I've always thought a great storyline would be for Tricia to be released and try to reestablish herself in Genoa City. However, that time has passed. Heather Tom, Nina Cast and the dearly departed Kristoff St. John would have done wonders with a story like that.

I am really loving the classic episodes. How can the people today watch these episodes and think they nonsense they are putting out is good? Even a lot of "appointment TV" today is classic soap opera story-telling. Succession the now finished Game of Thrones come to mind. They just changed with the times to be more relevant, but the structure / acting is like old school soap opera. Gina Roma/Patty Weaver looks gorgeous and THAT VOICE. Being quarantined and having these nostalgic episodes makes getting through it not so bad. Last time Gina was on, I think it was Katherine funeral. So sad we can't have these characters back.

At least people working from home and tuning in will get some quality Y&R LOL When does this one air? I'm LOVING these classic episodes. Will they be up on YouTube? People make fun of soaps, but a lot of shows these days came from them, just a modern version.

As a non-American, what is it about Bernie politics / ideas that people don't like vs. Biden? Does it all come down to health care for all?

Marriage Story is an overrated ham-fest and ScarJo being a double nominee is absurd. Awkwafina was sublime and robbed. I'm rooting for Renee in Judy this year, because I like her comeback arc and can see the parallels with her and Judy Garland.

YES THAT WAS SO AWESOME! The writing for Elektra this season (minus an episode or 2) was MUCH better. That final was everything. Love seeing them end on a happy note. Did anyone get an "X-Men" vibe with Blanca as the professor adding the two children to her home? It was sweet and I loved it all. The Pose cast deserves all the nominations next year and wins. Can't wait for season 3. Also, the masculinity/femininity talk was beautifully done. Watched that one a couple of times. One thing I hope the show never does again is bring back Patti Lupone or any stunt casting. That character was just odd at times.

@Chris B I completely agree on Eric B/Victor. While the character has its ups and downs, Eric Braeden has for the most part given a solid performance throughout. Losing Heather Tom was such a major blow to the show. Heather, Melody, and Eric were amazing together.

Season 2 is still some of the best television I've watched this year. The season started off strong (Candy's death is still award worthy television of 2019), got a bit jumbled in the middle, but it's ending on a very strong note. I do find some of the criticism in here to be a tad bit much. I'm not a big fan of Pray-Tell (because he's a damn hypocrite at times), but a lot of what the character says is true even today. Pray-Tell made a good point. He's a grown man, and he gave Damon a good smackdown for calling him a slut. The blow-up after Damon graduation, and then the FANTASTIC girls trip. the writing for Elektra also got much better. Also, that smackdown Elektra gave, and the "clear your throat" line by Lulu before the reading was absolutely hysterical! I'm loving this show in its highs and lows, and I'll be here in support of the entire cast. It's a shame that an LGBT show, led by good writing and IMO a stellar cast, is not getting more love. Next week is the finale. I'm sad because I don't have Insecure to replace it with this year. :- ( For real. I think there's some projection because some people may relate more to Ricky. I still like the character though. Actor is damn fine lol No way, its blown out of proportion. This season has raised the stakes in television for writing and drama (in particular). Two dark-skinned , black HIV positive men having sex, Candy's heartbreaking yet amazing sendoff, table blow-up after Damon graduation, GIRLS TRIP... minus maybe 1 or 2 episodes, this season overall has been a solid A-.

I enjoyed this week episode. Loved seeing Candy. I miss her, wish the show did more with her. Overall, the show is about the AIDS crisis and Ballroom scene, that has always been its focus. When you have two broadway actors, you know they're going to sing and have a showcase episode. The Good Wife did the same thing, Big Little Lies is doing it now with Meryl Streep, and if this helps the show get more recognition then I'm all for it. Billy Porter was excellent. This will definitely be his Emmy tape. Black McIver is an idiot. Instead of lifting the show he decides to make stupid comments to get attention. This show showcases, black, latino, trans actors in predominant roles with relatively good writing, so of course Blake is going bash it. I'll definitely call the show out on its crap when it's due, but for a show that IMO is breaking so many barriers, I'm not going to find fault in minute things that countless other shows are lauded for. My hope for season 3 is they go back to being more cohesive, instead of the single character episodes. That's when the show is at its best. Dang, now I regret asking 😞 Sorry, Chit! I agree, PrayTell is annoying at times. I also hated how he treated Candy. I like Ricky more than Damon. But, I enjoyed the attention to both of them this episode.

Daaang Ricky's butt in that last episode stole the show for me lol.

^Ben Affleck was and still is awful as Batman though. No charisma or appeal at all. I welcome Pattinson over him. He was great in Good Time.

One of my top characters for sure. I also loved @Cat review. I wish more people would watch. That scene in the gay bar in season 1 with Blanca is what sold me on this show, and I hope they continue to explore the different dynamics. Apparently one of the actors whose character always hop houses choreograph the dance scenes. I think it works given the time period of the show. Anything more, might take away from the authenticity. Also, that "brunch" scene was a hilarious ad-lib.

I think Kit and Emilia are good people, but they definitely don't deserve a nomination. Ditto with Peter Dinklage and Lena.

Out of all the GoT noms, I'm only rooting for Alfie Allen for his great body of work throughout the entire series.

That episode with Candy was amazing. Damn! Angelica Ross is coming for that Emmy next year. It's hard to watch this show on a weekly basis, because I need my next dose ASAP lol. No other drama on television compares right now to me.
