OMG this photo shoot with Willow and a dead corpse looking Drew. 😂

Best scene of the month thus far! 😆

Just a few things from today:

  • The redesign of Charlie's Pub is an improvement from Kristina turning everything blue. Clearly, Sonny's influence helped create something a bit more acceptable and atmospheric. And the new logo feels very 1920s speakeasy, which is an improvement.

  • Katelyn MacMullen (Willow) is hamming it up and it is [finally] making her character interesting.

  • I am thankful the blue-hued post-production seems to be ushered out and the darker, more dynamic look is back. But this soap is still over-lit beyond belief. Turn some lights off or bring in some 4K lights for your 4K cameras. It is laughable how whitewashed everyone continues to appear.

Your assessment on Katelyn is spot on!

Yeah, Sidwell being involved in every plot is typical Frank and it's one step too far. He's behind pretty much every bad deed in Port Charles. This is why these super villains burn out and stay past their expiration date. GH is still entertaining, but it lacks some mystery. The audience knows Sidwell is going to be part of every story and all the evil machinations will be traced back to him.

I believe someone asked this before, but what is Sidwell lol? Is he a mobster, a diamond smuggler, a shady business man, just an evil guy? I am not sure I even understand what his endgame is. To take over a small upstate New York town?

I don't think Frank, Nate, Elizabeth, or Chris even know what Sidwell is. 🤣 Nor do I think they know what the endgame is, either.

Yeah, I wonder the same thing about Sidwell. I don't know what the hell his endgame is.

One could say an insane and all-powerful person doing destructive things just because he can is very current.

That would fit Drew better than Sidwell. Sidwell is just some European? guy flitting around town to cause trouble. He's being more chaos monkey than all powerful.

Pretty let down by the outcome of yesterday's cliffhanger. An unknown pregnant lady is a bit of a nothing burger, unless she dies and I guess the baby is who BLQ/Chase end up adopting? Seems... too convenient.

The scenes with Jason/Tracy/Alexis were also a bit dumb... Jason clearly isn't a great father if he can't parent his teenage son, but I guess this was a way to explain Morgan leaving the canvas for a bit.
