Yes, AJ the loser. Sonny/Jason are really such winners lol. Who needs AJ? He's not important at all😑 So ADA brunette lady with Sonny makes me almost tolerate Kelly Thiebaud scenes. She's that awful. I wish all the previous DA's that fell for Sonny's charm would perform some sort of intervention on this woman to advise her to just leave immediately so I don't have to watch it.

The aging makes everything really difficult, but I think all the things we saw with Sarah like her exposing Neil/Maggie's affair, her vaguely trying to set it up like she and Neil were having an affair when she didn't know it was her dad still exist. So her being almost an adult when she left is how it stands unless there is some sort of specific rewrite. Much like Sami kidnapping Belle is brought up or EJ being passed off as Kristen's kid was just brought up. It sounds strange because of the actor's ages, but I think the narrative still remains.

I would have to watch 1991 again, but I think Sarah was 16/17 when she left. She was Carrie's contemporary. She would have already been in high school. Melissa was pretty much a hot mess circa 1991 after killing Emilio. Melissa wasn't academically minded. I would say Melissa might have been a strong influence as I assumed she changed off screen, but I don't think we are to believe Mickey/Maggie/Neil weren't involved in Sarah's decisions or life. Sarah said Neil inspired her to become a Dr. Nathan and Sarah aren't meant to be the same age at all even if they probably are now with wonky SORAS'ing. Melissa was pregnant (presumably with Nathan) in 1994 at Tom's funeral. Sarah was born in 1981, but would have been in college if we follow the initial aging. Melissa wasn't raising two young kids ever.

Melissa didn't raise Sarah. She left town with Melissa as a teen, but Mickey and Maggie raised her. So, sure, Melissa could have provided a good influence and help shape her choices, but just because Sarah was heavily de-aged with Godfrey doesn't change the fact Sarah was nearly an adult before she reappeared. There's no indication Sarah regards Melissa as anything more than a sister, not some replacement mother.

It's not even slightly believable Joss would travel halfway around the world in a middle of an internship to see one of her grandma's sick friends. It's also a lie she could very easily get caught in. I can't recall how Jax/Carly left things when Ingo got fired, but I would assume they are cordial enough to discuss their daughter. Even someone selfish like Carly would call Jax to tell him to check on Joss while she's in Australia since she's clearly worried about her. This story in general has so many holes lol.

Listen, I checked out after the Australian Lady Jane friend story. Joss desperately needed to help her. So idiotic. Brennan gave her that cover? I know Jax isn't real anymore, but that's like the easiest thing in the world for Carly to verify just by calling him lol. Honestly, at this point Carly/Brennan seem to talk a lot about the same things over and over and there's zero action. Why would Carly invite Anna over? Carly looks dumb.

Correct. That child was a means to an end for her. She hasn't cared about him since this rewrite that she's not an awful person.

I would watch Emma/Gio banter for an entire episode rather than watching Britt for 2 mins. Britt talking about "Ben" being so big wistfully made me want to throw my remote at the tv.

It definitely could be one of those soap tropes where everyone tells Cody nothing is wrong and something is. I thought it might be a beginning of a con though.

I leave for a few hours and B-Dog is begging for a job? As a gay man that has sex scenes with Greg Rikkart's Leo? He probably doesn't realize Gabi is his cousin not his love interest/wife. I actually couldn't think of an actor more ill-suited for the role. I know Bryan has a really huge ego, but does he think anyone Days cares he's available? He's been available for years lol.

As much as it pains me to say it, I think Sonny/Nina were better designed to be a couple the show could go back to if they felt the need. Their build up was slightly more believable and their break up was a bit unfinished, IMO. I am not suggesting it though. When Drew/Carly were done-they were done. Never ever, ever getting back together. I think Carly acknowledges her past with Drew to make herself sound more important and wiser because she knows Drew so well her opinion should matter more.

It was actually hilarious in the sense that Drew nor Carly seemed to care that much. After all the build up to make them a big love story, they just broke up and never looked back lol.

Totally forgot Joss killed Cyrus lol. And, yes, Joss will probably get hurt being stupid and Carly will be furious. They need to make Carly/Brennan seem a lot more into one another for me to pretend to try to care. This breakup will be even less anticlimactic than Carly/Drew's lame breakup.

They are barely on together. It's not even a problem for Carly. She has a lot going on with her family. He's totally unnecessary and the entire relationship has stalled out. They aren't serious so how devastated is Carly truly going to be when she finds out about Joss Superspy?

How I wish the show would bring back A.J. There are so many places he could fit into the canvas currently. He is an afterthought. He's not integrated into the show at all. He spends most of his time talking to Joss and Vaughn.

I don't see much long-term future with the pairing either. I agree they do have chemistry, but I can't see it working for years or being the next big Jason romance. Britt by herself is such a limited character and KT has no range. If anything, I see KT lingering on a few years post-Jason much like Sam did in the background. Unless, of course, Kelly decides to up and quit FOR GOOD again. Believe me, it's not a pairing I like. But it's GH's default especially since neither have had any luck with other love interests lately.

I always assumed the original plan was to try Brennan with Anna. The confidence Korte or whoever had/has that Jarly will work now with the same actors when it flopped the first time is just bold. And then you kill Sam off (fine by me!), but when Jarly flopped again, Jason and Carly were out of options, and they had to hire KT back and throw Carly with dayplayer. I suppose they will eventually just put her back with Sonny.

I would love to know what happened with Mesure. Hadn't he just signed a contract? Maybe something better came along. I have always heard positive things about McKenna on OLTL, but I get nothing from him on GH. I really thought he was a placeholder until they could write out the character. I actually didn't know he was a buddy of Frank's. He could be here for the next 7 years now lol. But the show really needs to figure out something to do with Carly and Brennan isn't it.

Agreed. I don't see any viability in Chris McKenna as Brennan. McKenna seems like a nice guy and good for him for getting a contract, but he has no chemistry with Wright, isn't terribly charismatic, and the character is a dud. Plus, he is not the typical male actor Frank would keep around for years and years. I feel like Brennan is time waster until the show figures out what to do with Carly.

I don't hate Alex. He's okay. It's more the RSW favoritism that's annoying.

I think there are a couple of factors to this. Stephanie was grouped with Abby, Morgan, Chelsea, Melanie, etc and they were all swapping love interests regularly. Stephanie really didn't have a standout romance then left town. That stunted some of her character's progression. She'd have 3 kids by now if she stayed in Salem lol. The second factor is your point. Stephanie feels like she morphs her interests to fit her boyfriend at the moment and doesn't have a definitive personality. While Hennig/Stephanie was popular, characters like Abby, Chelsea, and Melanie got more attention from the writers that helped shape their personalities. Currently, Stephanie gets a lot of writing, but none of it is very good and becomes muddled with all the pivots in backstories, hobbies and career shifts. I don't mind a single woman without children in her mid 30's leading story. It's a nice change. Unfortunately, she still hasn't had a standout romance and the show has tried her with quite a few guys. She comes off more flakey than a woman with her own agency and independence.

Shayna Rose is 41 Shelley Hennig is 38 Abigail Klein is 36 I think Shayna Rose's adult race car driver Stephanie was slightly de-aged to make Hennig's Stephanie a college student, but I think she's basically aged in real time as well. Mid 30's sounds right. Stephanie burned through a lot of story and boyfriends so it seems like she should be older, but Days during that time had all those young girls with multiple serious love interests, wanting to be married and settle down at 22 lol.

I would hope the show cleans Jeremy up a little bit. I thought that was such a bad take on a Horton and Mike's only son. I was thinking the show might connect Alex's illegal activities to Jeremy's when they were both younger.

It's always looked awful, limply hanging there or oddly styled. I don't necessarily dislike Liz/Jason. I prefer them to Jason/Sam when those wars were going on, but I never felt strongly either way. Don't worry my board profile pic stays til Vanessa comes back lol.

I don't think she's even changed it once since she started 12 years ago. I thought she was 40 back then lol. Hope dies last. That's why I still pretend the show will bring Brenda back one day.😂 The fact that fan base is so crazy probably makes reality easier to ignore though.
