Gabi, what are you praying for? You know you ain’t going to Heaven 😂😂😂 Today was broken down very strangely. I thought it was a little odd that the bomb went off at the beginning of today’s episode. That would have been the perfect Friday cliffhanger. And it would have been better than the sort of cliffhanger that we ended up getting. If they had waited, it could have allowed other characters to get caught in the blast as well, like Jada or Chad and NotAbigail, for example. I also find it odd that Stefan, Ava, everybody couldn’t take down this bumbling little sad sack with a tiny knife. But whatevs, just glad that this storyline is ending. And if today indicated that we’re going to get an actual EJ/Gabi pairing, I don’t mind it. I just wish they hadn’t rushed it. Mark didn’t seem to fit in with today’s episode though, but it was nice to see him. He meshes well with other characters. I just feel bad about who he’s (probably) gonna be paired with 😂😂 Speaking of that pairing, we haven’t seen that character in a while and it’s been great lol the way he’s been shoved down our throats, you’d think Days would be lost without him. Hopefully, Janet or the new writers see that and take action.

So, I guess now we know how Mark and NotAbigail are gonna be redeemed. Clyde’s plan is stupid and convoluted and sounds like it wasn’t properly thought out by the writing team. He seriously needs to die. So sick of this mf’er. 🤬 I wonder how he’s connected to the Greene’s though. Ava really needed to slap the s*it out of Stefan. I’m glad that she got to tell him off though. I was almost offended on her behalf lol I also found it a little ironic that misogyny was mentioned in their scene, especially considering who the head writer is (was) And why exactly was the whole Gabi/Melinda thing written like a big joke today? Writing it like that is making this lousy storyline even worse. Chad did look hot though, and I liked his scenes with Kristen today. The only thing missing from that storyline is Kristen having more scenes with NotAbigail. Btw, I wonder why Billy Flynn has a tattoo of a flower on his arm 😂 And, me when they said that Kristen was on the PTA

I still don’t like this storyline, and I still don’t like Connie but today was good. I liked the way everything was built up. And, Gabi does kinda deserve all this. I just hope that when this is all over, she and Stefan don’t immediately reunite and have everything go back to normal. If there’s one thing that this lousy Connie storyline can do, it can transition into something really good for all of these characters. I thought the way that Roman was used today was pretty good as well, even though poor Josh Taylor can’t seem to muster a shout to save his life lol But it was nice to finally see him out of the Pub. EJ vs Paulina would be a lot better if it somehow caused conflict for Johnny and Chanel. Btw, who’s the handsome cop with Jada?

Gabi/Stefan/EJ was the best part of today. Stefan vs. EJ is always a lot better when they’re not written as petty and bitchy. I thought Stefan actually seemed convincing and believable as a villain in his scenes today. And I also think it’s definitely time for Stefan and EJ to have a knock down drag out brawl. It’s been too long since we’ve had a good fight on Days. 😂 But I also felt like they just scratched the surface again with Gabi and Stefan, instead of letting them go all out and letting each other know how hurt and angry they both are. Let Gabi call Stefan out on being jealous and pathetic. Let Stefan call Gabi out on what a lousy mother she is. Btw, Will/Sonny not ever calling Gabi out on what a lousy mother she is, is another missed opportunity. Everything else was… mehhh But I couldn’t be happier that this Connie crap finally seems to be ending. Btw, how much does Roman charge for rent? 😂😂

I guess because Titan is the parent company, Xander has the authority to fire Brady. Alex would actually be the perfect person to run it now that Brady’s out. But unfortunately, we’re stuck with this Body&Soul crap and a forced Alex/Chanel thing.

Gotta admit, I didn’t see it at first but Chad and NotAbigail do have chemistry. Their scenes together today were actually really nice. Even though I hate that Clyde is behind all this, I’m interested in seeing this all play out. But I’ll still never understand why nobody is questioning why NotAbigail is fine with living in the Dimera mansion with a bunch of people who are supposed to be strangers to her 😂 And Clyde just needs to die. Hopefully, the new writers make it happen. Not really buying this ‘New Alex’ thing though and I still think it’s a mistake to totally remove him from all the Kiriakis storylines. He never seemed like the type of person to just throw up his hands and pass everything over to Xander like it was nothing. Not from the way he was written and not from the way that RSW played him. He should be the villain in Xander’s storyline. Speaking of Xander, I thought Paul Telfer did a good job today too. Him absorbing the news about Brady and Fiona really grabbed my attention. But as glad as I am that Fiona didn’t confess the truth right away, I still think the storyline’s moving too fast.
