  1. That was awful. Imagine if Doug Watson had still been alive, well and still on AW? If she had tried anything with him, I'm sure that irate fans would have been picketing outside the Brooklyn studios.
  2. I remember reading in Kim's book that she profusely thanked Kathleen for leaving TD (while on the movie set) so that she (KZ) could play Nola.
  3. At this point, yes. Associate writers under their watch have included Arlene Stadd, D.R. Brite (a pseudonym?), Bettie Wysor and Marsha Sheiness.
  4. "Runaway" has always been my favorite song of hers, and the classroom instruments version was adorable. 😎
  5. Earlier this month, I received Philip English's (Dr. Colin Wakefield) autograph through the mail - he graciously signed the screen cap collages I mailed to Australia. If you feel so inclined, please keep Philip and his wife in your prayers. They live right outside of Sydney, and their area was one of the worst hit by first the wildfires and then torrential rains which caused flash flooding. They and the other residents have really been through the mill.
  6. Every place I read gives 1972, but it might have been 1973 or 1974. By the time she left TD for the second time in 1977, all the magazine articles were reporting that she was divorced.
  7. Instead of September 15th, Jeremy was born on the 20th - which means we share a birthday (different years, of course).
  8. I can't believe it's been that long. I wonder how the stories would have turned out through the years if it was still on today.
  9. He is lower than pathetic - using that walker and all. My guess is he's following the Bill Cosby playbook.
  10. Even Brynn Thayer has said that the haircut looked a lot better on Kathy than her.
  11. I actually got to meet Lynda in 1999 when I was working at a movie theater. She came to see a movie one night (I forget which one), and we chatted for a couple of minutes. What a gracious lady.
  12. Or, as I said on The Doctors board, refugees from the set of Kung Fu. 😂😂😂😂😂
  13. She was also great in episodes of Amen and The Golden Girls.
  14. It is, but right from the start she had the same verve and passion as Nola that was her trademark as Reva.
  15. Yes!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
  16. Yes, Heather Tom took home the Outstanding Younger Actress trophy in 1999. The other nominees in that category that year were Sarah Brown, Camryn Grimes, Ashley Jones and Sherri Saum.
  17. I believe that was their first outdoor shoot. Several fans online have said that the location is Central Park, which makes sense because it is very close to 30 Rock.
  18. David Canary has popped up as a creepy cult leader named "Far Wind" (make up your own joke) on Retro TV's rerun cycle of "The Doctors" (August 1979).
  19. This has been a very hot topic in the Cleveland area the past couple of days. I don't know what this judge was thinking. 😠😠😠😠😠 https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wkyc.com/amp/article/news/crime/cleveland-man-gets-11-years-in-prison-for-rape-of-girlfriends-young-niece/95-e606f3ae-afb2-487b-99e2-8b61e5cd1f06
  20. Speaking of Reva, Kim Zimmer has just shown up in Retro TV's rerun cycle of "The Doctors" (August 1979):
  21. I did, too - in the beginning when Lucky was played by Jonathan Jackson. It makes me wonder how their story would have played out had JJ not decided to leave in spring 1999. I just never bought Jacob Young or Greg Vaughan as Lucky.
  22. Yes! I know there are a couple of other posters here from the Cleveland area. I'm sure they will enjoy the clip, too. ☺
