  1. I wonder if that elaborate set was ever used again.
  2. When Rita Lakin was writing the show in the late 1960s, the Althea/Nick relationship (and the show in general) was magical. It was under the later writing regimes that they became toxic.
  3. This has not been a good week for the original Melrose Place...and it's only Monday!!! 😨😨😨😨😨
  4. So much of the show's heart was lost without Susan Flannery and Darlene Conley. It's easy to see that B&B never recovered.
  5. Thanks. I looked him up; he was in quite a few NYC soaps.
  6. I don't know if I can watch that. It still hits too close to home.
  7. @danfling, you should have been a soap writer. 😊
  8. When does he start airing? I guess Dr. Weldon had taken off for Somerset by then. 😉😂
  9. Cool!! If ever anyone could use a psychiatrist, it's Erich (and his parents should seek counseling as well!!).
  10. Thanks. I thought Sean Kanan was the first alcoholic AJ, but I guess not.
  11. Thanks. That's a shame. He could have been a tentpole character for years to come.
  12. Did Richard Shoberg choose to leave AMC or was he let go? I ask because his Tom had been on the show for so long.
  13. David Tom is an acting coach now? Good for him. That's nice to hear. 😊
  14. Thank you both for clarifying!!
  15. Maybe someone can try to contact him and find out what the status is on the book.
  16. It probably was. The theory certainly makes sense.
  17. Who was Dawn Winthrop's birth father? Was he ever shown?
  18. Here's Lauren White in concert:
  19. It's a shame if it was never released. I would love to read a biography of Nancy.
  20. Maybe it's a Southern thing. My pastor was born and raised in the Houston, TX, area. His first and middle names are Jimmy Kay. Not James - his legal first name is Jimmy. Despite living and working here in northeast Ohio for over 20 years, he still has his Texas accent. So, I guess I can understand "Harlan Billy".
  21. Yes. Too bad they couldn't get Nancy F. to make a cameo in that last episode.
