Big Brother 7: Offical Spoiler Thread

I think CBS wanted to have a traditional rollout for their shows' season premieres, all of which(except for TAR and Survivor, which premiere a week earlier) premiere the week of September 18th.

Also of note, CBS announced the season finale dates for "Big Brother" and "Rock Star," September 12th and 13th respectively, the day after ABC announced "Dancing With the Stars" will premiere on those same dates.

Jean ... we had a double eviction week two weeks ago when Marcellas, then Howie were evicted a day apart. And tomorrow night, either George or Danielle will be evicted and then that same night another houseguest is evicted, putting them on schedule for the 9/12 finale.

And a heads up guys, the 9/10 episode has been CANCELLED. The Robert DeNiro hosted "9/11" special will air on that day.

We might need another double eviction as a result of this. The episodes wouldn't line up right, unless I'm missing something here ...

I'm rooting for a Janelle win now, since Danielle's been screwed out of the game. I'd be satisfied with a Will win. I would not want an Erika or George win. I would be disgusted if Boogie won, after how he has played Erika in bed.

Erika would get RIPPED, I think. James and Howie would definitely be harsh. Danielle would too.

And yeah, Danielle thinks Chilltown is going to save her. Um, wake up Dani, why are you being stupid? They went back on their votes with 1) Marcellas. 2) Howie. 3) James.

WAKE UP DANI!

Chilltown is making yet another mistake. There's no point in lying to Danielle like there was no point in lying to James or Howie. It's not like any of the three could do anything to change the votes or sway the votes. They've been lying unnecessarily. They're going to regret it.

I agree, Mike. If either of them are in the final two, I don't think they'll be respected. Will -- maybe. Boogie will be despised.

Yeah, Jean, true. I'm thinking we might have one more double eviction. The episodes don't add up. After tonight there are four left, and we'd need two more eviction episodes + the finale, and the episodes won't work out that way. Hmm ... and yeah, I'm dry today. No loss of power either, thank god. Hope things are dry and well with you too Jean! Good seeing you around here more :)

They could just do an eviction episode directly before the finale. So we don't have to have an episode with the final two. Or do they normally do that anyway?

Usually by that time, no one I like is left so I don't follow as closely.

I'm really hoping that Danielle doesn't give CT the satisfaction of being caught off guard by her eviction tonight. I'm sick and tired of Will and Boogie thinking they're running the show and trying to make "good TV." The same goes for the stupid "phone calls" and jumping like a banshee in the storage room.

    • yes. today Monday's episode started with words displayed "part 1" and ended with "to be continued"
    • I find Missy Reeve's views offensive and I don't want to defend her, but I don't think she ever said anything publicly about Days "gay content".   In fact, I don't think she's ever said anything negative about Days at all.  There's no indication Missy is difficult or unprofessional on set-except for the whole affair thing years ago lol-but that's a whole different topic. I can dislike Missy as a person and still think she's the perfect fit for Jen.  Cady tried and it didn't work for me.  Whenever Missy steps into the role it works.  It's a two things can be true situation.  Missy has some bad opinions, but she's great at playing Jennifer.
    • Doesn't the funeral go into Tuesday
    • Christian Streaty wrote her second freelance script today on Days. Surprised they gave the first funeral episode to a newbie.
    • And the third thing, which I have no cite for, and I may look to see if one is findable, but supposedly she said that the show had too much gay content in it. And, to be fair, that could be someone making a criticism about balance & not be bigotry but when it's added to the other, that's why it bugs people.

The greatest tv series season finale in history.
    • Mick Savage was sooo unbearable. And more unbearable was the reaction from the female characters to him - they were acting like he is God's gift to women and sooo irresistible. To a point of unbelievable cringe.
    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?
    • This is the coldest early June in my life. It's like it's January.
