Same. No spoilers here from what I know of it.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I have yet to see Season 2, but from hearing about it from everyone here, it was a wrong move all around and darkly toxic.

Oh, YES. Believe the hype, darling. ;) One of the best first seasons out there for a HW show.

Can I say that just like how much I liked Curtis vs Drew that I have loved how organically (for the most part) and growing the rift between Dante and Chase has become over the last year? Perhaps it's because they became best friends over time, but watching it fall to the wayside due to the Gio storyline has good. Or perhaps it's the fact that neither is completely in the right nor wrong now that it's moved beyond Gio to now Willow.

Wow. Billy only had 7 appearances this month? So much for Aristotle Dumas.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I can't remember. Did I manage to drop the RI trailer here before the system update? I thought I did. But yeah, they are not promoting it at all. I did hear about Teresa and Melissa. Like everyone else, I saw it as transparent. I DID hear about Shamea and Porsha and Drew, but I don't know how true it is...yet. I can't wait to get around to seeing it. re: London. That said...how was Stansbury??? Raquel was proof that you can look original and not be over-the-top and still have a fascinating personality AND living a fascinating life. She, like Tia, was another example of a new housewife doing their first year right. The stuff with her ex, the exploration of the art world and mystery surrounding her blacklisting, her story with her mother, her and Mel. There was so much to draw from...and she was willing to show it. She was also willing to explore actual friendships with the ladies. And I loved Mel with Abe so much...Best Unexpected Couple 2025...hehe. And because I can't say it enough, she gave us the POSE party! I was living. And people that were there were posting on social media in real life, too. It was a ki-ki!!! How Bravo could not want her back is a mystery to me.

Since your comment made me curious @carolineg , I'm actually watching the Luke Last Episode. I never saw it in real time. And wow! What a difference a decade makes indeed. While I don't like the writing technique I like to call 'who's on first' dialogue that RC used to use to stall on getting a piece of plot movement across, overall the writing is actually better than how I feel about it now. I still see his humor in the Morgan/Dillon gay misunderstanding, but it all just feel...stronger?...put together. But what I wanted to talk about was MAXIE. So much better styling. I love that Megan Ward-ish Kate bob she's wearing. And she's giving every inch of the fashionista I'm used to her being with Madelaine who is giving pure ice queen. So it's an even match. Makes me wish Maxie had a rival now to catfight with. Excuse me but...MMMMMMMMmmmm DANTE. God, looked just as good then as he still does now. And watching these scenes is just making me side-eye current GH where he and Lulu are not together cuz these scenes show their couple power to me. Trivial note...I rarely have found Roger Howarth attractive, but him with that short hair and that nice full goatee...is making me think WOOF. Nice to see Laura relevant. Yeah...Luke's last episode does feel like it's in a vacuum so I can see why people had issues with it. This is making me miss Dillion. And again...Valerie...a wasted opportunity. And double WOOF on Nathan. Ric can also still get it. And I totally forgot that Michelle Stafford was originally Nina.

Well, we suspected. Moreso once the Pluto channel vanished. So sad. More course correcting. Nice to see. Bill/Dani/Andre has been too background as of late so I am excited for it to get its focus back. I could have told you about Marcel and SPS. ;P I saw that talk earlier about Ben and I admit that I am curious. Then again...I've been said that Tomas's actor is on his way out so we will see. As for Ashley...well...if you aren't in the Spoiler thread, then I won't say a thing. Though the updated headshot is a sign.

Yeeeah, I think I am liking this. And more importantly for me, I see structure again. Just off the top of my head...Anita's cancer and how it's rippling out into the family has been clear A story all week and I love that (not what it means for Anita of course). B story all week has been Shanice and Ted as a good counterpoint to the seriousness, too. C story is what I see with Kat/Tomas and her little comment to him since we know he's trying to social ladder up (exit story?) so it hit the right spot. Also C...the rift between Ted and Kat that has been going on is about to loop around again. So it seems like Thomson and MVJ are definitely finding their rhythm a lot quicker than we had been getting.

So into Season 2 we go, does anything look different? Other than the headshots of course. I feel Uptown seems lit differently. Okay FINE! I'm sold on Shanice with Ted. I'm also sold on the potential of a triangle with SPS. Kat is kinda being a bitca, but I don't mind that given the circumstances. Loving the ripple effects of Anita telling the family. Not Vernon picking on Dani for what everyone was picking on her for by going to Bill first! hehe.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
It's the lawsuit itself that I'm surprised about. What was it about? I thought they were on good terms.
