I think it's a hospital benefit/gala - plus there's a banner announcing the addition of the Reston Wing to the hospital too.

Oh, I saw something in the background with 'Gala' written on it... but I wasn't sure, thanks. As I mentioned, my first thought was that it "The Woman of the Year" ceremony that they do, but I couldn't remember any woman that needs to be exposed, made fool of, or kidnapped this time.
