    “Sharlene” (as Janice) watches Carl walk out of the house, and confronts Rachel.
    Janice: What the hell did you just do to him?
    Rachel: I beg your pardon?
    Janice: Carl just stormed out of here like a bat out of hell.
    Rachel: We just had a disagreement that’s all.
    Janice: That looked more than just a difference of opinion. He looked really pissed off.
    Rachel: Carl and I will work it out.
    Janice: I’m sorry, I overstepped.
    Rachel: It’s okay. Carl and I had a terrible fight and I took it out on you. I’m sorry.
    Janice: It’s okay. What are friends for?

    The role of Christy Carson will now be played by Robin Mattson...
    REC ROOM of HOSPITAL
    A few patients in their blue scrubs roam around in the rec room while Christy sits at a table, and an older man walks up to her…
    Christy: Oh…Scooter.
    Scooter: Hey pretty lady what’s going on?
    Christy: We’re in a maximum security mental institution. What could possibly be happening?
    Scooter: I know that, but I’m gonna ask you anyway.
    Christy (rolling her eyes): I know.
    Scooter: So are you gonna watch the news with me?
    Christy: You ask me that every day.
    Scooter: Come on pretty lady. Pleeease.
    Scooter gets the remote and turns on the TV. It’s a news conference at Bay City Center.

    Jack and Toni, both in their police uniform, are at a podium with a KBAY microphone on it.
    Toni: Are you ready for the presser?
    Jack (sarcastically): Yeah whoa I love them. I wonder why the Commissioner is asking us to go public with this.

    Toni: Reginald Love’s death is high profile.
    Jack: When I worked in Oakdale I didn’t have to do these things. Hal Munson did them.
    Toni: Well you’re the Chief of Detectives now. You’ve got to handle them.
    Jack: Here we go.
    Jack approaches the podium, and Toni stands off to Jack’s left…

    Christy and Scooter are looking at the television.

    Jack looks around, and notices Paulina, who waves at him and smiles. Jack begins…
    Jack: As many of you may already know, Reginald Love, a prominent Bay City Citizen, was found dead in his hotel room a couple of nights ago. His death is currently under investigation.
    Press member #1: Are there any leads on the cause of death?
    Jack: That is under investigation. There are no definitive results as yet.
    Press member #2: How long is the suspect list?
    Jack: The preliminaries of the investigation are ongoing, as soon as there are more details we will let you know. Thank you.
    Jack and Toni leave the podium area…
    Toni: I’m gonna head back to the station.
    Jack: Okay.
    Paulina approaches Jack…
    Paulina: Nice job. You didn’t look too comfortable up there.
    Then a young girl approaches him…
    Young girl: I agree.
    Jack: Sage! What are you doing here?
    From a close distance, Grant watches them, and then he gets a phone call…

    Grant: What do you have on Jack Snyder? (beat) Scooter Carruthers? What does he know?

    Christy (curious): Where was he?
    Scooter: It was a long time ago.
    Christy: What are you talking about?
    Scooter: It was cold that night. I asked if he was a cop and he said no. He promised me.
    Christy: If he wasn’t a cop then what was he?
    Scooter: He was there to help the girl. I gave her money.
    Christy: Were you paying them off or something?
    Scooter: Um..uh..I can’t tell you. He said he would never tell anyone.
    Christy: Whatever you’re holding, it really seems to be bothering you.

    Scooter: That guy on TV, I’m here because of him…and the blonde girl he was with that night.
    Christy: What did he say? Scooter…what happened?
    Scooter: She was so cute, but I got a lot for it.
    Christy: Scooter, spit it out!
    Scooter: I bought it from them...a baby.

    Rachel: So how have you been Sharlene?
    Sharlene: I feel like…a new person.

    Janice: My family is intact, and it has seemed reinvigorate me.

    Rachel: The night I saw you in the Ladies room at the Harbor Club. It seemed like something was bothering you.
    Janice: Oh…It was the makeup. I didn’t like the way it looked on me. I got baited and switched at the department store.
    Rachel: Are you sure about that?
    Janice: Yep, that’s it.
    Rachel: Would you like some coffee?
    Janice (noticing Rachel’s brown sweater hanging on the back of the desk chair near the living room doors): I’d love some.
    Rachel: I’ll be right back.
    Rachel leaves the living room.
    Janice: You won’t be so smug when I’m through with you Rachel. Ooooh I'm gonna make you pay.

    Amanda is buttoning up her blouse in the mirror while Allen walks up behind her shirtless. He then starts kissing her neck.
    Allen: Hey beautiful. You sure you can’t stay a few more minutes?
    Amanda: Oh I’d...love to, but I’m gonna be late for the hearing.

    LOVE MANSION - Michael is putting folders together as he is dressed in a suit in the living room. Donna walks in.
    Donna: You’re getting ready for the hearing?
    Michael (sighing): Yeah uh...I gotta figure this whole thing out.
    Donna: Well you probably only have about an hour to do that.
    Michael: After this, we’re gonna talk about what you told me last night.
    Donna: Look just focus on this proceeding. I promise I’ll tell you what happened.
    Michael: I gotta tell ya, I love my new brothers and sisters, but they’re like a bunch of ravenous lions, and Cory Productions might as well be a zebra carcass. They all want a chunk of it. I’m gonna need all the energy I can muster to get through it.

    IRIS’S SUITE - Iris is in a pink terrycloth with a towel on her head when someone rings the doorbell. Iris opens and Paulina walks right in.
    Iris: I didn’t invite you in here Paulina. As you can see I’m getting ready.
    Paulina: I’m giving you one last opportunity to pull out of this.
    Iris: Not a chance!

    BAY CITY CENTER - Vicky is walking and looking at her cell phone when she bumps into someone. As she drops her purse, all the contents spill out of it. “Dammit!” She says as she as she’s puts her stuff back in her purse. She looks up and sees Lisa Grady McCleary looking down at her.
    Lisa: Vicky?
    Vicky: Wow oh wow. It gets better.

    Meanwhile, from a short distance away, Lindsay continues her conversation with Bridget.
    Lindsay: Are you sure that’s what my mom said?
    Bridget: I know what I heard. She stood in our living room and told my dad that she was still in love with him. You need to tell her to stay away.

    STACEY’S APARTMENT - Stacey is vacuuming near Lindsay’s bedroom and notices Lindsay’s wastebasket.
    Stacey: I guess I’m the only one who sees this thing is full.
    In going to pick it up, Stacey accidentally kicks it over and notices a ripped piece of paper which has a letterhead that reads: LABORATORY COMPANIES, INC., and she wonders where the other half is.
    Stacey: My God is something wrong witih Lindsay?

    Allen: It’s weird that she would only want Brava. After all the scheming she did when she got out of prison.
    Amanda: As much as I hate to admit it, she’s the key to swaying Michael’s decision.
    Allen: I say give her what she wants.
    Amanda: What? How can you say something like that? I worked very hard to get Brava where it is now. I’m not gonna just give it up to Iris.
    Allen: I’m sorry beautiful, but you might not have a choice.

    Iris: You all have really lost your minds.
    Paulina: It’s the only logical thing to do. Why do you insist on fighting us?
    Iris: Do I really have to explain that to you?
    Paulina: We all are entitled to what our father built, not just you.

    Paulina: And you expect us to believe that you did that out of the goodness of your hollow heart?
    Iris: You should be at the Love Mansion trying to convince Michael to do the right thing. I’m not Mac’s firstborn. I’m not even Mac’s biological daughter.

    Vicky runs away, and Lisa notices a hairbrush.
    Lisa: Vicky! Vicky you forgot something.

    Lisa: Oh God. It’s happening again.

    Lindsay: Hi Jake.
    Jake: Hey Lindsay. Kiddo have you heard from your mother?
    Bridget: No.
    Lindsay: What’s going on?
    Jake: Damn! I was hoping I could stop her here.
    Bridget: Stop her from doing what?
    Lindsay: Seeing my mom.

    Stacey: What is wrong with you?

    Two men carrying violins and dressed in tuxedos come out and play tunes, then Allen walks up slowly to Amanda.
    Allen: Welcome back beautiful.
    Amanda (smiling): Where is everyone?
    Allen: It’s just the two of us tonight. Are ya hungry?
    Amanda: Starving actually.
    Allen: Dinner’s on the house.

    PSYCHIATRIC PRISON
    Frankie sits down with Christy Carson sitting across from her.
    Christy: I’m so glad you came to see me Mary-Frances. Nobody else has visited in the twenty plus years I’ve been here.
    Frankie: We were friends. I can’t ignore that.
    Christy: Maybe you should have ignored after everything I did to you and Cass.
    Frankie: My vibes were telling me to come see you. You know I don’t think you’re the person who did all of those things, and it seems like you’ve gotten better.
    Christy: How’s Charlie? You must be so proud of her.
    Frankie: I am. She’s grown up to be a fine young lady.
    Christy: When Douglas and I were married, he didn’t want to have any children. He was such a despicable man. He made life unbearable for me. That’s my toughest obstacle. I have to feel some type of remorse for killing him. The only guilt I feel is what I did to you and Cass, but it’s hard for me to drum up any compassion for killing Douglas.

    GRANT’S HOUSE
    Jack arrives…and Grant “greets” him…
    Grant: I was counting down the minutes that you’d be coming here. Did you want to gloat?
    Jack: About what?
    Grant: I’m surprised that yours wasn’t the first place that Paulina ran to.
    Jack: What the hell are you talking about?
    Grant: Paulina and I are over.
    Jack: She hasn’t told me anything, but if that’s the case she made the right choice.
    Grant: You mean she didn’t go running straight to your open and waiting arms. I loved Paulina, but her heart is with you.
    Jack: I didn’t come to talk about Paulina. This is police business.
    Grant: Why?
    Jack: Where were you the night Reginald Love was murdered?
    Grant smiles and laughs.

I wasn’t going to just leave him there, and I promised I’d take care of him. I owed him my life. He helped me out of a very dark place. The abyss is what he called it. But the more time went on, the more psychologically controlling he became. I couldn’t take it anymore.
    Frankie: So you poisoned him?
    Christy: I’m serving my time, and my parole is hearing is coming up.
    Frankie: That’s why I had to see you. I had to see if…
    Christy: You’re going to…recommend I be released?
    Frankie: I had to see if you were better, and you’ve been very honest about how you feel.
    Christy: Look, I’m sorry about hurting you and Cass. Dragging you two into my marital problems with Douglas. If you’re gonna make a positive recommendation, I’m sure Cass will contend that I should stay in prison. He can’t be too happy about you visiting me right?
    Frankie doesn’t say anything.
    Christy: Oh my God. Cass doesn’t know that you’ve been coming to visit me does he?

    Amanda: How were you able to pull this off?
    Allen (smiling): Well, my aunt does own the place.

    Amanda: It was like any other boring, tedious business trip. All I could think of was getting back here to you.
    Allen: You must be having a ball at Cory Publishing.
    Amanda: I guess so, if you think working with Iris is a good time.
    Allen: I wonder how Rachel took the news.
    Amanda: She actually encouraged me to take the position that Iris offered.
    Allen: Wow I didn’t expect Rachel to support that at all.
    Amanda: I didn’t take the offer at first. I flatly refused it, but after I thought about it, it would be the perfect way to get the company back.
    Allen: That’s what I was gonna tell you.
    Amanda: Great minds.
    Allen: Great girl.
    They lean in and kiss…

    Grant: Whatever would make you think that I saw Reginald Love on the night he was killed.
    Jack: The hotel surveillance camera caught you going up to his room, and a text when from his cell phone to your phone number asking you to meet him there.
    Grant: So did this said footage actually show me going into Reginald’s room.
    Jack: I don’t have to tell you that. I know you were there, because you both knew Evan Frame, and I’m sure you know that Reginald killed Evan in St. Croix.
    Grant: Oh let me guess, I went to avenge Evan’s death by killing Reginald right?
    Jack: You think this is funny?
    Grant: I had nothing to do with Evan Frame.
    Jack: He shot you on the day Bay City Center opened.
    Grant: And that means absolutely nothing.
    Jack: So you don’t know who Evan Frame is at all?
    Grant: I know that he was Sharlene’s nephew.
    Jack looks intently at Grant.
    Jack: You’re lying. You know more about this than you’re letting on. I’m not gonna stop digging until I find out what you’re hiding.
    Grant: What goes around. Listen if you see Paulina, which I'm sure you will make it a point to, tell her I said hello, and give her a kiss, which I'm sure you'll be more than happy to do.
    Jack: Don’t leave town Harrison.
    Jack leaves. Grant goes to the bar, pours himself a drink, and takes a sip…
    Grant: You’re so smug aren’t you Snyder…you won’t be for long.

    John and Gregory are with Sharlene and Steven in an office with a leather couch, a desk, and a chair across from the couch. John is standing in front of Steven’s desk with Sharlene and Gregory, and Steven is sitting at his desk across from them.
    John: Are you ready honey?
    Sharlene: As ready as I’ll ever be.
    Steven: I will take good care of her.
    Gregory gives a menacing look to John as he flashes back to what he saw at Felicia’s place. Steven notices this look.
    Gregory: Mom you’re gonna come out of this stronger than ever. I’ll be there every step of the way. I’m not gonna let anyone else hurt you.
    John: We’ll be right outside.
    Gregory: We sure will.
    John and Gregory leave the office, and after Gregory shuts the door...
    Gregory: You can go. I’ll stay with mom.
    John: I’m not going anywhere.
    Gregory: Well that’s surprising. I thought you would go running straight to that your side piece like you did the other day.
    John: I beg your pardon.
    Gregory: I saw you and Felicia...together again.

    Felicia: What’s going on? You look worried.
    Lisa: Something is terribly wrong, and I can’t figure out what it is.

    Sharlene: I know about the doctor/patient confidentiality stuff. I’ve done this rodeo before.
    Steven: You know I’ll be honest with you though...on the record.
    Sharlene: About what?
    Steven: There is some serious tension between Uncle John and Gregory.
    Sharlene: I don’t know for sure, but those two always have something going on between them. Par for the course I suppose.

    Gregory follows John into an empty office, and John shuts the door.
    John: What the hell are you talking about?
    Gregory: You went to her place didn’t you? I saw you two hugging.
    John: You’re following me now Gregory? Why don’t you install a damn GPS tracking device the next time?
    Gregory: You think this is a joke dad? It’s happening again.
    John: For the last time I am not involved with Felicia!
    Gregory: Not yet. I’m not gonna let you do it again.
    John: I would not hurt your mother like that again.
    Gregory: You say one thing and do something else! You’re such a liar!
    John: I am becoming very concerned about you. You’re angry at me for no reason. Felicia and I are friends. That’s it.
    Gregory: You wanted Dr. Taylor to keep her from remembering what happened the day the Center opened.
    John: That was for her protection.
    Gregory: And look where mom is now. I don’t want to see mom the way I saw her twenty years when you cheated on her with that homewrecker, and you’re gonna do it again. I guess once….always…
    Gregory walks out.

    Lisa: I didn’t know who else to call.

    Lisa: It’s one of my patients at the Cavanaugh Clinic. I got a chill when I touched her.
    Felicia: A psychic vibe.
    Lisa: Yes. My vibes are still jumping all over the place.
    Felicia: Do you have any idea what it could be?
    Lisa: I get an eerily familiar vibe from Marissa.
    Felicia: Marissa? That’s her name?
    Lisa: Yes.
    Felicia: Well there was a woman named Marissa LaSalle that came to Bay City around the same time you were here. She was really Mary McKinnon. Turned out she had lost her memory.
    Lisa: Why do they have the same name?
    Felicia: That is a bit odd.
    Lisa (getting up, pacing, frustrated): Goodness why can’t I figure this ouuuuut!
    Felicia: You said the vibe you got was familiar. Could she be connected to someone you already know?

    Lindsay: My mom?
    Bridget: I overheard their conversation.
    Lindsay: Wait a minute. What exactly did my mom say?
    Bridget: That she was still in love with my dad.

    Vicky: Whatever gave you that idea?
    Jake: Bridget told you didn’t she? What Stacey said.
    Vicky: About her still being in love with you? Yes, and I don’t like it one bit.
    Jake: I remember what happened back then.
    Vicky: And when did you start recalling your affair with that woman?
    Jake takes a deep breath.
    Jake: A while ago.
    Vicky: Wow really? And you’re just telling me now?
    Jake: Details were coming to me little by little, but I didn’t wanna tell you until I was sure.
    Vicky: You remembered this amnesiac affair with this woman, who is still in love with that guy, and you weren’t sure?
    Jake: Vicky please try to understand.
    Vicky: Do you love her?
    Jake: How can you ask something like that?
    Vicky: We know that Stacey loves you, but do you love her?
    Jake: Of course I don’t Vicky! I love you!
    Vicky: Is that what you told Stacey when she poured her heart out to you?
    Jake: Not exactly.
    Vicky (shaking her head): That’s...that’s not the answer I wanted to hear Jake. She fought to have Mikey taken away from my parents years ago. It destroyed them, and now she’s trying to destroy my family. I’m not gonna let her.
    Vicky grabs her keys.
    Jake: Where are you going? Vicky no. Stacey knows where I stand.
    Vicky: Someone’s gotta take a stand for this family. If it’s not gonna be you, it will be me. That bitch is not gonna get a second chance to tear my family apart.

    Carl, Rachel, and Frankie are being driven, and Rachel is on her cell phone.
    Rachel: Where’s your sister? (beat) I’m back in Bay City. Yes…we are back in Bay City. Make sure you both are home. We’ll be there in fifteen minutes or so.
    Rachel hangs up and Carl puts his arm around her.
    Carl: I can’t believe it. I’m gonna finally see my children after all this time.
    Rachel: And they’re gonna be glad to see you.
    Frankie: You’re gonna be with your family.
    Rachel: And it’s time for you to be with yours…Cass and Charlie.

    opens the door and turns the light on. He sees Charlie, dressed in a teddy, surrounded by scattered rose petals, lying on the bed with her legs crossed.


    Kirkland: Wow.



    Charlie: What are you waiting for? Come and get it.



    Kirkland puts his coat and cell phone on the desk and goes to Charlie. As he goes to Charlie, his cell phone vibrates as he receives a text from 262-555-0987. It says "I'm on my way to Bay City, I need to see you."

    sits alone at a table and Frankie approaches her.


    Frankie: Aunt Sharlene hi.

    Amanda: That's the thing. Iris made some changes.

    Tyrone is on his laptop at a table and Grant joins him.

    Grant: Good. This is going to go a long way. I am going to be running for Mayor in the coming weeks, and I'll be looking to appoint a new District Attorney. If you win this case it might be you.
    Tyrone: You're supposed to put in a good word for me now.
    Grant: I don't have to do that Mr. Montgomery. If you get Iris released from prison tomorrow, your name will be popular all on its own.
    Tyrone: You just make sure you make that phone call.
    Grant: Of course I will...if Iris gets out.
    Tyrone: I haven't lost a case bruh. I don't plan on losing this one.
    Grant: As I said it will help your career.
    Tyrone: I gotta ask you something though. Given everything that Iris has done to the Corys, how do you think Paulina is gonna react when she finds out you got the Governor to endorse Iris's release?

    Reginald is on his cell phone.
    Reginald: Gooood afternoon. Judge Parker, you're presiding over the hearing tomorrow for Iris's release. Yes you just make sure she gets out, then you'll get your reward.

    Rachel: You can't be serious. After all that woman has tried to do to our family.
    Cass: Granted, she's made your lives miserable when she was around.
    Rachel: She needs to stay in prison.
    Cass: Rachel I don't disagree with you, but trying to take over a company does make someone a danger to society.
    Rachel: What about consipiracy to commit murder? Doesn't that make her dangerous?
    Cass: That would make anyone dangerous, but you've got to understand, she doesn't have a long criminal history where she's tried to kill people. It was only Carl. Most of her vendetta was against you and Mac's other children.
    Rachel: Right. If you let her out of jail she's gonna come after my family.
    Cass: That's why you have to come to the hearing tomorrow. Gather any evidence you may have that could sway the judge to keep Iris in prison, and we can review it.
    Rachel: What am I gonna come up with between tonight and tomorrow?
    Cass: Not sure, but you and Amanda better start digging. I'll work on my end, too.
    Rachel: Don't you think this is kind of sudden? I mean, this hearing just got sprung on us.
    Cass: It does seem quick.
    Rachel: I wouldn't be surprised if Iris had something to do with it.

    Reginald and Allen are there conversing.
    Allen: You'll never guess what I heard down at the Center.
    Reginald: And what would that be?
    Allen: Grant got the Governor to write a letter of recommendation to release Iris from prison.

    Allen: How?
    Reginald: Not to worry, you just keep doing what you're doing.
    Allen: Oh I am. All the people that we signed are gonna pull out, and Cory Publishing is gonna buy out all of the contracts instead of suing them.
    Reginald: Lawsuits wouldn't be very cost effective for them.
    Allen: Neither would the buyouts, but they don't have a choice, and after they're done buying out the contracts, they will be in more financial dire straits than they are now.
    Reginald: And when they're ready to sell, we will swoop in and purchase, and Cory Publishing will be mine...for the time being.

    Tyrone: Well I'm not gonna tell her okay, but secrets have a way of coming to the surface.
    Grant: Not this one. I'm making good progress with her. She's a good person, and I'd be a fool to mess that up.

    The M&M Harbor Club is up and running, newly decorated, and ready to receive its guests. The tuxedo dressed waiters are walking around with their trays of drinks. Soft piano music plays in the background, and Donna greets John and Sharlene at the door.



    Donna: John, Sharlene welcome.



    Sharlene: This looks great Donna. Congratulations. Michael would have been proud of you.



    John flashes back to his conversation with Felicia about the possibility of Michael being alive.



    Donna: I know he’s here in spirit. Let me escort you to your table.



    As John and Sharlene sit at their table, Mitch and Felicia both notice John and Sharlene being seated.



    Sharlene: I’m gonna go to the Ladies’ room.



    Meanwhile, Mitch secretly notices Sharlene, and asks Felicia if she wants a club soda from the bar. She says yes, and Mitch gets up. Felicia uses this opportunity to go over to John.



    Felicia sits down across from John…



    Felicia: Where’s Sharlene?



    John: She went to the ladies’ room.



    Felicia: Have you told her about Michael?



    John: No and I’m not telling anyone until I’m sure that Martin was the one who died in that car crash.



    Felicia: That’s a good idea. I’m sure Donna will be thrilled if it turns out that Michael is alive.



    AT THE BAR



    Mitch is there and Sharlene bumps into him.



    Sharlene: Oh sorry…Mitch hi.



    Mitch: Sharlene. How are you?



    Sharlene: I’m fine. I’m headed to the ladies’ room.

    Sharlene walks up to the mirror, and sees her own reflection. She looks down to get the makeup out of her purse, looks back up at the mirror, and drops her makeup in the sink as she sees Janice in the mirror.



    Janice: Now what did mama teach us about telling lies?



    GRANT’S HOUSE



    Grant adjusts his bowtie on his tuxedo as his back is to his open front door. He hears someone walk in.



    Grant: Paulina. I thought I was supposed to pick YOU up.



    It’s not Paulina, but Cindy Brooke.



    Cindy: Paulina!



    Grant turns around and is shocked…



    Grant: Cynthia?! What the hell are you doing sneaking in my house like that?



    Cindy: Did my ears just deceive me? Are you really going out with Paulina Carlino to the Harbor Club?



    MEANWHILE AT THE CARLINO’S HOUSE…



    Paulina, dressed in an off-white evening gown with a ruffle on her right shoulder, answers the door. It’s Jack, with jeans, a Polo shirt, and a jacket.



    Paulina (smiling): Jack. Come in.



    Jack: You look…beautiful.



    Paulina: Thank you. Why aren’t you going to the Harbor Club tonight?



    Jack: Carly’s at home with our daughter. She’s sick.



    Paulina: I’m sorry about that. I wouldn’t leave Dante when he was younger whenever he got sick, so I understand that.

    Stacey: I don’t know what you mean.



    Jake: It was in Los Angeles. That’s where I saw you. But why?

    Grant begins to get an idea…



    Grant (mumbling): I wonder if Jack knows about that.

    Cindy: So…what do you have over Paulina this time?



    Grant: Nothing. Maybe she just likes my company.



    Cindy (scoffing): Seriously? I wonder how long that’s going to last.



    Grant: It’ll last longer than your clingy friendship with Gary Sinclair.



    Cindy: That was a different situation. We were only friends.

    Jack and Paulina stare at each other.

    They continue to stare at each other.

    They hug, pull away slowly, look into each other’s eyes, and lean in to kiss. Before they can lock lips, Jack’s cell phone rings.



    Jack: That could be Carly, or the station.



    Paulina: You should take it.



    Jack (looking at the caller ID): Yeah…I’m gonna take it outside.



    Paulina: Okay. Have a good night.



    OUTSIDE…



    Jack (on the phone): You’re on your way to Bay City? I’ll be at the station.



    BACK AT THE HARBOR CLUB….



    In the ladies’ room, Sharlene faces her Janice in the mirror.



    Sharlene: When are you going to go away?



    Janice: I can’t. Not until you let me finish my mission.



    Sharlene: You can’t have Carl. He is happily married to Rachel.



    Janice: That’s not the only thing I have to do. I can help the both of us if you let me out.

    Stacey: Jake thinks that he saw me at a bar in Los Angeles before.



    Vicky: And what did you tell him?



    Stacey: That I have never been there.



    Jake: Vicky why am I having these flashbacks?



    Vicky: I don’t know Jake. Maybe it was someone from your past before you came to Bay City.



    Stacey: I’m gonna go see where my brother is.



    After Stacey leaves…



    Jake: I’m pretty sure it was Stacey that I saw in L.A.



    Vicky: Well it couldn’t have been Stacey because she said she’d never been there before. As a matter of fact, I don’t think you’ve ever been there before.



    Jake: These aren’t just some subconscious dreams. These flashes feel real. Could it have been during the time I lost my memory?



    Vicky (shaking her head): Probably not. Why don’t you just let it go?



    Donna is at the microphone asking for everyone’s attention.



    Donna: Good evening. You all look so handsome and lovely. Tonight is the grand re-opening of the Harbor Club. I look forward to making this a staple of Bay City again. I re-opened this for all of you. Thank you all for coming.



    Everyone claps, and Donna smiles as she looks around. Her smile quickly turns to a frown when she sees REGINALD, with a sinister smile, clapping at the entrance.

    Charlie: Who were you talking to?
    Kirkland: My mom.
    Charlie: Is she asking you to move back home still?
    Kirkland: You know she’s not gonna stop.
    Charlie: She’s just being a mom. Well I’m off to work.
    They kiss.
    Charlie: Talk to ya later.
    After Charlie leaves, Kirkland makes a phone call.

    Kirkland: I’m on my way.

    Carl: Why the hell are you looking at my wife like that?
    Jack: We have a dark haired woman matching Rachel’s description on hotel surveillance, pushing a cart.
    Amanda: There are a lot of room service attendants at that hotel.
    Jack: It was about an hour before Reginald died.
    Carl: That doesn’t mean anything. Rachel was here the whole night after we returned from the Harbor Club.
    As Rachel walks up to Carl, the vial that Janice planted in Rachel’s sweater falls out. Amanda picks it up, and Jack notices it.
    Amanda: Mom what is this?
    Rachel: I have no idea.
    Toni: Can I look at it?
    Toni puts rubber gloves on as she examines the vial.
    Toni: We might need to have this tested down at the station.
    Jack: Rachel, we’re gonna have to take you down there, too.
    Carl: On what charge?
    Jack: You should call a lawyer.

    Scott: I…lied to him about who I was. He told me to get lost when he found out.
    Kirkland: Why did you lie?
    Scott: My mom and my stepdad are prominent citizens in G.C. I didn’t want anyone knowing that I like guys.
    Kirkland: How long did you think you were gonna keep up the lie? Did he make you happy?
    Scott: I had a good time with him. I wish he would take me back.
    Kirkland: But you played games with him. When are you gonna learn? You can’t toy with people’s emotions.
    Scott: Are we talking about Rafe’s, or yours?

    Scott: Well Kirk I’m sorry but, isn’t that what you’re doing to Charlie right now?

    Gregory: Of course I didn’t, but I think Stacey is trying to protect you.
    Lindsay: From what? From whom? I don’t understand this at all.
    Gregory: She doesn’t want you to get hurt, and neither do I. That’s why you shouldn’t say anything.
    Lindsay: Babe, nothing is gonna happen to me.
    Gregory: You don’t know that, and I can’t lose you Lindsay. I don’t see things ending well if you tell Jake that he’s your bio dad.
    Lindsay: I did have a great time with Derek.
    Gregory: I bet he told you the same thing.

    John: Is anyone here?
    Donna: No.
    Felicia: We have to talk to you Donna. It’s important.
    Donna: Are you working for the police?
    John: Of course not. This is much…better than law enforcement.
    Felicia and John look at each other.
    Felicia: Maybe you should sit down.
    Donna does so…
    Donna: Oh my God, you two are having an affair again. It really is none of my business what you two do.
    John: It’s nothing to do with that. We have reason to believe that Michael is alive.

    Clara Hudson is lying in a bed and Michael, wearing a sweatshirt, walks up to her. Clara looks up at Michael and smiles.

    Officers are walking around, while Rachel sits at a desk, and Amanda and Carl are with her.
    Amanda: This is so ludicrous. Mom didn’t kill Reginald.
    Rachel: I went up there Amanda.

    Cass: What’s going on here?
    Jack: We’re awaiting the lab results on the vial we found in Rachel’s sweater.
    Carl: Did it ever occur to you detective that someone may be framing my wife?
    Jack: We have to go by the evidence.
    Amanda: To hell with the evidence! My mother has been an upstanding citizen in this town for years. She is no killer.
    Cass: Amanda’s right, so what are you holding her for?
    Jack: Suspicion of first degree murder.

    John: Mom gave up Marty for adoption.
    Donna scrutinizes the letter…
    Donna: This was dated in 1996.
    John: If you look on the pictures, there’s a birthmark on baby Martin’s neck.
    Donna: He must have been the one that came back to Bay City. I never saw a birthmark on his neck.
    Felicia: He must have had it covered up.
    Donna flashes back to Michael telling her that Reginald had been holding him prisoner for almost twenty years.
    Donna: This is it. This is the proof that I needed.
    John: You needed?
    Donna: He was here.
    Felicia: Michael? He was here?
    Donna: Yes. I’ve seen him. He didn’t want me to tell anyone.
    Donna smiles…
    Donna: It’s really my Michael.
    Felicia: If he was here, where did he go?

    John: I know exactly where he went….mom.

    Clara (snapping out of it): Michael? Baby? Oh my God. How long have you been here?
    A nurse walks in…
    Nurse: I’m sorry sir. It’s time for her meds. She needs to rest.
    Michael: Mom. I’m gonna come back.
    Michael leaves the room and gets a phone call from a mystery person…
    Michael: Hey…you have it?
    Mystery Person: Yep. I’ve been able to confirm everything, and I’m bringing it to Bay City.
    Michael: Can I ask you something? I just saw my mother, and she was having one of her episodes. She mentioned Sylvia. Would you happen to know who that is?
    Mystery Person: Iris’s mother’s name was Sylvia.
    Michael: Oh ok. Well let me know when you get here.

    CAMERA PAN ON a man hanging his cell phone...Matthew Cory.

    Cass: That’s suspicion. It’s not a charge. If you’re not gonna charge my client you need to let her go.
    Jack: We have evidence that Rachel was in Reginald’s hotel suite the night he was killed, and we’re testing a vial we found in Rachel’s sweater.
    Carl: Someone planted it. Someone is trying to frame her.
    Toni walks out with the lab results and gives them to Jack. He looks them over and looks at Cass and Rachel.
    Cass: What is that?
    Jack: The substance in the vial matches the poison that killed Reginald Love. Rachel I have to place you under arrest for the murder of Reginald Love.

    Derek and Lindsay hug...
    Derek: I love you more than anything in this world, and so does your mother. Neither one of us wants to see you get hurt. You're Stacey's miracle...OUR miracle. You changed our lives, and I will do anything to protect you. So will your mother.
    Lindsay: I watched Jake and...my sister as it turns out...have a bonding moment, and I asked myself why couldn't I have that? Jake is my father, too.
    Derek: But baby you could hurt Bridget. You could hurt Jake, and ultimately yourself, by telling the truth. I'm actually afraid of what could happen if the truth came out, and that's why your mother has been trying to stop you.
    Lindsay's eyes well up with tears...

    Jake stares at Stacey and has a flashback of being face to face with a woman, and kissing her. He then has another flashback of making love to this same woman. He then flashes back to the Los Angeles Dodgers shot glass, and the woman drinking out of it.

    Dr. Taylor: You don’t have to be. There’s that doctor/patient confidentiality thing.
    Sharlene: Yeah right. What if I remember something that could hurt someone else?
    Dr. Taylor: We won’t know until we find out right? Just try to relax. We’ll get to the truth one way or the other. If anything does come out, you won’t even know. You’ll be under hypnosis.
    Sharlene: I think…I’m ready.

    Rachel: I may have to sell Mac’s company.
    Felicia: I’m so sorry.
    Felicia hugs Rachel and Rachel feels the bottom of Felicia’s engagement ring on her back, and Rachel holds up Felicia’s left hand to see it.
    Rachel: What’s this? Oh my goodness. No wonder you’re beaming.
    Felicia: He asked me to marry him.
    Rachel: That’s wonderful!
    Felicia: You're one of my closest friends. I want you to be my maid of honor.
    Rachel: Wow…maid of honor?
    Felicia (confused): Yes…seems like you’re hedging a little bit.
    Rachel: I’ve got so much going on, but I could use the distraction. I would NEVER refuse to do you a favor such as that. Of course I will.

    Bridget: I DO deserve it, after everything I’ve done. I mean, I got you drunk so I could make Michele jealous, and she died later. You should be angry with me. I can’t understand why you’re even here.
    Cory: Despite everything that’s happened, you’re Michele’s sister, and she loved you. We all miss her.
    Bridget: I have to live with this for the rest of my life. I would never want my own sister to die. I did some….things to her before the prom. I wanted what she had. She had brains, my parents’ favor, you.
    Cory: You were jealous.
    Bridget: Yeah that’s it, and my jealousy could destroy my family, and if YOU’RE not careful, my jealousy might destroy you, too.
    Cory: Well I want you to know…you’re not alone.
    Bridget: I have Donna, my dad, Aunt Marley, Tyrone.
    Cory: Anyone your age?
    Bridget: Not your sister. She hates me.
    Cory: I don’t hate you.
    Bridget: Even after what I’ve done?
    Cory: I think Michele would want me to be here for you, and that’s what I plan to do.

    Dr. Taylor: Sharlene? Can you tell me what else happened?
    Sharlene: There were people everywhere. All eyes were on Grant. He was announcing his candidacy for the Senate. He wants to serve the people of Bay City, so he says. Wait a minute, who is that? What’s he doing with that? Oh my God! I can’t believe what he just did! Joe I’m not leaving!
    Sharlene starts screaming and sweating. “Joe! No! He’s getting away! Is anyone gonna get him? Joe can’t die! Noooo! Paulina! Oh my head hurts! Dr. Taylor is making notes on his pad, but decides it’s time for her to wake up.
    Dr. Taylor: Okay on the count of three I will snap my finger and you will come out of it. One, two, three.
    Dr. Taylor snaps his finger, and Sharlene wakes up with sweat beading from her forehead.
    Sharlene: Oh my God. I remembered something didn’t I?
    Dr. Taylor (giving her a handkerchief): You did…you remembered something from when you were Sharly.
    Sharlene (blotting her forehead): You mean to tell me I didn’t remember anything from the day Grant was shot?
    Dr. Taylor: No I’m afraid you didn’t. You did mention something about headaches.
    Sharlene: I remember seeing Grant, and then the next thing I know I’m waking up in the hospital. Everything in between is a blank.
    Dr. Taylor (giving her pills): Take these. They should help in uncovering your memory of that day.
    Sharlene: Thank you Dr. Taylor.
    Dr. Taylor: Maybe next time we can try hypnosis again. I’m sorry it wasn’t successful this time.


    After Sharlene leaves, Dr. Taylor says to himself that the placebos he gave her should keep her from remembering anything.


    Sharlene leaves the office, and as she leaves, a shadowy figure walks up to Dr. Taylor’s office, then watches Sharlene leave.

    Paulina: Anyone in mind?
    Dante: I was gonna ask Lizzie to go with me.
    Paulina: Oh that would be nice.
    Dante: If Mrs. Hutchins doesn't keep her on punishment. She says she and her mom fight a lot.
    Paulina: That's what happens when you get two strong willed personalities clashing.
    Dante: Yeah Lizzie is pretty strong.
    Paulina: She gets it from her mother.

    A man walks in with a tuxedo and a dress. Rachel signs for them, and instructs him where to hang them up. Cory and Elizabeth enter the living room.

    Vicky sits on the couch in the living room, sifting through the mail, and Michele walks in and sits next to her.

    Bridget steps unheard and unseen halfway down the stairs and decides to listen to Vicky and Michele's conversation.
    Vicky: I ordered you and your sisters' dresses. They'll probably come tomorrow.
    Michele: Been waiting for it.
    Vicky: Are you going with Cory?
    Michele: That's the plan.
    Vicky: You like him don't you?
    Michele (smiling): Yeah. A lot.
    Vicky: So cute. You and Cory Hutchins, childhood sweethearts.
    Michele: We're gonna have lunch down at the center.
    Vicky: Well that's wonderful. He's a good kid.
    Vicky sifts through the mail...
    Vicky gives her two letters): These came for you.
    Michele (opening and reading the letters): Oh my God mom.
    Vicky: What is it?
    Michele: I got accepted to Columbia, and Harvard.
    Vicky: Are you serious? Congratulations honey!
    Michele: The one from Harvard says it was the second letter. Guess the first one didn't get here.
    Vicky knows that Bridget attempted to hide the first letter from Michele.

    Grant walks up to them with Dante's prom tuxedo and shoes, and they both look up at Grant with a smile.
    Dante: Hi Mr. Harrison.
    Paulina: Dante can you go get a bottled water for me?
    Grant: Sorry. I didn't tell you I was going to have the delivery intercepted. I wanted it to be a surprise.
    Paulina: You're not gonna stop are you?
    Grant: What's wrong with me wanting to make Dante's prom special for him?
    Paulina: Because I told you we didn't need your help! You're not listening!
    Grant: Look I'm sorry okay.
    Paulina: Joe should never have worked for you! I told him not to take the job.

You'll be on your own pretty soon. I remember when Carl was rocking you, and I was holding Cory. Cory was sleeping, and you were screaming your pretty little head off. You're always gonna be my little girl, and I'm always gonna want what's best for you.
    Elizabeth (a tear rolling down her cheek): I know I can be a handful, but I just want to be a good daughter. I don't want to let you down.
    Rachel: Oh honey, you don't. You're not a failure. You're a seventeen year old. You're my seventeen year old, and I love you. I wish your father was here to see how strong, and beautiful you and your brother have become.

    Frankie: I just want you to know that I'm working feverishly to find the person who killed your husband.
    Paulina: I know it must be killing you to have to keep this from Cass and Sharlene.
    Frankie: If I tell them that I'm investigating who tried to shoot Grant that day of his acceptance speech, then I would put them and my daughter in danger, and I can't live with myself if I do that.
    Paulina: I really appreciate what you're doing. It'll bring Dante and me some closure.

    They hug, and Vicky interrupts the union.
    Vicky: You stay the hell away from my daughter!

    Allen walks in with a tablet..
    Allen: I called a few of your old clients. Some of them have a case of writer's block.
    Amanda: I guess what they get when they're older. I keep telling mom that we have to cater to a younger generation, especially with everybody e-publishing.
    Allen (giving the tablet to Amanda): This is my business plan. Keeping the current clientele happy, while gaining younger, fresher talent.
    Amanda: This is absolutely great Allen. I'll run this by my mom.
    Allen: Why?
    Amanda: Well my mother owns the company.
    Allen: Your mom's not here.
    Amanda: I'd like her to take a look at this. I'm sure she'll approve of it.
    Allen (walking up to Amanda until he's face to face with her): You know what, sometimes you just have to go with it. You can't always run things by mama for her approval. You think it's a great plan don't you?
    Amanda: This is a great strategy.
    Allen: Well then, approve it! There's nothing better...than a woman who takes charge.
    Amanda continues to find herself drawn to Allen.

    Tyrone: I'm afraid there is, and it's affecting our marriage.
    Donna: Is there anything I can do to help?
    Tyrone: I want to understand what she's thinking. She's becoming a bit despondent and distant.
    Donna: Marley has been through a lot.
    Tyrone: It's like she's allowing her guilt and shame surface again. She was doing well for a long time. I thought we were past it.
    Donna: She still feels guilty about locking Vicky up in the basement, and the situation with Jake before that. I thought she was working through all that. Do you want me to talk to her?
    Tyrone: I love your daughter Donna.
    Donna: You are the best thing that's ever happened to her. I don't want to see either of you unhappy. I really appreciate you loving her the way you do.
    Tyrone: I will do anything for Marley. I wish I could reach inside of her and pull all her pain and guilt out of her.
    Donna: Just keep doing what you're doing. Just keep being the great husband that you are to her.
    Tyrone: Thanks Donna.
    They hug and stare at each other for an extra second.

    Donna: Yeah....Marley needs you.

    Reginald: The more you try to keep them away, the more they'll come to me, and you and your beloved Jake will look like the bad guys.
    Vicky: You're using them to get to Donna, me, and Marley! I will do whatever it takes to protect them from the likes of you!
    After Vicky storms off, Reginald receives an email on his Blackberry...and is delighted by what he reads. He then places a phone call.
    Reginald: The train has left the station. The plan is in motion.

    Iris: This office looks so drab, so gloomy, so Rachel.
    Someone familiar walks in…
    Iris: Well if it isn’t the famous Tucker McCall. I was just thinking how you should come down after I had this mausoleum redecorated.

    Michele: I don't know. I got some studying to do.
    Bridget: Michele nobody's studying right now. It's almost graduation time.
    Michele: Well I don't want to lose focus. I'm waiting for Harvard to contact me.
    Bridget flashes back to Michele's acceptance letter, and grabs an apple out of the refrigerator. Bridget tries to feel out whether Michele knows or not.
    Bridget: I thought they would have contacted you by now.
    Michele: Yeah you'd think but, I guess these things take time.
    Bridget: They sure do.
    Michele: Well I'm headed to the library. I'll catch ya later.
    Bridget notices that Michele left her cell phone on the kitchen table. She uses the opportunity to send a text to Cory, but before she can put it back down, Vicky catches her.
    Vicky: Isn't that Michele's phone?
    Bridget: Yeah, I was just gonna go after her. She left it here.
    Bridget races out the door to avoid any more questions from Vicky, but Vicky knows better, and Jake walks in.
    Jake: Why is Bridget running out of here like a bat out of hell?
    Vicky: Michele left her cell phone.
    Jake: Where did she go? Did you show her the letter?
    Vicky: Haven't had a chance.
    Jake: You look worried.
    Vicky: I am worried....worried about Bridget.

    BAY CITY CENTER
    Bridget waits a table drinking a latte when Reginald notices her and walks up to her, and Bridget perks up.
    Reginald: Bridget. What's going on?
    Bridget: Hi Grandpa Reginald.
    Reginald: Are you waiting for someone?
    Bridget: Not at the moment. Please sit.
    Reginald: So what's going on with you?
    Bridget: Same old thing. You know...mom favors Michele over me.
    Reginald: Is that so?
    Bridget: She says I'm becoming more like you.
    Reginald: I'm sure Vicky didn't mean it in a complimentary way.
    Bridget: I don't see what all she has against you. I mean everybody makes mistakes right?
    Reginald: You're right. You're more mature than you give yourself credit for.
    Bridget: That's what I try to show them, but it's 'Michele' this, and 'Michele' that. When are they gonna notice me?
    Reginald: I notice you honey. Your great grandfather is always here for you.

    HUDSONS HOUSE
    Sharlene is washing the dishes while John sits at the table drinking coffee.
    John: What do you wanna do today?
    Sharlene: Not sure.
    John: Let's drive to Chicago.
    Sharlene (smiling): Hmmm not a bad idea. I just want to make sure Gregory is okay.
    John: Gregory will be fine. He's not a baby anymore.
    Sharlene drops a frying pan onto the floor, screams, and becomes terrified. John rushes to his wife and holds her.

    Tyrone and Marley are in bed. Tyrone is kissing on Marley's shoulders, but Marley's back is turned to him...and her stare is blank.

    Vicky: I'm concerned about her behavior.

    Vicky (becoming more dumbfounded, shaking her head): She lied...so effortlessly.
    Jake: Vick. Spit it out. What's going on with Bridget?
    Vicky: I caught her texting on Michele's phone, and she lied about that, too.
    Jake: Does this have something to do with what you said in her room?
    Vicky: About being like my grandfather? Absolutely.
    Jake: You need to get that out of your head. Our daughter is nothing like him.
    Vicky: Makes me think of how I got with Jamie.
    Jake: You're not that kind of person anymore.
    Vicky: Felicia told me one time that I was a chip off the old Reginald Love block...
    Jake: I don't see the point behind your worrying. Bridget is not gonna be like Reginald.
    Vicky: Don't you see, Jake! Bridget opened Michele's acceptance letter, and lied about it when I confronted her!
    Jake: You don't know if she opened it, and why would she keep something like that from her own sister?
    Vicky: Bridget was the first one home that day. You were working and I dropped Michele off at the library.
    Jake: Maybe she was just curious.
    Vicky: Bridget is reminding me of me. I schemed and manipulated to take Jamie from Lisa Grady. Bridget is traveling down that same road, and it pains me to watch it.
    Jake: I think your concern is unfounded! She'll grow out of it.
    Vicky: Will she? Bridget is jealous of her sister, and it's growing every day. I'm scared Jake.

    Reginald: Your parents love you. Your mother is fiercely protective of both of you.
    Bridget: I came home the other day from school. All mom could talk about was how she wished I would be more like Michele.
    Reginald: I don't think she meant anything bad by that. She just wants you to do better in school that's all.
    Bridget: How do you know how I'm doing in school?
    Reginald: Let's just say I keep my eye on you. I could hire a tutor for you.
    Bridget: No that won't be necessary.
    Bridget sees Cory and signals for him to come over to their table.
    Reginald: Cory Hutchins.
    Cory: Hi Mr. Love.
    Bridget jumps up. "Thanks for everything Grandpa Reginald. Love you." she says.
    Cory: Have you seen Michele?
    Bridget: No why?
    Cory: She texted me to meet her here.
    Bridget: Oh, maybe she got busy. Guess you might as well hang out with me.

    John: Sharlene what's wrong?
    Sharlene: I'm...I'm sorry....I was just a little startled.
    John: Startled? Your scream was blood curdling.
    Sharlene: I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you like that.
    Sharlene has to think of something to throw John off at this point because she's not even sure why she had such a reaction to a frying pan hitting the floor.
    Sharlene: I guess I had a Kate Baker flashback.
    John: Kate and Sharly are not coming back.
    Sharlene: Doesn't mean that they don't try every now and then.
    John: You're too strong for them. I'm gonna go upstairs and pack us some clothes.
    Sharlene: I think a getaway to Chicago sounds great right about now.
    John leaves the kitchen and Sharlene has another flashback, but not of Kate or Sharly. It was of a gloved hand, and a crowd of people, and someone standing at a podium at Bay City Center.

    Jack: From whom Carly? Craig Montgomery? I wasn’t going to take any loans from the devil. You really forgot about all the bills we have. Parker and JJ’s tuition and books, the mortgage on Milltown. The bank threatened foreclosure.
    Carly: Why do you feel like you have to do things alone?
    Jack: Because I couldn’t be sure when you were gonna pick up a bottle again, and lo and behold, that’s exactly what you did, and I had to be prepared for that.
    Carly: Parker, J.J. and the girls are my family, too. Seems like something slipped your memory as well.
    Jack: Carly I can’t do this right now. I’ve got to work this case. You should get home.
    Carly: So should you, but it seems as if your work is more important.
    Jack: Before you leave, promise me you will end all communication with Grant Harrison.
    Carly: You don’t get to dictate who I talk to especially when you’re all chummy with Paulina Cory.
    Jack: Carly you gotta go.
    Toni walks in with her cell phone...
    Toni: Jack you gotta look at this. I got this text while I was at the Love Mansion.
    Jack: It wasn’t Donna...go to the Corys?
    Toni: I ran a trace to see what phone it was sent from, but it was a burner.
    Jack: Why is someone leading us to the Corys?
    Toni: I think we need to go check it out.
    Carly leaves in disgust...

    Donna: This doesn’t make any sense. You mean to tell me that Reginald has been holding you captive for almost twenty years.
    Michael: You know your father hated me, and would have done anything to keep us apart.
    Donna: Were you the one that...called the other night?
    Michael: I managed to get one of the guard’s cell phones. The number is still the same here.
    Donna: I need evidence. I need proof that you’re the real Michael.
    Michael: There’s another reason that your evil father was keeping me prisoner, but I need to get more proof. That’s the other reason I’m back in Bay City.
    Donna: What’s that?
    Michael: I can’t say anything about it until I’m absolutely sure, that’s why I need your help. You can’t tell anyone that I’ve returned. Not Vicky, Marley, no-one, not until I find the truth.
    Donna: How do I even know you’re telling me the truth?
    Michael: Please Donna. You’ve gotta trust me. Please don’t say anything until I find the proof I need.

    Felicia: This has turned out to be a great evening. I’m happy for Donna.



    Mitch: As great as can be expected. Ready for a nightcap.



    Felicia (smiling): Absolutely!



    Mitch: I’ll get our coats.



    Rachel walks up to Felicia…



    Felicia: Rachel!



    Rachel: How have you been?



    They hug…



    Rachel: It’s been a while.



    Felicia: I know you’ve been busy with the Cory Publishing mess.



    Rachel: I’m never too busy for my friends. You look so happy.



    Felicia: I am. How are things with Carl?



    Rachel: As well as can be expected. We’re dealing with Cory, and Iris poisoning his mind against Carl.



    Felicia: She just doesn’t stop does she?



    Rachel: No she doesn’t, but I will. Listen I saw Mitch the other day in the Center with Sharlene.



    Felicia: Sharlene? What’s he doing with her?



    Rachel: They looked like they were just having a chat. I saw her earlier and she seemed troubled.



    Felicia: He said he was going to KBAY.



    Rachel: Speaking of which, have you seen Donna?



    Felicia: She…left with Tyrone.



    HOSPITAL – Kirkland’s room



    Jake, Vicky, Charlie, and Grant pay vigil to Kirkland



    Vicky: Honey what happened?



    Kirkland: I was robbed…outside the hotel.



    Charlie: How did you get back to your room?



    Kirkland: I must have stumbled back there, and I passed out when I got in.



    Vicky: That’s it. You’re moving out of that hotel room and back to the house.



    Jake: This was only a random act. I think Kirkland knows how to keep himself safe.



    Grant: I agree. The area around the hotel is generally safe.



    Vicky: I don’t care if it was Fort Knox…I want my son home! And first thing in the morning you’re checking out of that hotel and coming home.



    Vicky walks out and Jake follows.



    Kirkland: Charlie can you let me have some time alone with my dad?



    Charlie: Are you gonna be alright?



    Kirkland: I’ll be fine babe.



    Charlie: I’m gonna go call my parents.



    Charlie leaves Grant and Kirkland alone.



    Kirkland: I lied to my mom and my girlfriend to protect you. It’s me and you now…



    Grant: Son, did you see the person who did this?



    Kirkland: Why dad? Are you afraid that they’ll incriminate you?



    Grant: I would never have sent anyone to hurt you.



    Kirkland: Are you really gonna stand there and lie? They came to my door asking for the folder with the information I had on you. When I refused they beat me up and took it.



    Grant: I swear to you son, I didn’t send anyone to get the information from you.



    Kirkland: Then who would’ve?



    HOSPITAL – Marley’s room



    Donna: YOU’RE the one we want to see. What happened Marley?



    Marley: I think you know the answer to that Donna.



    Tyrone: Are you feeling okay? You should’ve called me if you were feeling up to driving.



    Marley: I saw it.



    Donna: Saw what?



    Marley: The little slideshow. You and my husband.



    Tyrone: What….what are you talking about?



    Marley: You think you can fool me? You two are having an affair.



    Donna: You’ve gotta be kidding me. I would never do that to you Marley. And what slideshow.



    Marley: I went to Reginald’s suite...to see if I could talk him into relinquishing his controlling interest in the Club.



    Marley flashes back to walking up to Reginald’s suite. The maid has the door open because she left to get fresh linens. She calls out for Reginald, and realizes he’s not there. As she leaves, she notices Reginald’s laptop…and the pictures of Donna and Tyrone…and she runs out upset…



    BACK TO THE PRESENT…



    Marley: And you were both hugging in the Love Mansion…and one picture in the Center. And…and I remember seeing you hug in the mansion also. You two are having an affair.



    Tyrone: You got to calm down Marley. We are NOT having an affair.



    Donna: Reginald set this all up didn’t he?



    Marley: Blame it on grandfather! It’s all his fault that you can’t control yourselves. Why would Reginald have pictures?



    Donna (becoming angry): Because he wants to control our lives. THAT’S why he bought controlling interest in the Harbor Club; that’s why he passed you off as my sister; that’s why he took Nicole’s baby from her. He took Victoria away from us!



    Tyrone and Marley become concerned…



    Tyrone: Donna…what are you gonna do?



    Donna: I’m…I’m going to cool off for a minute.



    Tyrone: I’m staying with Marley.



    Marley: No Tyrone, why don’t you go with her? You’re both hot in the pants anyway.



    Donna walks outside the room and Tyrone stops her.



    Tyrone: Donna?



    Donna: I’m gonna put a stop to this madness.



    REGINALD’S SUITE



    Allen confronts Reginald



    Reginald: I didn’t invite you here.



    Allen: I don’t give a damn! You’re gonna help me.



    Reginald: I’ve done enough for you. It’s time to stand on your own two feet.

    Vicky walks in.



    Marley: I’m concerned about Donna.

    Marley: I’m fine.



    Vicky: How’s the baby?



    Marley: We’re fine. Where’s Jake?



    Vicky: He’s calling to check on Bridget. You mentioned Donna. What’s going on with mom?



    Marley: She left here in a fit of anger…over grandfather.



    Vicky: She’s still steaming about him having controlling interest in the Harbor Club.



    Tyrone: Legally she can still get control.



    Vicky: He bought out all the other investors.



    Tyrone: The Club and all its investments…if Reginald dies.



    Marley and Vicky’s eyes widen.



    Marley: Vicky you’ve gotta go after her.



    Vicky: I’ll check the mansion.



    Tyrone: You think Donna’s gonna try to kill him?



    Jake walks in.



    Jake: Hey everybody. Vicky…



    Vicky: There’s no time. I’ve gotta go check on Donna.



    Jake: Bridget isn’t answering her phone. She hasn’t returned any of my text messages.



    Vicky: What the hell is going on tonight? You go home and check on Bridget. I’ll check on Donna.



    REGINALD’S SUITE



    Reginald: And why should I do that now? You all told me you didn’t want my help.



    Allen: She’s giving up. She doesn’t want to fight anymore.



    Reginald: If only you two had let me help her, then she wouldn’t be in this situation.



    Allen: If you hadn’t locked her up and had her drugged out of her mind, she probably wouldn’t have cancer.



    Reginald: I’ve tried to make amends for what happened, and all you did was turn your noses up. You were too good for my help…and now all of a sudden you need me.



    Reginald turns and sends a text message…



    Allen: You can call a specialist in here. Please I’m begging you. Please help my mother.



    Reginald: What’s that song? Too much…too little…too LATE!



    Allen suddenly grabs Reginald by the collar, shoves him against the wall, and puts his right hand around Reginald’s neck...



    Allen (squeezing Reginald’s neck): How does it feel you cold hearted son of a bitch? I bet you want somebody to save your life right now huh.



    Allen squeezes harder and Reginald starts coughing and grasping for air.



    Allen: I should kill you right now. Everything you did to me, my mother, and the rest of the family. I’m sure they’ll thank me.



    Suddenly, BANG BANG BANG on the door!



    Amanda: REGINALD! Open the door it’s Amanda Cory! It’s important!



    HOSPITAL – Kirkland’s room..Grant has just received a text message….



    Grant (looking at his cell phone): He did this?



    Kirkland: Who? Did they just text you or something?



    Grant: Your great grandfather Reginald. He wants to meet with me.



    LOVE MANSION



    Donna moves off the living room wall, opens up a safe, and takes out a gun. She flashes back to a conversation with Cass (in episode 97) ….

    Cass: The laws state that the next of kin gets all of Reginald's estate...
    Donna (interrupting): In case of his death.
    Cass: That's probably the only way you're going to get control of the Harbor Club.
    Everyone looks at each other, and all are silent and Cass breaks it.
    Cass: Donna? What are you thinking about it?
    Donna: Umm....Nothing. Just that the world will be a better place without daddy in it.
    Cass: You shouldn't be talking like that.
    Donna: It's the truth! He has been tormenting us from the beginning. He separated Marley and me from Victoria. He also separated Allen from Nicole, and is the cause of her cancer. Now he wants to control the Harbor Club. Don't you think he's done enough? SOMEBODY has to put a stop to it, and if it's me, then so be it.


    Donna flashes back to the present, her eyes welled up with angry tears, sniffles, and starts loading the chambers on her gun…puts in her purse...closes the safe, and puts the portrait back over it. Donna walks to the front door, opens it, and Vicky appears.



    Vicky: Donna…where are you going?

    Dante: And she’s sorry about it.

    Donna sits on the couch and Tyrone brings her some tea and sips on his own, and he sits on the chair opposite the couch.
    Donna: I just wanted to thank you.
    Tyrone: For what?
    Donna: Making my daughter happy. I just came from seeing Victoria, and she says she wants work things out with Jake. I’m so glad you’ve been there for Marley.
    Tyrone: She’s been staying with Vicky, and I miss her, but I understand that she wants to be there for her sister.
    Donna: Thanks to you, this is the happiest I’ve seen Marley. It warms my heart to know that my daughter is being taken care of by such a wonderful man.
    Tyrone: Done with your tea?
    Donna: Yes thank you.
    As Donna is giving Tyrone the cup, she accidentally spills some on his shirt.
    Donna: Oh! I'm So sorry. Let me get that.
    Donna grabs a napkin and blots the stain, which is near an unbuttoned part of his shirt, exposing part of his hard chest. As Donna blots near this unbuttoned part, she blots slowly, and she and Tyrone make eye contact, as if they’re in a trance, then Tyrone’s cell phone rings, snapping them out of it.
    Tyrone: I…I gotta….
    Donna: Get that.
    Tyrone (answering the cell phone): Tyrone Montgomery? Who is it? Okay…I’ll be right there.
    Donna: What was that?
    Tyrone: I’m going down to the station.
    Donna: Is everything alright?
    Tyrone: Apparently somebody wants me to represent them, but they won’t tell me who it is.

    Vicky: What happened?
    Jake: John told me I twisted my knee.
    Bridget: He was moving my bed when he hurt himself.
    Vicky: I can’t remember any other time I’ve been to the hospital more than I’ve been in the past few days.
    Jake: This is a far less serious situation. It’s only a twisted knee.

    John: I’ve made your first appointment for physical therapy.

    Tyrone sits on the couch on his cell phone when Marley walks in.
    Tyrone: Yeah ma, you’re gonna be a grandmother. (beat) We don’t know yet. (beat) Let me know.

    Tyrone: Hey baby.
    Marley: Hey. Was that your mother on the phone?
    Tyrone: Yeah she wants to come for a visit.
    Marley: Oh.
    Tyrone: Come on Marley. Mom has softened up over the years.

    Tyrone: Mom doesn’t think you’re crazy.
    Marley: Yeah especially now that I’m carrying her grandchild.
    Tyrone: Well if ma hasn’t accepted our marriage after all this time then I don’t know what to tell her. You have nothing to worry about. I’m gonna go take a shower.

    Jack: I know you and your sister are spending a lot of time at the farm.
    Sage: Mom drops us off there when she doesn’t wanna be bothered.
    Jack: Watch your mouth Sage. Your mother loves you and your sister.

    Jack: Your mom is working long hours.
    Sage: Yeah she’s putting in a lot of time at the Lakeview hotel bar.

    Sage: I’m sorry dad, but we just miss you. If you were home more often, maybe mom wouldn’t drink.

    Gregory and Lindsay are in an empty room.
    Gregory: It’s not healthy for you to be watching Jake and Bridget.
    Lindsay: Why? Do you think I’m gonna get jealous over their relationship?
    Gregory: It could happen. Look I care about you, and I don’t want you get hurt. Let them have their life. The McKinnons are better off not knowing the truth.
    Lindsay: I know what this is about. This is about you easing your conscience because of Michele McKinnon’s death. Look I’m sorry.
    Gregory: I will have to live with that for the rest of my life, and their family almost got torn apart because of it.
    Lindsay: I understand how you feel, but can you try to understand how I feel? I don’t want to come between Jake and Bridget’s relationship, but I have a right to have one, too.

    Lindsay: Derek is always gonna be my dad, and I’m not trying to hurt anyone.
    Gregory: But that is exactly what you’re going to do if you tell Jake that he’s your biological father.

    Allen: When I came to Bay City I didn’t expect that I would feel a part of the Love family. I was so hell bent on getting Nicole out of Pinehaven, that I didn’t consider any collateral damage. I wish I hadn’t done it.
    Marley: What did you do Allen?
    Allen: I know for a fact that Tyrone and Donna weren’t having an affair.
    Marley: How?
    Allen: Because I took the pictures.
    Marley: What pictures?
    Marley flashes back to seeing the pictures on Reginald’s laptop…
    Marley: You took those pictures that Reginald had on his computer? How could you do that? Why did you do it?
    Allen: I wanted to get some leverage on Tyrone. I’m so sorry.
    Tyrone rushes downstairs, punches Allen in the face, and Allen falls to the floor.
    Tyrone: You son of a bitch! You almost cost me my marriage and my baby.
    Marley: Tyrone---
    Tyrone: Get your ass up! Get up!
    Allen (touching his lip): I deserved that.
