I'm lowkey LOL'ing at Bill's reactions to Chelsea being lesbian, then being interested in couples, and then having a girlfriend.

regardless of how he reacts, I hope people give him some grace bc this is alot all while his emotions are heightened bc she's been abducted by a psycho

Agreed - but it looks like he's taking it pretty well and won't be upset by it all, just sad they didn't think he could handle and support it.  Hopefully that sticks.

Yes, I am reading it as he is more upset that he was not involved in his daughter's life and sad that she didn't feel safe/close enough to come to him sooner. 

Now why is Silk Press being this messy. A sympathy plant 🪴 😅

This is the most interested I have been in Joey since the start of this soap and I do not care for this character at all, so it's working for me

i was just coming to say i might be wrong. this episode is really pulling all of the pieces together. particularly loved nicole and haley. 

Oh Leslie, I love you but this ain't the right time girl. LOL at her sympathy plant being a cactus though.

Hayley was not impressed with Bill looking like he felt some way about finding Dani and Andre in an embrace. 

Messy Leslie had me howling!

I cant stress enough how much I love that this story has created so many other stories with practically everyone on the canvas.

There is no way a doctor should be going back to work when their partner is missing/kidnapped. I'm surprised they had Dani push her to work like that.

Same!  This has been one of my favorite storylines so far, and favorite weeks to watch since the first month.

Now Allison about to leave and get some food. I bet she runs into Leslie. I hope my theory about Leslie saving Chelsea ends up true

• The sisterly bond between Dani and Nicole is so refreshing; if this were another soap, they would be catfighting every single moment. Nice to see some real relationships.
• Deadbeat stop kissing Bill's ass. Go away.
• Go on, Chelsea! Beat that bitch's ass!
• Katherine, what the F are you doing...? Going to see joey alone? You are better than this.
• Uh-oh: the continued secrets concerning Chelsea have come out... and now Bill knows Madison is not just a friend... she is Chelsea's girlfriend.
• Joey is playing hardball; I can appreciate that he is working his own angle, but this is not the time. And Katherine... you keep saying the wrong words.
• Oh, Allison is not on this planet. Sweetie, she needs a room with padded walls and nonstop medical attention... until the end of time.
• I appreciate that Bill is not concerned regarding Chelsea's sexuality. So refreshing to see, and I know it will be for her, as well.
• Deadbeat, why are you in Bradley's house, and why are you thinking about congressional bills? This is not what this is about. Get gone.
• It is so sweet that Tracy called Anita. That is friendship right there.
• Not Dana's uppity ass walking in with a "sympathy" plant like she belongs... Vernon looks like he is about to shove that prickly plant up her ass, haha.
• Anita and Vernon knew exactly what Bill was going to do... haha. That was brilliant. Just picking her ass up, dropping her outside, and locking her out.
• Joey wants a Dupree in his debt. Whew. That is dangerous, but we know he plays a dangerous game.
• Allison, sweetie, you are skin and bones. What is Chelsea going to eat? The bun on your head? Sure. That will be so fulfilling.
• Bill gets Dani, and Dani gets Bill. They will always have that emotional attachment, especially through their daughters, and it is beautiful to witness the healing that has both happened and is happening still.
• Katherine, you are optimistically naïve.

Notes:

• Damn. Jon Lindstrom (Joey) really plays the Hell out of his role. Tailor-made for him, and it is so nice seeing him properly used in American daytime for once. GH's loss is BTG's gain!
• RhonniRose Mantilla (Chelsea) and Brianna Roberts (Allison) are killing it in these scenes; they work so well both together and apart.
• Once again, Timon Kyle Durrett (Bill) and Karla Mosley (Dani) have palpable chemistry. They are meant to be paired together.
• I like that Michele Val Jean, Sheila Ducksworth, and their team did not take the predictable route of having a male (especially one of colour) have an issue with their child's sexuality. It is so refreshing.
• People continue to question the power and pull that the Dupree family has, and these last few episodes have proven that their power and control are strong and have immense pull.
• I am still wondering why CBS is airing the MTV Video Music Awards... it makes no sense (outside of Paramount being the parent company).

Ohh that would be good. Would make up for her behavior today LOL.

What is Joey going to want from Martin in return for his help in rescuing Chelsea? Smitty's right. Danger lurks with Joey so ain't no telling what kind of a price Martin will have to pay.
