I would have preferred if Theresa told Ethan and THEN he DID sue her for custody (at Gwen's urging) and THAT'S what pushed her over the edge to get over Ethan. This was a step in the right direction, but after seven years, it wasn't believable or strong enough motivation for me. The POSSIBILITY that something like this might happen? I dunno. I'm glad it happened, but blah!

With that said, it would be a great twist if Theresa told Gwen that Little Ethan is Ethan's and kinda blackmailed her into giving her Jane back saying - give me Jane or I'll tie Ethan to me forever by telling him the truth.

Theresa shouldn't be afraid of losing anything - she's THERESA CRANE, the widow of Alistair Crane, one of the most powerful people in the world. There's no reason to be afraid of Ethan.

As a Theresa fan, I usually try to defend her but I have no idea why she has not gone after Jane. Maybe she always thought it would make her look bad in Ethan's eyes if she used her power to get Jane back and make Gwen lose another child, Who knows?

I am just happy she has moved on regardless of motivation which I find ok. Iti s refreshing to say the least. Theresa does give a fair amount of attention to Little Ethan. Theresa is a young mother to so I don't expect perfection but I see where you all are coming from.

Theresa doing a preemptive strike is very much like her. Remember when she was pregnant with Little Ethan, and she thought that Ethan would kick her to the curb because of that? It was to the point where she thought about having an abortion then attempted suicide. In any case, she's not stupid. She doesn't need to tell Ethan and Gwen for her to figure out what they'd do. After all, they did it twice, and considering Ethan's advice, what is going to make her think that they'd suddenly have a change of heart.
