Joss gets a win in my book for beating up weakling Valentin. Never rooted for her more lol. I don't mind Joss's Sonny rant, but it really didn't correlate to the situation at all.

Did Sonny and DA lady's sex scenes take place entirely off screen? I am not complaining, but I was a little confused. There is a 99% chance I mentally blocked out their love scene if it did happen though.

Felicia reading Lulu was interesting. I get her point, but Maxie very clearly made her choice.

I'd love to see Kim on a soap. She was so underrated on St. Elsewhere. Her exit was the most harrowing the show got.

Yeah, this is typical soap stuff, but it's ridiculous. Maxie chose Spinelli but that means everyone who knows her has to stay away from Nathan? Or that Nathan can't date again?

It is a soap trope, but it came off like Nathan is Maxie's property forever. I wouldn't be too keen on my bff dating my ex?/legal husband because that would be weird in real life. All Lulu needs to do is tell Maxie. But it's always crap on Lulu because she's the worst in PC land. Like, hey, Felicia remember the time Maxie pretended to pass off her own baby as Lulu and Dante's and then took Georgie back? Lulu forgave her then. Making out with Nathan is a lesser sin to me.

Meanwhile, I don't think a day went by during my childhood when I didn't watch it again on HBO (back when HBO actually aired movies).

Wasn't it, though? It was harrowing, because you absolutely didn't see it coming (the first time). Yet, at the same time, it made total sense for the kind of young, driven professional she'd been portrayed as.

What an episode! Especially coming off yesterday's double cliffhanger. Not on that, but we got a cliffhanger BEFORE the credits with Carly walking on Joss/Valentin! What??!! That never happens on soaps anymore. I've been waiting for Joss to find out that Carly knows and have their confrontation and it did not disappoint!

I'm interested in seeing this baby story with Chase/Brooklyn because of the tattoo on the dead mother. Oh, and seeing the premature baby like that was shocking - again, you don't see that on soaps. I thought those were some good 'hospital' scenes.

I am disappointed that it looks like Maxie won't find out about Lulu/Nathan in a dramatic way. I wanted her to walk in on Lulu/Nathan having sex.

In any case, GH has so many watchable stories right now, and they continue to have cliffhangers on consistent basis (unlike DAYS and BTG where there's nothing that makes you anticipate for the next episode). The show is miles ahead better than any other soap right now.

It’s such a soap fundamental you hate to not see it! I felt the same way when Sonny/Mike came home from Nixon Falls when Carly and Jason were together.

There are so many HBO B-Movie staples from when I was a kid that were just always on. Jaws 3, Last Starfighter, Looker, Grease 2, etc.

The show truly isn't trying. Even if there was a real actress with real chemistry with Mo, we have seen this exact story more than once with Sonny and a brunette DA. There is nothing interesting about this. Brenda is the obvious answer, but there are still characters like Alexis or Nina that Sonny could pursue romance with instead of this non-story.
