  1. Given that his specialty is obstetrics, it is especially troubling that he can't locate a major cavity. 😉 BTW, he may be a congenital specialist, but you know he'll be treating a gun shot victim at some point during his time in Salem. Only Marlena is able to opt out of ER duties.
  2. Steve Mize portrayed the doctor who told Nicole the baby was cremated, and later played Adam Wright (aka Joshua Bernard)'s father on GH. I admit it was an obscure reference.
  3. There's some irony in that Dr. Mark Greene had to be cast to consult with Chanel and Johnny because the last OBGYN, who told Nicole that her baby had been cremated, was crooked and transferred to General Hospital.
  4. But, Johnny would clearly only stream Peacock 😉
  5. Although, does Johnny seem far too young to get the reference? ER's finale was 15 years ago, and it is not streaming. I hope the Greene's get a home and aren't relegated to the tiny apartment where Chad and Stephanie once lived. Also, it is mid-June, shouldn't the prom have happened already?
  6. Excellent point, but do we know when Victor received the note?
  7. I thought he found out the truth from the note from Xander's mother which was inserted as a codicil to the will, but we don't know when he learned it or under what circumstances. I've never assumed that he knew all along. It just feels a little convenient that Sarah is searching for Xander's Mother, while John is going to Greece, and that is where Victor changed his will…
  8. We'll just ignore the fact that the social media manager for the local news made a typo when posting those morning rather than this morning (which probably are the first two words of 90% of their posts).
  9. Aww, the ending with Xander was cute. Even though, Xander's love of Victor feels a little one-sided. But, can't they just throw away the tarot card? Or, are we assuming that any tarot card would trigger John? Also, he's been to Greece twice since Victor died, why didn't he pay his respects to Caterina then? Furthermore, how soapy, Konstantin admits to every part of his scheme before he died, except for Theresa's culpability. To those who thought the scabs were treading water until RonC returned, I will give it up that in the two weeks since he's been back, he wrapped up two long-running plots very quickly.
  10. It is particularly cruel of Donna to weaponize Kevin against Sally, given her own history with Marley and Vicky. Is there a change of writers between David's murder and the reveal of the twins? Because it feels like Donna doesn't know that her sister is actually her daughter during her antagonism of Sally.
  11. I guess olives and feta aren't cheaper than a hitman with technical experience in Greece? 🙄 But, to be fair, Theresa had just slept with Alex to make Brady jealous when she learned about the will back in autumn, so at the very least her motives have remained consistent. The Brady-part has gotten a bit lost since Tate got out of the halfway house, and they were able to have scenes outside the police interrogation room. (Also lost has been the idea that Brady works with Alex since Titan partnered with Basic Black). But, that was her focus at the time, along with her hatred of Xander.
  12. The part about him apologizing for not being able to afford top ingredients for the taverna was laughable, but in a good way.
  13. Are we to assume that Marlena successfully deprogrammed John to stop him from killing Maggie (as Konstantin ordered most recently), but she forgot to add the part to not kill Steve? Also, Konstantin's confession still didn't explain why he waited 40 years to exact revenge. I mean, he told Victor that he hated him. Vic decided to change the will. But, after 40 years, Konstantin couldn't wait one more second for Víctor to die. So, he crashed his plane? That doesn't make a lick of sense. @MissPhoenixGirl92 I actually hope this is the beginning of a long-standing feud between Alex and Xander. Which makes more sense than the animosity between EJ and Stefan. In fact, I hope that EJ exploits the Kiriakis family drama to help Dimera win over Titan (win at what, who knows?). And that lays the groundwork for the continuation of the Dimera/Kiriakis feud, which would affect Tate/Holly, as well as other romantic pairs. I envision a future where Xander needs Alex's help to run the business, but both are too proud to assist each other. With Maggie serving a mediator/voice of reason.
  14. That was wonderful and exciting! It had many of the RonC earmarks that I don't enjoy, people with guns, Bonnie making meta-remarks about Sci-fi that are far beyond her intellect, people not understanding the most obvious clues, etc. But, Maggie and Justin were great. The John and Steve banter was adorable. And, I like that Sarah showed up out of the blue.
  15. Yeah, they did a much tamer version of the Coco from Fame scene, but in lingerie
  16. This is what leads up to that IIRC (and someone will correct me if I'm wrong). Liza was humiliated when it came out that the pageant was rigged. In response, she started a cruel rumor about Jenny, and so Jenny ran off. In the meantime, Jesse had been falsely accused by Liza, so he got out of town for the summer as well. As luck would have it, Jenny fell into modeling and became a huge success. Until, she met Tony…
  17. We're also getting a new Doctor next week. Dr. Mark Greene premieres on 6/12. I assume he'll perform surgery on whomever gets shot in the Konstantin shoot-out (Steve?). And he may be a love interest for Leo. https://www.jonahrrobinson.com/whats-new
  18. Will someone set a calendar alert for 2025, so I can remember when this is happening and see if I can tell the difference? 😆
  19. What's ironic is that it would've made more sense with Gwen. After losing Dimitri, Gwen tries to make it work with Xander, but he dumps her for Sarah and the baby. So, with dollar signs in her eyes, she teams up with Konstantin (on the way to Alamania) to screw Xander out of his inheritance. No wig, no problem
  20. @AbcNbc247 I feel like the baby swap ending was ruined by forces beyond their control (ie AZ's firing). But, Sloan's exit really meant that the story has no lasting impact. And, I agree that from the start there was nothing inspired or unique about the switch that we haven't seen a million times. However, I think doing something with the names Xander and Alex is clever. And, it was an interesting way of dealing with Victor's death. Especially because so few of his direct heirs were left in Salem (i.e., Phillip and Bo), it serves as a bridge to the next generation of Kiriak-i. And it gave something for Maggie (SR) to do up until the time of her anniversary on DAYS. But, as I noted in the spoiler section, Konstantin has no chill. The minute he was exposed, he started confessing everything like there was a sale on communion wafers.
  21. It is unbelievable, but slightly amusing, that they're still using the old DID soap trope of having each personality dress differently, so the audience can tell who is who. As if, a mentally ill Ashley's first impulse after a trauma was to go shopping online for a new wardrobe for each of her alters. 🙄 I guess it is progressive that there are no wigs involved.
  22. Hopefully somebody more motivated than I will find it, but I recall Theresa forging the name, not replacing the page. Because if she replaced the whole page, then they could've used anyone's name. The point was that Alexander could be forged over Alexandros. I mean, if they replaced the entire page, why not just say that Victor left his estate to Konstantin and get rid of the middle man?
  23. I thought it was Xander's father who swindled him, not Xander himself?
