fired last year 😂😂😂 I admit, I do find RSW hot but the constant propping and shoving him down our throats ruined both characters for me, which is probably why I’m already rooting for Jeremy a little. Luckily, the new team has backburnered Alex for the most part. He’s not even shirtless that much anymore 😂 And even though I thought Alex was douchy today, I prefer that he’s written that way because it plays into RSW’s acting style. He works better as the villain, not the good guy/hero/romantic lead/alpha stud that RC wanted him to be. And there’s a lot more drama that can be mined from writing him like that as well. Him and Stephanie are boring as a couple, and I’m hoping that this means there’s a change coming for them.
  4. Yeah... wayyyy too much One Stormy Night today. And they're also making way too much out of Stephanie secretly being the author. This had to have been a Ron/Jamey story that the new team was forced to continue and they really need to move onto something else for every character involved in this. All the ingredients are there to give all of them a better storyline. And yeah, Alex is a douche 😂 Luckily, Xander and Sarah's scenes really elevated today as a whole. Paul Telfer and Lindsey Godfrey continued to kill it. You could really feel the pain and emotion from both of them throughout their scenes. Sarah brought up a lot of interesting points about Xander's character that needed to be addressed, especially when she asked what would happen if the day ever came that she or Victoria ever made him as angry as Philip did. I don't think Xander would react the same way but that definitely needed to be said to him. And I'm glad that Sarah had Maggie to comfort her in the end. I'm looking forward to seeing where the two of them go from here. They really are like a modern day supercouple. Philip comforting Xander was nice as well. Even though I still wouldn't mind them being enemies, I'm coming around to them actually living and respecting each other as brothers. And yeah, I still don't like Amy but I'm glad that she got to hold her grandson at least. Her trying to prevent Johnny and Chanel from adopting Tesoro could be interesting though. Johnny staying on at Titan could be interesting as well.
  5. You’re right. Too bad the storylines were absolutely horrendous though 😂
  6. They hinted at it briefly, but it was completely dropped when it was revealed that Mark and Cat were brother and sister and working for Clyde.
  7. Of course Ron Carlivati would work on an episode that involves penis. Don't ever change, Uncle 👍😂😂😂
  8. Agreed. There were a lot of shifts in Season 8, some good, some bad. And I never thought we'd see Eric and Michael brawling 😂
  9. The guy who said, when Finn "died", that B&B was never gonna be the same again? 😂😂😂😂
  10. Hope and praying for #Mavi 🙏 I even have a fanfiction idea already 😂😂 Agreed. He needs a haircut.
  11. Well Hellooooo Michael and Chase 😍😍😍 And it does look like Josh has as much chemistry with Rory as he did with Chad 😉😂
  12. Oh God I hope not. That’s so Ron-like lol and it’s been done to death with Sarah already. Plus, it would totally wipe out all the progress she’s made as a character, under the new team. All that guidance and advice that she gave Sophia would have been for nothing
  13. Marlena and her family were front and center today. I liked how they all came together for Belle's birthday dinner. There were a lot of nice, dorky family moments. And they were able to discuss the things that they've been going through lately, throughout the episode. I'm glad that we got to see Tate's relationship with his little sister as well. I actually kinda like Rachel when she's not awful lol Brady also brought up a lot of interesting points as well, first with Tate and how Tate was dealing with the baby reveal, and his relationship with Holly. And then with Marlena, and how he feels he needs a career change but also wants to keep Basic Black going. Rachel's birthday gift to Belle was really sweet too 😊😊 But, where the hell is Aaron? We found out that he was the father and then he just disappears? We really should be getting his perspective in this storyline, along with Tate's, Brady's, etc. I'm interested in seeing where Tate and Holly go from here as well, especially since Holly turned him down today lol I also enjoyed Maggie and Xander's conversation and that Maggie was able to figure out that Xander was still keeping a secret from her and Sarah. I'm still not sure why they decided to have Maggie and Sarah believe for a while that Xander didn't beat up Philip, especially when they could've gotten just as much drama out of them knowing the truth from the very beginning, but whatevs. The performances make it all worth it. Paul Telfer proved, once again, why he won the Emmy. And I'm really looking forward to his and Sarah's scenes tomorrow.
  14. Poor thing must have had a terrible headache after he finished filming that day 😂
  15. So, Gio's all shocked that Tracy "drugged" Ronnie, but is perfectly fine with the fact that Sonny kills people for a living? OK 🖕
  16. Thanks! It does kind of seem they're setting that up, even though I really don't want Cat to have a baby lol I'm still holding out hope for Stephanie
  17. Welcome back, Mark! It's been a while. I know people weren't fans of the Greene's but I always liked their dorkiness as a family and I'm curious to see what happens now that Mark is back in Salem, especially after the messiness of last year, both on and offscreen. On the one hand, I'm glad that we were spared something possibly happening between Mark and Leo but on the other hand, I feel like the actor and character got a raw deal and was just collateral damage in Ron's crazy ass determination to prevent Abigail from coming back. But with Ron gone, hopefully things will be different lol Mark going to work for EJ could be really interesting too. I wonder what EJ's mysterious research is going to be about. Even though I'm not a fan of Jeremy being Thomas' teacher, I did like the conversation that they had today about Chad and Cat. Maybe Jeremy playing the peacemaker for Chad and Thomas could end up being the thing that prompts Stephanie to start warming up to him, which would be a much better way to use Stephanie than this whole book thing. And based on Jeremy's final scenes with Alex today, hopefully this means that we're gonna get a good Jeremy/Alex feud too. 👊😂 And yeah, Leo should not be the character that ends up investigating whatever EJ's doing at the hospital. I'm glad Rita threw him out. My hatred for him aside, the character who should be taking on EJ right now is Johnny. There's so much more storyline that can be mined for them and everyone around them if Days had decided to do that. Btw, Wuthering Heights was one book that I never read when I was in school. Does the plot have any similarity to the EJ/Cat/Chad storyline?
  18. I guess it's possible, especially because Holly was at the hospital. Then again, the biological father might decide that he wants custody.
  19. Poor Jacob. But at the same time, I really think Jibre Hordges got a chance to flex his acting muscles today. I'm interested in seeing where he and Naomi go from here.
  20. Tomorrow. Maybe he'll be paired with Javi 🙏 And don't worry, the minute I see a spoiler pic of Will, I'll post it 👍😂😂
  21. According to Jason47, only Sarah, Shawn, Alex, Stephanie, EJ and Theo. The newfound intelligence that many characters have had lately continues to impress me 😂 Plus, this is a much better use of Theo than the last time he was onscreen for a prolonged period of time.
  22. Happy Birthday Belle! As much as I liked her and EJ together, I did also like that she had no time for EJ's crap today. But I'm not too sure about moving him into everything that's going on with Sophia though. I know Johnny's his son, but I just don't know. It doesn't feel right. If anything, Johnny should be moved into everything that EJ's doing at the hospital, and try to stop him or something, which could lead to a lot of conflict between the two of them, Johnny and Chanel, etc. I enjoyed Belle's scenes with Marlena as well. I thought Theo was used effectively today, first with Xander, then with Gabi and then with EJ. He seemed to hold his own pretty well with Xander and I wouldn't mind seeing the two of them go head to head over the companies. I also enjoyed seeing him go head to head with Gabi. And the fact that he promised to keep Gabi's secret about the planted bug could lead to something interesting happening. As for chemistry, I think he has more with Arianna than with Gabi though. And I do wonder if his conversation with EJ at the end might mean something somewhere down the line. As for Abe/Paulina, I'm still Team Abe, despite their scenes today. Idk if this was intentional on part of the writers, but it seemed a little like they were trying to make Abe the bad guy. The way he was speaking to Paulina today definitely raised an eyebrow or two lol but I don't think that's going to work though. It's Abe. But I'm really looking forward to seeing this all play out. And, Philip did look hot at the beginning 😍😂
