I just hope it was a mistake, like when, in one of Zach Tinker's first episodes, Sonny referred to Titan as his grandfather's company 😂

Because this would be a pretty bad rewrite for Gabi/Theo.

So this is probably not an important continuity issue, but Theo said Liam bullied him in high school. Gabi said last week she and Theo have been good friends since high school. So wouldn't Gabi already know Liam from high school and wouldn't they be similar ages? That makes Ari/Liam a little weird with age difference too.

I thought Gabi said she knew Theo since he was in high school. Not they were in high school. Unless I misheard.

Jeremy, Jeremy, Jeremy

In all honesty, I could get behind the idea of him having been the one who got Joy to come back to Salem. It's actually a pretty good secret that could have ripple effects across the canvas, even beyond Stephanie and Alex. Plus, it adds another interesting dynamic to this storyline. And also, I saw some chemistry between Jeremy and Joy. Not exactly romantic chemistry, but I really felt like there was something there. But seriously, what's the point of all this if

tomorrow is Jeremy's/Michael Roark's last episode? Why would you start a storyline like this for a character when he's on his way out the door? I don't get it. That's just stupid. Writer, producer, whoever made this decision made a very stupid choice.

But as stupid as that choice is, I am still interested in seeing what happens, especially since Stephanie came off like a real nut again today lol but I actually thought Abigail Klein did a good job.

Btw, the Nancy bashing was not necessary. Just because Ron hated the character, she's gotta be awful now?

I did enjoy Conner's Chad's first scenes with Marlena, and then with Theo. I'm still not liking everything surrounding Kristen/Rachel that much but I wouldn't mind Chad getting involved in that somehow, or getting involved in the whole pod/Lexie thing, which I haven't really liked all that much either. But Chad possibly investigating EJ's secret, all the while Theo knows the truth is a pretty good dynamic in this storyline that could lead to something interesting happening.

And I will say that the conflict between Theo/Abe over Theo getting so close with the Dimeras should be featured a lot more. This is another thing that should be tied in with Theo/Gabi/Philip, Gabi's secret, etc.

Days really needs to hire us, the posters of SON, as consultants/continuity people 😂😂

Probably? That would make more sense. Knowing me, I was the one that misheard lol. Still an odd way to phrase it because you still could jump to the conclusion they knew one another in high school. Saying I have known Theo for years would have made the same point.

I saw the same Gabi line questioned by viewers elsewhere online, so you're not the only viewer who thought it odd.

Good-bye Jeremy. Good-bye Michael Roark.

And I gotta say, what a waste.

I really don't understand the thought process here or what people BTS at Days are doing. Why would you write out, not only a legacy character that's practically a blank slate, but a character and (very handsome and talented) actor that's clearly well liked by the fanbase, and who has good chemistry with his scene partners? And also start a storyline for him on his way out? I don't get it. At all. There are plenty of characters who could've been cut before Jeremy. Hell, even some characters that I like could've been cut before Jeremy. Do any of y'all have an idea or any kind of speculation? Because I don't.

You can't even say that this is related to the wayyyy too huge gap from tape date to air date because Days has known for years how much the fanbase prefers Hortons and legacy characters, in general. This has to be another choice, and a very, very stupid one, at that. Maybe it is time for some people BTS to be sent packing. Hopefully, we'll be seeing Jeremy again soon. Or that Dishin Days or Michael Fairman or somebody interviews Michael Roark.

In the mean time, today was another mixed bag. Stephanie realizing so quickly that Jeremy was the one who got Joy to come back to Salem was a good confrontation, but I would much rather it had played out for a few months more. It definitely would've been better if Stephanie had found out what Jeremy had done right when she made the decision to leave Alex and give Jeremy another chance. She then could've turned to another man.

And I appreciate that Jeremy's last scenes were with Julie. I like how she comforted him and I'm really gonna miss their relationship.

Kristen and Sophia were just a waste of time, once again. But I am a little interested in seeing what happens with Johnny tomorrow. He and Chanel are basically the only thing that makes this storyline somewhat watchable. Carson's acting at the end though... 😂😂😂

Hopefully, something good happens as a result of all this.

Optimist.

It's clear no one behind the scenes possesses any logic regarding all of the WTF decisions, pairings, and plot points (can't really call them stories) going on.
