  1. Do any channels even currently air reruns of the Dukes? A search of my cable provider shows they don't. I agree with that, as I was a little kid when it was originally on. Even as an adult, I enjoyed it because it was just plain FUN, which you can't say about a lot of shows on now. The late 70s through the late 80s had a lot of fun action/adventure programs. My mom also bought a General Lee Matchbox car for me back in the day, when no one thought twice about it.
  2. With a car horn that plays "Dixie"!!!
  3. Please, @Khan, keep us posted.
  4. Here are Terry Lester and MTS presenting at the 1986 Daytime Emmys:
  5. Robin Mattson, Jed Allan and Judith McConnell presenting at the 1986 Daytime Emmys:
  6. Who was playing Jeff here?
  7. Here are pictures of Pam from 2015. She wrote the screenplay for the Dolly Parton TV movie, Coat of Many Colors (and its sequel a year later). Pam is seen here with Dolly and the cast (including Alyvia Alyn Lind, Faith of Y&R) on the NBC press junket and at the premiere.
  8. Yes, it seemed like she became the "good girl" to Reena's "bad girl".
  9. I'd love to know whatever happened to Stacy Baldwin.
  10. She wasn't the "typical" soap ingenue, but she had the big personality, smile and sense of fun that just leapt out of the screen.
  11. She sure does, and looks very happy and healthy. ☺
  12. Sickening. They need to change the laws that scum like him and OJ lose their pensions.
  13. THANK YOU!! I work in health care (not the medical side, but as a caregiver), and I have to wear a mask for hours on end because I want to protect my "people". No, I don't enjoy wearing a mask and other PPE but I do because it's part of my job and because it's for the greater good. I could not agree with you more.
  14. If this story is true, the apple apparently doesn't fall far from the tree... https://pagesix.com/2016/01/02/reba-mcentires-ex-husband-already-has-a-new-woman/
  15. Yeah, the good old heat and light cure!! Was that before or after the drinking bleach theory? 😜
  16. Mel Winkler (Dr. Simon Harris, 1969-1970) has just passed on: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/mel-winkler-actor-devil-a-blue-dress-doc-hollywood-dies-at-78-1298033
  17. He's probably hiding in the same bunker Trump is.
  18. @Khan, you and I are the same age. I do not consider myself either a Democrat or Republican, because I don't trust politicians no matter what side of the aisle they're on. Still, the President SHOULD be a uniter - especially at a time like this. I remember how Ronald Reagan did his best to comfort the nation after the Challenger disaster when I was a kid. Yes, it was a different time under very different circumstances - but he didn't yell, call people stupid, etc. This is truly a case of choosing the lesser of two evils (or weasels, as Jay Leno once put it). Great post.
  19. I believe Millee Taggart did join SFT's writing staff at some point in the 1980s.
  20. Pam Long when she was Miss Alabama 1974:
  21. Thanks for sharing the tweets. Patrick Mulcahey really is one of the most underrated writers of the genre.
  22. I agree to a point. It seemed like Rae Woodard had indeed stepped into Henderson, but LS was blessed with much better writing on RH.
  23. Those videos are so great!! Thanks for posting them!! ❤
  24. Mark Kearney passed in 1993 at age 36. Michael is still with us as of this writing, and is also active on FB. Fun fact - the Kearney siblings were the first cousins of the late John Spencer of L.A. Law and The West Wing. Their mothers were sisters. Michael Kearney and Donnie Melvin were two of the child actors who played Petey Dunbar on TSS.
